I moved here from Shreveport, Louisiana approximately 2 years ago! I've applied to over 15 properties, but was denied. I applied here at Ashton Park Apartments and I was approved. The staff is super friendly and their communications with the residents is phenomenal! I highly recommend residing at Ashton Park Apartments TODAY!!!!

After reading the reviews I was nervous to move in. I read them after I signed my lease. I signed 6mo lease and have loved it. The office staff is very helpful. They are always friendly and smiling and very helpful. I just renewed my lease for 12 months and would recognize Ashton Park.

These apartments have unprofessional staff. Never help with anything but always charge extra fees for every little thing. When I moved in they didn’t change the carpet despite how dirty it was.

The grounds are clean and well kept. The apartment staff was very helpful and answered all questions I had. It’s location is very convenient since it’s close to 161 and also I20.

I CURRENTLY LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS, THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!! MY APARTMENT WAS CLEAN WHEN I MOVED IN - THERE WAS SO MUCH DIRT AND GRIME BEHIND THE STOVE AND ICEBOX THAT WOULD HAVE TAKEN A STEAM CLEANER TO CLEAN IT ALL. EVEN AFTER THE CLEANERS CAME BACK AND HA HA HA CLEANED I STILL HAD TO DO IT MYSELF. THE WALLS WERE NOT PAINTED BEHIND THE STOVE AND ICEBOX SOME KIND OF OLD WALL PAPER. FROM THE FIRST DAY MY APARTMENT HAS BEEN OVER RUN WITH ROACHES, EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE SPRAYED TWO TIMES AND FOGGED. I USE AT LEAST A CAN OF BUG SPRAY EVERY WEEK TRYING TO KILL THE ROACHES TO NO GOOD. THE APARTMENT LOOK NICE AT FIRST LOOK WITH NEW BLACK APPLIANCES AND WOOD LOOK FLOORING BUT IS JUST SURFACE. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE I WAS NOT GIVEN THE APARTMENT I LOOK AT WHEN I SIGNED THE LEASE - THEY SAID THAT WAS A DEMO APT ONLY (THIS STATEMENT WAS MADE AT LEASE SIGNING NOT AT THE SHOWING). NEEDLESS TO SAY WHEN MY LEASE IS UP IN DEC. I WILL BE MOVING. UNLESS YOU LIKE LIVING IN ROACH INFESTED AREAS DON'T MOVE HERE.

This staff is very unprofessional. We moved out about a year ago and tried for a week to get a residency verification from them for a week. They could not be reached by phone and the fax took three days for them to send it. They don't know any customer service. The apartments are cheap buy only because they are dirty the have animals everywhere. Cats are everywhere running around there. If you are looking for a nice professional place this is not the place for you. When you move out they find any little thing to keep your deposit and do not send you any kind of letter to let you know. You have to go up there and ask them for it and then tell you that you didn't turn your keys in time.. Good luck to anyone trying to rent here.. Any of these good reviews are placed by the staff working there.

These apartments here are very well maintained and the Mantience crew will help out any time you need them. The management is a plus because they help you out if your late on rent, water bill or s nothing that has to do with your living situation. They talk with us and listen to any problems you have. The hospitality is very good and I eould recommend these appt to any one or every one that needs to rent..if you have any problems they get fixed that same day or the next day never ever have to wait for nothing...love the management here like fam no stealing and we all look after each other

The apartment complex is a few years old but, it's at a location very convenient for travel! Ashton Park is near both the Tollway and Highway 360 allowing me to quickly reach work or visit family. Arlington is literally right down the street. They also keep the exterior of the apartments takin' care of thoroughly from routine lawn service and workers of the conplex picking up trash when necessary. The rent has went up to 800 bucks but, that's for a 2 bedroom floor plan. I haven't made plans to move any time soon. So, hopefully the rent will level out in the years to come!
