These apartments are so Beautiful. They seem to been renovated. Everyone in the office is so nice and so helping. We've lived here for a couple months now and cant get over how great everything has been. REALLY RECOMMEND!
Ashley was so great! Along with the other staff. We cant wait to live here!
Moved in about 2 months ago and I am loving it! My apartment is super cute and the staff are amazing! Very friendly. I also love how the schools are in walking distance!

Ashton Heights has new management. The Property Manager and Assistant Manager were great when I visited. They made me feel so welcomed. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I highly recommend Ashton Heights!!
They are infested with bed bugs and the kids run around bullying other kids..The carpet is filthy..These apartments are garbage..
My air conditioner has been leaking since before I moved in. Literally, as I was moving in, my downstairs neighbors were moving out and told me about the leak. Maintenance has "fixed" it more times than I care to count. Last summer, I simply didn't run my air conditioner so that it wouldn't leak all over my apartment floor, but this summer has been hotter. I have tried to explain to management what the issue is, but they don't want to hear it; they just want maintenance to continue to treat the bullet hole with a band aid. I guess you just can't fix stupid. Or the air conditioning drain line.
Don't move with your family. Rudest management, maintenance NEVER fixes your issues unless they get to charge for it, addicts live everywhere here and cops are always around. First floor gets no rest underneath noisy second floor tenants. None of our issues have been fixed from before we moved in, my sokn gets woken up every time they walk around upstairs. Maintenance guys like to try looking into your home through Windows! I stay home with baby and see these guys all the time. Horrible property
Don't live her if you have teens or family at all they are literally harassing all the teens calling the cops on them and telling them they can't have friends over the management sends eviction notices out like crazy over everything. They treats everyone under 30 like criminals. And they allow a guy that lives her to record everyone from his vehicle. Please save your self's some time and do not live here.
