The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ashton Brooke Apartments
I’ve been living at Ashton Brooke for about two years and it is an excellent place for students, young professionals, and families alike. The complex is generally very quiet, maintenance is fast to respond to requests, and the front desk staff are always so nice. The apartment was very clean with brand new carpet when we moved in. It’s nothing fancy but it’s great for what we wanted. The pool is nice and open all day during the season, and I’ve never felt unsafe here.
Ashton Brooke is a wonderful home for families, singles, and couples. We have lived here for five years and are sad to leave. We've made many good friends here and have enjoyed cookouts at the pool, and holiday parties at the Clubhouse. All of the facilities are immaculate. The pool is always clean and having it heated early in the season makes it especially nice. The exercise equipment is always clean and available all hours. The grounds are wonderfully landscaped and immaculately cared for. Someone always shoveled our snow before we could even think about it. As excellent as everything is, the best feature are the people that manage it. Terry, Nicole, Chris, Melissa and all the summer help are kind, caring, efficient, and offer the best service we have experienced anywhere. Yes, they truly are this good! In five years we've never heard them be anything but kind and accommodating. Terry even spent time in his off work hours assisting a resident with some special needs. During our five years here we needed maintenance help only twice. Both times they came to help us within 20 minutes and handled our need quickly. We have moved 19 times due to work transfers etc. and we have never experienced the quality of residences, the beauty of the grounds, and the friendliness and excellence of the management as we have here. Thank you all at Ashton Brooke for making our last 5 years very special. We will miss all of you!
