Bad experience

We had a similar experience to the other review here. We viewed an apartment and filled out an application. We were told by Kent that we’d hear back in 1-2 days. After about 5 days we called him and he said that our background checks weren’t back yet. 1 week went by and we heard nothing so we called again. We then were told that we had been approved and could sign the lease. No one reached out to us via email or phone to notify us that we could sign. I would hesitate to spend your time checking out this place as it seems to have a pattern of poor communication.

Terrible.

Went and toured an apartment with Ken, signed an application, were told we were first ones on the list and told we'd be notified by Monday if we were approved and got it or not. Didn't receive a call by Monday afternoon from him so we called. Told we were approved but he had rented it to someone else. At this time we were told April 1st they had an open apartment coming. Fine so we made arrangements for the month of March until we could move in. Called a few days before we were going to sign lease he had made up for us or so he says he did to let him know we could come do it earlier if he was available. Got a hold of him finally and were told he rented it to someone else AGAIN. After being told congratulations well see you Sunday to sign the lease. At this point I was very upset. So I called to talk to him about it and he wouldn't let me speak without talking over me than HUNG UP on me. Hes a terrible property manegar if you ask me. Still don't have any straight answers seeing as how every time either he talked to myself or my boyfriend it was something new and was lying to the both of us. Just TERRIBLE! Also can't get a hold of property owner with the number they have posted.
