Not a great experience since I moved in only been here two months. A lot of repairs needed, when I I view the apartment it has a washer and dryer installed but was later told washer & dryer was not included, has a beautiful fireplace that doesn’t work & was later told that wasn’t one of the selling points.

Very pleasant environment no issues good Neighborhood is quiet although there are children in the community you sell them hear them haven’t had any issues with maintenance they come when you put in an order or if you see a member of the maintenance team out they will come and help you if it’s a manor issue.

The residence is quiet and chill but the people but I don’t like how you have no choice but to participate in people coming to pick up the trash and it’s their choice if they take your trash or not but you still have to pay .

I gave a four because the pool seems to be not available or need to clean at times. It’s summer it should be utilized especially with the kids out of school.

overall the like the apartment. my move in day was a little rocky but the staff did everything they could to make it work on top of being that the front office staff was very helpful , friendly and accommodating.

While I’ve enjoyed my apartment experience, my point of issue has been with the leasing office. They’re unbelievably friendly and considerate but can be a bit disorganized and struggling with communication. As long as you stay on top of them though, everything is fantastic!

Going on my 2nd year here and i am very blessed to have found such a great place i call home. Amazing staff in the office , maintenance is on point, coming into the community the grounds always looks very nice. I am so happy to have found an amazing community that i love.

I am so happy with the community ever since I moved in very spacious and love the added features like the sunroom and extra storage space the only downside to the community are thee wall able to hear outside just a little

Sharron was such a huge help when moving. She answered all my questions and made the application and moving process so simple. For the size of the apartment, the pricing is great. It’s a little dated but you can turn it into something very modern. Quiet neighborhood as well.
