While I’ve enjoyed my apartment experience, my point of issue has been with the leasing office. They’re unbelievably friendly and considerate but can be a bit disorganized and struggling with communication. As long as you stay on top of them though, everything is fantastic!

Living here is nice, i don’t have any complaints the trash system is convenient, maintenance is very quick at resolving issues and knowledgeable. The only thing I don’t like is the mailing/package system but I don’t think that’s the apartment problem you just never know where your package will go it’s 1/5 ( front door, regular mail box , XL mail box below the normal mail box , parcel pending , front office ) places and that’s annoying. I had something delivered & for some reason was delivered to the front office I called and no one knew where it was even though the tracking stated it was in the front office. Still To this day never got it! I want my items to go to my front door or my mail box I don’t even like using the parcel pending unless I request to use that.

It’s been a week and so far the staff and the community is great. I’ve seen how maintenance take care of the community and that is a plus for me. I just lost hot water tonight but that so far is my only complaint.

Ashley court apartment has been so good to me other than my upstairs neighbor making so much noise jumping and running around. I love it here. This will be our second year and the amazing office staff has been so good to us since day 1 and even the service team who has done so much in my apartment. When I say maintenance always take good care of you they really do. Let me talk about Amy our leasing agent who has went above and beyond to always take good care of us no matter what . Give her a raise please she’s the best !!!! Thank you guys for your hospitality and making us so happy here.

Enjoyed quite community know troubles and I love the lighting in all the hall way. I also feel safe here and I enjoyed meeting the nice workers who came after church to fix my batteries in the door.

Love the community but I think we need more doggy stations. Leasing agents are awesome and really made my move easy. Love the features that come with the apartment as well.

Amenities are not worth it. Being that the few that we have does not work properly. Trash valor, is only Monday-Thursday and the Smart device barely works properly.

It’s a nice quiet space. The room is spacious. I feel like there is slight lack of communication from the leasing team. However is a nice space.

The community is very different from when I moved in. It used to be nice and quiet and well-manicured. Now there's too much loud noise and people hanging out in the parking lot. There's more weed smoking. Abandoned cars are in the parking lot. Office staff don't have concern for issues that need to be addressed.
