Have lived here five months and love it so far. The community is nice and the residents are friendly. It is also a quiet place which I love. Any maintenance requests have been completely quickly and promptly.

It’s been a wonderful experience with the switch in management. I feel that our contract is being more upheld! My only complaint is the dog messes in shared spaces but outside of that, it’s been lovely!

Beautiful place, not in the heart of Nashville, and moderate to decent pricing for apartment renting. Could be lower, but compared to Nashville pricing, it is doable.

High costs for low quality living. Limited very hot water. Poor quality wiring. Extremely low water pressure. Unkept grounds. Parking issues. Trash issues. Septic issues, including horrid smells all summer. No accountability for pet clean up, trash messes, noise, unauthorized parking issues, and on & on.

Apartments are nice location is nice. Phone lines are usually backed up, you still the previous resident’s mail, and work orders take a while to be completed.

After getting the renewal squared away, the experience has been great! We are all decorated for Christmas and it’s really feeling cozy!! Staff has been quick to address any concerns and issues and are helping to keep us cozy and warm as we transition to the cooler months!

Water pressure is terrible. Septic system is rarely emptied and smells horrid. High end living with low end care. Packages are never delivered correctly. Walls are paper thin. Neighbors are never held accountable. Parking issues. Etc.

My only issue is the amount of dog poop everywhere. I can't even let my grandson play in the grass at all here. I fostered a dog for 2 days and the dog park was covered in poop. Why cannot there be cameras up to catch these people? I have such a high deposit for a cat. One reason I moved here is because I was told the grounds did not have issues with this. Thank you

Great apartment and complex. Very safe and new everything. Easy parking. Could have had a deeper clean before we moved in. Management doesn't answer the phones on the first or second call.

The noise and neighborhood have been fantastic. I’ve enjoyed having access to the pool and gym, however the pool had a closed sign without any explanation and some mornings before I leave for work I am not able to access the gym despite it being a 24 hour gym. I’ve been to the office three times about getting my fiancé added to my lease before I renew and it’s been frustrating. Started the process a month and a half ago and haven’t heard anything. This is the only reason I haven’t renewed. Otherwise the staff are very pleasant and helpful!

Great place to live with great views! They need to hire more maintenance men, but overall super nice facility. The staff of friendly and the apartments are fairly decent prices for rentals.

Nice property, the communication prior to move in was a little lacking. It took longer to get approved than the stated amount of time. Documents were missing from our move in folder. And a few things weren't explained very well. And the office had our movie in date wrong from what we put on the application.

Overall the the community has been as expected. My Neighbors are friendly. The Ashland Farms staff has been helpful, Bri is a good problem solver. The maintenance team has been quite attentive, they communicate well and respond timely to requests.
The only issues I have are parking spots and rent prices going up every year with out any improvements. But the Staff are wonderful! Rodney and Lou are Above and Beyond maintenance Team!

This has been a lovely place to live. We’ve been here since 2020 and we’ve enjoyed it for the most part. Rent goes up every year, and the office admin changes every few months, but the maintenance staff is always on top of everything!

There were a couple of issues when we signed the lease. The apartment was not cleaned and a few items were broken. However, the manager quickly resolved the issues.

Overall it has been very nice living here the only problem we have had is when our washer broke it took over a month to get a new one. And the dog park is a mess. Other than that it’s been great

We’ve loved our time living here at Ashland Farms over the last year. The only negative and reason I won’t give 5/5 stars is due to the amenities. The gym is pretty tiny and the pool area (including grills and outdoor space) is only open for 3-4mo out of the year. If they had even the outdoor patio/grill space open year long or another outdoor area to enjoy, then I’d give a 5/5 stars. Otherwise, management and maintenance are wonderful and helpful for all needs/supports and keep the area up beautifully!

I love the place and just the vibe I get. Staff is so friendly and always helpful. The space and time that is put into these apartments make moving in worth it. I also enjoy the events that they have for the residents!

I love living here. I love the energy of this place. I’ve only been here a little over a month. The people have been nice. I have new appliances and beautiful countertops. I am glad I moved in here. My only concern is some of the dog owners are not good at picking up after their dogs.

I have had some great encounters with great people thus far. Neighbor's have introduced themselves and made us feel very welcome! I wouldn't trade this community for anything.

Love these apartments! All the amenities are super nice and very well kept up. They are also very soundproof apartments. Definitely recommend if you can afford them.

You have to pay monthly for their trash fee, and 50% of the time , the service people don’t pick up trash or the allowed two trash bags. Also, ALOT OF LATE NIGHT MUSIC w/little support from mgmt; has gone downhill since I moved in

This place is great. Pleasure to live here. The staff is great. Peaceful nice and quiet I have lived here for over 3 years. Maintenance is prompt and kind.

Quiet amazing little community. Everyone i really friendly in the office, all the outdoor ammenities are spot on. Close to Walmart, shopping and food.
