Ashford Place

These apartments are not what I was expecting at all. I was thinking luxury would include an ice maker. Lol. Apt is unfinished and dirty. Lots of errors and missing part. Very very disappointed

In the last year or two I've noticed a really big effort from the staff here to improve things. I love the new gazebo and the cleaned up bushes area by the main pool. As soon as we had an issue with mud in the gazebo area they've made a new concrete support platform for it. You can tell the difference with a proactive and professional property manager. The ladies in the office and the maintenance guys are all really great. 5 Stars!

Not exactly thrilled with a 30$/month increase due to water. Things are going down hill quickly. Trash everywhere because people can’t compact the garbage or are too lazy to take the garbage up there. Kids running wild… just a shame.

Ashford has a diverse population, and it is close to schools and shopping centers. Overall, it is good place to live. It will be nice, if they bring back car wash within Ashford. It is very useful for all.

Management is rude and unprofessional. They don’t listen to your concerns and if they do they will make you feel like are living here for free. Two stars because they actually did help with some maintenance issues. But overall experience with the people in leasing office has been horrible.

From the moment I moved in, the staff at Ashford have been nothing short of exceptional—professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile. The community is well-maintained, and any concerns are typically addressed promptly, reflecting the management’s dedication to resident satisfaction. The convenient location, coupled with a strong sense of community fostered through engaging events, makes living here a truly enjoyable experience. That said, the only downside has been maintenance. While they are responsive, the last time I had a request, they left a bit of a mess behind, which was disappointing. A little more attention to cleanup would go a long way in maintaining the overall high standard of the complex. Overall, Ashford has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, vibrant, and welcoming place to call home.

This is an excellent place to live. There is a sense of community living here as we have opportunities to get to know each other. And, the staff are good to work with.

Ashford Place is like home to me. I've lived here for 4 years and have made many friends, The Staff is always on top of everything and I really appreciate that!!

I just reupped for I think about year 10. I've talked about how great staff is and how quickly they respond, but in 2025 the only thing anyone cares about is rent price. And thankfully the management team does their best to keep rent reasonable. Over my entire tenure here they've only raised rent a small amount a couple times. I love it here 1134

Love it so far just moved in about a week ago from what I can tell everyone seems nice and it is really quiet it wan not a problem to get settled in

Living here for the past 2 years have been great. They are very quick with their maintenance orders, the place is 90% clean and good, as well as put together.

It’s a very good apartment with community feeling. It finally feels home. Surrounding is perfect for walk. Trees around , bird chirping makes you feel so peaceful.

The apartments are spacious and modern! The community is very nice and the staff are always helpful and diligent. The location is great as well; close to Monroe as well as Calhoun. We love it there

Just moved in this week so time will tell, but so far it has been great! Love the layout, as well as the location and the appearance of the complex.

The team is doing a Great job - Management team on top of any issue -maintenance team handles every issue very professionally - the grounds are clean and yard is keep up The noise is kept to a minimum - this tells me job well done you are attracting professionals - Thank you for all that you do in making this a home

The gym area could be a lil better. Some machines are older and need repair. They have updated the treasmills. They also added a digital workout screen.

I absolutely love living here. We've been here for over five wonderful years, and we’re looking forward to many more. The staff here is fantastic—always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to work with you.

I came to take a tour of the complex & I really like them. Bridgette was extremely nice and welcoming, answering every question I had. Looking forward to moving here soon!

Love it here. This is a pretty big complex but the front office workers know me by name. They are always kind, The very few issues I've had, like repair issues are always handled within hours of reporting. The maintenance dudes are always hard working and kind too. The world going crazy but the Ash is just home.

Living here has been an exceptional experience. The community is welcoming, and the management team goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and heard. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, often within the same day, and the staff is courteous and professional. The amenities are nice, from the well-maintained gym and pool to the shared spaces, which are always clean and inviting. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to walmart and restaurants. If you're looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and a strong sense of community, this property is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it!

Easy to get everything done and staff was real friendly , polite, and professional. They made my transition to West Monroe, LA very easy, coming from 3 states to get to my destination.

AC is not cooling temperature is going upto 83 F. Every time some fix is done temporarily

Apartments are great and are in an awesome location. Just wish there was more dumpsters instead of 1 starship compactor .would also be cool if they had a hot tub, I’d give the apartments 4.5

The reasons are many as to why it's excellent. The apartments are well built so neighbor noise is almost a non issue. The maintenance guys are friggin heros. Maybe 7 years ago the property managers were a little unlikable, but the Ash hired some new ladies that are so nice. They are always available, remember everyone's names and are generally really nice people. I love living here. The apartments ARE starting to get into that pricy range. I hope last year was just a little price adjustment and not a sign of things to come. If rent gets much higher the middle class job people won't be able to afford it anymore. Thanks for reading.

This is a great place to live. The tenants are nice and friendly and so is the staff. Its quite and the kids love the tennis courts and the pond.

Love the apartment, it’s a lot bigger than expected. I have been here for about two weeks and have been really loving my new home. Everyone seems very helpful and nice.

Thumps up - I feel very comfortable- noise/people issue are under control so very safe. We have a great gym- pool always clean- we a place to walk around a cool pond that has wildlife- most people clean up after their kids/dogs. Ground keeping does a wonderful job - maintenance team and office super job- just observing I do believe communication is the key great job management

This is a great place with a sense of community. We get to know our neighbors t and through daily interactions and in events sponsored by the management team members and staff.

We love it here. The apartment’s layout has us waking up everyday feeling like we’re on vacation at a nice hotel. The pool and gym add to that effect. The lawn is always taken care of. The apartment is air-tight enough that my light bill doesn’t get out of control. It’s great, we love it.

Staff was excellent in assisting me meet my time crunch and making this last minute transition go as smoothly as possible! Apartment is beautifully updated and very centrally located!

The community is quite good and safe—affordable rents. Clean Swimming pools, Amazing and Polite helpful staff in the leasing office, and maintenance staff. Safe and convenient neighborhood. Gas station and Walmart are right around the corner.

Living here has been okay. It’s the same as any other place you live at. Maintenance is good, noise level is fine most of the time. But it’s fine

I don’t have any complaints it’s so peaceful here . I’m able to walk around safely everyday seeing wonderful families interacting. There are so many resources available to us here. My husband and I love it here so far.

I've lived at Ashford Place for 4 years and really love it. My neighbors are so nice and we've formed our own little family community. It's a great place for families. The children are well cared for and very well mannered. The amenities are excellent . The office staff is very responsive and cater to our needs well. Of course, it's a great place for dogs. Just about all of us have one and visit about our fur babies. I really like how much green space we have and the beautiful architecture. We all love the food trucks on Tuesdays. Nancy P Wilkes

Pavement has several holes. Overall the area is kept tidy and clean. A lot of the neighbors are friendly. Good location, near shopping, eating and dining places.

They are fast when it comes to maintenance requests the neighborhood is very nice including the neighbors overall the it has been a great experience

Nice place to live. I have been living here since 2019 and found no place better than Ashford. Everything is near. Safe and sound place. Great place for kids.

Great place to be in. Beautiful neighbourhood and Walmart, family dollar and other eating places at a walkable distance. And most importantly its safe neighbourhood.

We need a little more living space, but works for now! Nice to have a place that my dogs are accepted; the dog park is a great space that they can run around and be normal. Main pool is enjoyable ??
