Trash everywhere, broken appliances, leaks and mold, bug infestations - staff doesn’t care. Negligence from everyone who runs this dump. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
I applied 3 weeks ago and the phone has been disconnected for 2 weeks. They don’t respond to emails either it’s really a waste of money on app fees just for them to keep pushing my move in date back without even talking to me.

I applied to lease an apartment for their advertised monthly rent of $1,050/month. I paid the administration fee and deposit totalling $700. Once I finally received my welcome letter on a Thursday, I was told to write out a check for the first month PLUS the $700 I had just paid. When I reached out to the recruiter they told me to just write the check anyway and she'll figure it out. Seems like I was bothering her not wanting to pay 2 deposits. On the Friday, the next day, I receive an email stating that my apartment that I signed for and paid for and had already gotten all utilities connected for, was "under renovation and there is currently no eta." "But don't worry, I have 2 other units that are 2-$300 over what you signed up for. Let me know immediately if you want this." Of course I said no. If they can't even bother to make sure that the apartment I'm spending thousands of dollars on is even available, how can I trust them to do anything?? Repairs? Cleaning? Removing pests? Yeah right. No chance. As of writing this on a Tuesday, 3 days after cancelling my lease, the same exact unit is being advertised as "available now." Dodge the bullet and do not apply here.
Bad, maintance not good they do not help address the problems as they should nor do they help at all, with anything.

This is not a great place, the rent is extremely hight and most the amenities are not functional. The pool open for a day or two and they close we never got to enjoy the pool through the entire summer, the gym is officer hours only which is very inconvenient since most people work during day time so its very limited. The fob I was provided to access the gym from the pool entrance never worked and I'm forced to walk inside the office all sweaty in front of current and new tenants. The apartment has a lot of issues during our initial move in and the management team assured that it would get fix. Kitchen counter tops were in bad shape you left our kitchen stuff siting in the table for weeks and never got fix we had to fix it on our own. The closets were falling off, we also fix it on our own because we reported the issue multiple times and they wouldn't send anyone to get it fix. The washer and dryer both had issues the dryer won't dry properly and you have to continuously turn in back on it takes hours to dry a small load. The washer every now and then leave all clothes soak and wet. We were forced to take the apartment because we moved out from our old apartment and we believed that all the issues we found were going to be fix in a timely manner. There is a lot of crime going on near our apartment unit in the surrounding buildings. Gunshots almost every week and they even reported a fatality right in front of my apartment unit. I'm over all not satisfied with Ashford place. Also, in the entrance of the apartment complex around 3p-4p there are a lot of cars blocking the entry/exit of the apartment complex this is people waiting to pick up their kids at the bus stop . there are signs of no parking but since management does not enforce them the parent keep parking and blocking/obstructing the entry ways. This is very frustrating specially when I go in for work in the evening or I'm returning from work and I can seem to be able to get to my destination. I'm not getting my money's worth at ashford place, I don't recommend it.

It’s a wonderful place to call home I have absolutely no problems. Office staff Ivey is the best. Maintenance crew pretty cool as well.

Apartment has to get sprayed every week for roaches and the people that live here always put trash outside and play loud music with their cars with loud engines.
I called to be inquire about a one bedroom virtual tour and they lied to me saying they didn't offer those just for me to explain I live in New York and magically it be offered. And then when its time for the tour no call no anything. When I contact them the apartment is gone so I ask about another apartment and they tell me the pricing on this site is wrong. From the the whole process of even trying to find out about an apartment was stressful. I'd just look else where honestly
Management is horrible. Even with the changes, new supervisors, new senior managers, there seems to be a mid communication between them. I will advise when you start bridging the gap and communicating better, teaching how to show empathy, the complex will prosper. This entire complex has changed over the years and not for the better. Everyone seems to come to work for a check; not because of a passion. More like I could care less about your concern, we don’t consider your problem as urgent so we will get to it when we get to it. Start to show a little more empathy, change your attitudes about being at the office, hire more competent, experienced individuals, and your company will prosper. The community does not even take care of it. Trash is a continuous problem, beer cans, fiestas in the middle of the night. It’s unacceptable. And at the soccer field a kid pulled out a gun another child. How does this even happen?!? Install cameras, be more mindful of what’s going on in your neighborhood.
Don’t be fooled by the fresh cut grass and painted buildings. Thin walls, high crime area,major rent increases with no new amenities. Good luck getting to work on time in the mornings, the only exit/entrance in the community is constantly blocked with parents dropping their kids off to school.

Well we have not moved in yet but the ladies at the office and made the process so simple and easy they have been very nice through the whole process and accommodations were made to help fit our busy schedules to make sure everything was appropriately set up and placed in motion. The price is great and I can't wait for April 1. Would have given it five stars but since I haven't moved in yet don't know with the community is like but seems very peaceful
I have lived at Ashford Place for 4 years now and have never had any issues. Maintenence always responds in a timely manner and the apartments are spacious. With the new management change and renovations underway I am very impressed with Sara, Fran, and Kathy. Those are my "go to girls." Whether it is picking up a package or just stopping by to say hello, they have always made me feel at home. Definitely a great, diverse community and I will be here until I purchase a home.?? #ATEAM
I love this place. I currently live here but due to a real nasty split with my ex I'll be moving into another apartment. They have been very nice an understanding of my situation. The office actually cares about their residents an for that that is why instead of moving somewhere else I choose to stay here an change apartments. An to Sarah in the office you are an angel an a god send!! You would get 10 stars if I could!!!
It's a nice place to stay except there have been a few incidents that hand to involve law enforcement other than that it's very kid friendly there are tons of little one running around it a few miles to the lynx train the apartments I live in is 2 bedroom kitchen and living room pretty decent living
This apartment complex is located near the light rail and I-77 which makes it a great location and a great price.
