Great environment

Since Rebecca took over as manager, this place has been awesome! One manager who will look out for her tenants and be helpful with any issues. The apartment complex is well-kept and feels more safer with video cameras around the area.

My Grandma Passed Away

My review on this apartment an entire year later. Last year, my grandma moved into these apartments because the place before was not good for her health. My grandma was already sick and was dying. I noticed that this apartment was just as bad for my grandma's health as well (Not the reason she died but my grandma wanted somewhere clean and well kept for her last days~). There were roaches everywhere and broken things all over. The roaches apparently came from upstairs and maintenance supposedly came to spray?? They were still there in the two months we lived at the apartment. The bath tub leaked from underneath whenever the water was on. The shelves in the bathroom easily broke, the stove did not work the first month (it took them that long to fix it), there are no lights in the bedrooms of these apartments (you have to use a lamp) the apartment was not worth the price. The real problem I have though and what saddens me the most when I see these apartments.. Is that when my grandma passed away we (my sisters and I) were kicked out the following week. It wasn't because of late payments which we knew would eventually come so I was looking for a second job (which I got the next month) it was because of the owner not being present. HA! It hurt badly to be given a notice saying we had 3 days to pack all our stuff and move out. The landlord/manager all knew my grandma unfortunately passed and she was the adult who paid everything but it was not given any consideration just like all the broken things around this apartment. This is what running a business is like though. Rude people and overpriced business.

Very bad

Staff is very unprofessional been waiting almost 2 weeks for hot water. they keep giving us the run around about the water heater.and when they did come in to give us a new they said it was too big.plus when we came home they left muddy water all over our floor and the boxes were left for us to have to take care of.knocked over our glass cups didnt bother picking them up.more worried about empty apartments then the need of the ones people are living in.

I really apologize for the way you feel about living there, and about the staff there , my first day was 10/17 and I remember speaking to you, and that your water heater did not work, I went ahead and ordered it they didn’t call until 3 days later and said they had them all on back order until 11/4 . Then I placed another order with another vendor and. Then found out it took about 3-4 weeks to get a delivery again because Odessa Texas is out of Delivery area me being from another state didn’t expect that they have to Use a 3rd party to deliver. Meanwhile I am aware you did call corporate and spoke out to them, which i don’t blame you. Then I used my money to purchase at a local place and they ended up giving us the wrong kind. I purchased an extension for it so we can get it installed, and you didn’t have to continue waiting i do understand your frustration and it’s not your fault about deliveries and wrong water heater and Well it happens and I’m glad we were able to. Resolve it as fast as I could, also I really do apologize in behalf of the. Plumber and. Maintenance for breaking your cups and leaving trash behind, I would of gone my self to clean up if that had of been mentioned to me. I asure you i am not a bad perosm and I will make everything better. If you choose to move out I understand, and don’t want you to feel stuck at Dixie, Come and talk to me and we can resolve your unhappiness and maybe you look somewhere else to live , I would be okay with that, and want you to be happy, and I know you believe we are only worried about new tenants but I assure you I will take care of all my current residents completely..

Very bad

It is not worth living here. Roaches are everywhere since there is alot of apartments empty. The laundry facility its a mess! Not all machines work! They use the cheap glue tile, after a certain time they just start moving and you actually see like 3-4 layers of them.
