The best price I could find for an apartment and laundry services. Friendly staff, neighbors, and maintenance. Quiet neighborhood and apartment.

Me & my partner have been living here for almost 2 months & have been loving it so far! Mike has been very welcoming/helpful w/ the whole move-in process and gave us our tour. Explained everything thoroughly about the complex & some pros/cons. We can tell Mike was looking out for our best interests & was one of the reasons we decided to come out here! Maintenance team very nice & are always on top of work orders. Complex is very close to a lot of shops, groceries & a CVS right next door. The only minor cons I would like to mention are that there arent alot of parking spots available especially when you come home later closer to midnight. Also, the front/back doors in some units do not properly lock on the latch. So you have to force the door to close which can make some noise & possibly disturb some of the neighbors. Overall, been loving it so far!

Love seeing the kids playing and the community we have. Only a few tweaks I’d make prior to moving in but overall I’m excited to make my apartment feel like home.

There are a few things to be fixed in the apartment, but the place is still very pleasant and met my expectations. The people working in the Office are also very polite and helpful, I am happy to be in such a welcoming place.

The apartment is nice and cozy, but the cleaning was not very good, and there are permanent stains on the toilet, kitchen cabinet, kitchen and bathroom sinks, and bathtub. In addition, the bathroom cabinet door is loose and the bedroom curtain is broken. But these are details that can be fixed, but otherwise, I loved the place.

So far it’s been a real nice place to live. Lively, fun community. Pretty solid amenities. The apartments themselves feel more spacious than they are (in a good way!). Being animal friendly is always a big plus for us, too!

The community here at Ashford is great and it's really nice that the complex continues to be incredibly family friendly. Seeing families and kids outside all the time is such a sign of a welcoming community.

The apartment itself isn’t bad. Its just a shame that the property isn’t as kept because it has potential. If it weren’t for all the trash and dog poop everywhere as well as some minor issues with maintenance the experience would have been 5/5.

I moved into the complexes in 2021 and the quality of these apartments has become so horrible that the apartments are now unsafe with regular hazards. I have never seen people so determined to do nothing. It is such a shame because I would have stayed in these apartments forever. 1. There is never anyone in the office during regular hours listed during the week, to the point that residents have left letters on the office door. They have changed the phone to be voicemail only, so you can no longer reach a person and are forced to leave a voicemail and wait for callback. 2. You can expect rental increases annually although they don't make any updates or repairs to the apartment, and will regularly try to argue you out of necessary upgrades and repairs. 3. Snow removal has become nonexistent, and this year there were several weeks where residents could not park in the complexes due to there being compacted piles of ice in most of the spots. They used to salt regularly, now they salt maybe twice a year. 4. When I was finding wasps in the bathroom of my ground floor, the maintenance worker said they could not find any nests, but they were likely coming from the roof since the vents are just open pipes, but that he could not check because the roof was "not made for people to walk on." They posed that I either permanently run my bathroom vent, mind you electric is a tenant responsibility, or I could duct tape my bathroom vent, which would surely cause a mold problem. After continuously reaching out that this was unacceptable, it was not until over a month later that they finally installed a screen in the vent, which took all of 10 minutes. 5. My ground floor apartment flooded with 3 gallons of water contaminated with human waste from the third floor apartment's flooded toilet, damaging all of my bathroom items causing me to throw them out. After they "repaired" the damaged third floor toilet and the ceiling (to which the maintenance manager himself said "that's a horrible patch job,") I had a second incident of water in the bathroom a few days later and the ceiling had turned brown and wet. As if this is not a hard enough process as it is, the apartments have fought me on every single repair along the way and have actually accused me of "spilling water" on my own bathroom floor because they don't want to try and figure out where it's coming from. They have caused so much additional stress that could've been resolved with basic communication and understanding.

So far, the best experience with the leasing office. and I thank you. I love you the apartment. I'm looking to being a part of the community.

The community is aptly located, and apartment is well maintained. The serenity in the community is of our liking. Conveniently located for schools and shopping.

Very helpful and friendly! I updated my shipping address too quickly and my Chewy package arrived before my move in date. The leasing office retrieved the package and held it for me. They have been able to answer all my questions and I feel welcome here. Neighbors are always smiling and saying, "Hello." The apartment itself is great! The perfect amount of space for me, clean, updated. I'm very happy here so far.

The maintenance is not effective. We are facing problems with our closet doors. It’s 1year , they were fixed after couple of reminders and now they are not been fixed well . Our closets have no doors and inspire of reminders requests they don’t fix them properly. Water clogs in the bathroom sinks . No lighting behind building 34 in the parking lot . It’s so dark during night time.

It’s all that I could ask for! The best opportunity to live in such a wonderful place. Very spacious apartments. Great dog park near by. The fact that you have many stores near by and just driving less than 5 min to get to them. Just perfect.

So far the community is everything I’m asking for. Staff members have been great and very helpful. Apartment is exactly what we needed and larger than most in the surrounding area. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

I just moved in but I really like it. It’s clean and has a great vibe to it, it’s definitely a family place but I like the energy it brings to the neighborhood

I have been living in Ashford crossings since 2021 and if I have to rate my experience with this community, there should be a star beyond 5. The pros that I might say is the staff is great and very supportive, best of all the maintenance staff comes right away when there is need once the request is done. It's an amazing community with big spaces for kids to play, recreational spaces for adults (gym needs upgrade with new machines and workout materials I must honestly say). My only con that I face is, the building that I reside only has 1 washer and 1 dryer for 12 residents but for the rest building its 2 each. Overall, I like Ashford crossings and that's the reason I don't like to leave this place. Whoever is reading this review, with honest heart I say, "Just Come and Stay without dismay."

My boyfriend and I moved in on Friday and so far the experience has been excellent! Neighbors and staff have been very kind and welcoming as well !

My family and I have been here for about a week now and we have no complaints! It’s beautiful, quiet, families everywhere. Great amenities, pool, basketball, tennis court, even a dog park!

Love the staff here, and the location is excellent. Some issues with previous tenants who are gone now. Wish the rent didn’t go up so much, but I guess that’s the world we live in now.

On-time maintenance. Nice Gym. Good appliances. The neighbourhood is also nice with everything available nearby. Prompt response to any issues raised.

Just moved in and it’s been great so far. Management has been very welcoming. Maintenance seems like they are on top of any issues. Love the dog park for my puppy. Can hear a little bit of foot traffic noise above me but not awful

People in my community are friendly. They are approachable. The staff of Ashford crossing are outstanding when it comes to services. They respond to repairs and maintenance in a timely manner. Our maintenance guy the old guy too is awesome. Mike from leasing is very professional. Payment on their website is very accessible.

Mike was very helpful throughout the move in process! Neighbors are very kind so far and I am loving it, place is quiet, beautiful and I will enjoy my stay for sure!

Moved in about 6 months ago. So far so good, I have not experienced any major problems so far except a little over a month after I moved in, I had issues with my kitchen but maintenance promptly responded after I put in a request. Was quite impressive.

Staff is awesome, especially Dennis and maintenance guys!!! Property clean and quiet and close to everything …. Restaurant variety and parks and plazas galore!

Rent is high, except that everything is exceptional. Water bill is also high. Nice community and neighberhood to live in. Amazing leasing office

Ashford Crossing is an awesome community. Very well maintained and clean. Onsite maintenance is awesome. Submit a maintenance request and you will get a resolution/response within 1 hr. No issue of pest or any roaches. Awesome experience.

Mike was great throughout our process and made sure that our needs were filled. Really good at communicating and extremely polite. I’ve been living in Ashford crossing for about a week now and I have been having a great experience.

My main grievance about the apartment building is that it’s very dirty & has a variety of foul smells. Besides that, the location is great & amenities are ok

I have had a very positive experience at Ashford crossing. The staff is kind and the shared areas are clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is like a small community and it feels like home. Only downfall is no in unit washer and dryers

Great family friendly community! Feels safe with all the people and kids that are outside. The sidewalks and streets are kept pretty clean. Having dog pickup stations and trashes is amazing! The apartments are quite old but they are cozy. Maintenance fixes things quickly if something goes wrong.

Amazing experience so far . On time maintenance service provided . Excellent location , CVS and price chopper is at walkable distance , just feel to improve play area for kids.

We really enjoyed our time here. We lived here when we first moved to Massachusetts and rented here for a little over a year until we found a home to buy. This is a great apartment complex especially if you have large pets and/or a family. We had two large bread dogs that almost every other place we looked at wouldn't take, but this place welcomed them with open arms. It was also nice to have our daughter love close to so many other kids. Several of our neighbors had lived there for a decade or more which speaks to the quality of the place. The community is great and very supportive and the mangers of the facility are nice and responsive. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

The zip code and dog park are the only selling points here...these apts are old, poorly maintained, thin walls, hot, squeaky floorboards, snow/ice is never taken care of, the pool life guards will scream at you, your windows will leak when it rains, the AC will have a draft in the winter because management will not pay to cover them up, maintenance will take months to repair a simple issue...don't expect your security deposit returned and do expect a hefty price increase when you go to renew your lease :)

Ashford Crossing in Shrewsbury is the best. We moved in this nice neighborhood September of last year and our family really love the place. It has a well-maintained beautiful landscape. The unit is cozy and spacious. The office staff are amazing. They are very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. And we really appreciate that they would organize events for the residents. The maintenance team are responsive and handles maintenance requests quite well. There is nothing more you can ask for.

My husband and I have lived here for 9 years and truly love Ashford Crossing. It has come a long way over the years and is a wonderful place to live. The office staff is amazing and always willing to help. My husband and I can’t say enough amazing things about the maintenance staff. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Same time last year, when I approached Ashford team, they showed me a apart on second floor, which I liked most, but that time it was rented to a person who had pets, And I had a 5year old kid, so I was worried, nothing to effect my kid. Ashford team said that they will clean it properly and give it, I too agreed and moved on but still had small setback, but they surprise me when I joined, Ashford team said they replace whole carpet, which sowed there concern on my family and taking care. Good Support 1) Maintenance team were awesome 2) Swimming pool with guard always... 3) Keeping Snow way in almost main places like front and back door of each building, waking trial. 4) Trashing cleaning 5) Celebrating few events at office.
