Ashbrook Run Apartments

Ashbrook run apartments is a place to call home. I've live here for 15months and just renewed my lease because I loved it here. Excellent staffs especially Alex , she's always there to help u out.

Have lived here a year and decided to sign a 15 month lease. It's clean, neighbors and staff are friendly, maintenance is good. It's like living in the country but so close to everything you need. Highly recommend!!!

This is my first time ever living in an apartment. I really enjoyed Ashbrook. Run,I never had a problem I only moved because I did not like the electric company. Thank you. Ashbrook Run for giving me a positive experience.

This apartment is by far the best property I have ever lived!! All staff truly care about the residents. I have never lived where I was treated like family and not just a resident. The grounds is very nice and clean. This is a perfect place to stay

I moved in just a couple days ago and it was the smoothest move in process ever. Everything was ready for me to get moved in. All I had to do was wait for a code and my keys were right at my door. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The property and staff is amazing! I have never had any issues with getting work orders completed. Everyone is always so friendly.

I’ve moved out of this place three years ago, they finally replied to a BBB complaint with a bunch of lies to get the complaint closed. Honestly I’m surprised they even responded now, given that they never responded to most of my service requests, just marked them as complete in the service portal.

I lived here before purchasing my house. The property management were always professional and extremely nice. The maintenance crew made sure to take care of any issues I may have had immediately. The community grounds are well maintained. Definitely earned my five stars.

I moved here 2 years ago from Houston and I love it! The office staff is so pleasant And helpful every time I come in for something . Any questions or issues that I have are always answered/fixed in a timely manner.

I moved out to Ashbrook to from a referral. I moved from Akron and was nervous to start over in another city. I lived here for 2 years now and Ms. Bre took care of my entire process. She was kind and able to answer any questions I had, she didnt come off as someone who was just trying to sale a apartment but she actually cared. Also maintance team is excellent they keep everything well kept. Ms. Jessica is very great with what she do and make sure everything is running great when it comes to the property, I have no complaints its a quiet well kept area. Ms. Bre and Ms. Jessica are great pair and seems to work together well . T.Gordon

My family and I moved into Ashbrook was skeptical of the reviews at first but now it’s going on 3yrs and we still here and staff is friendly big thanks to Bre she is very helpful with making sure you get what you need out of your new home i would say don’t believe the all the negative reviews try it out they have different lease terms as well.

I just moved in a couple of weeks ago by Melanie the assistant manger. She lied about everything!!!! I was told my unit would have a brand new washer and dryer and it was not new it was used. She told me that I could rent out the clubhouse for events which I have just today found out I can not! The leasing agent who told me she was new knows nothing! They had a resident event on Friday and Melanie did not have anytime to answer my questions because she was two busy chasing her kids who were destroying the place. I hate it here!!!!

I love it here!!! The office staff is amazing especially the manager. When we moved in she took great care of us. The maintenance guys are awesome and always takes care of our needed right away. We love our apartment and the community!

Our initial move-in and honestly first year of living was decently pleasant. It was beautifully landscaped, Bre was phenomenal to work with, and it was appropriately priced. As of late, things have gone from bad to worse...pet waste bins always overflowing, trash compactor overstuffed and trash blowing everywhere, grass mowed irregularly and landscaping minimal. Noise complaints never taken care of, increase in crime and suspicious activity, rent increase to an ungodly amount, along with ignorance and incompetence from management. They are always on “smoke breaks” or are scarce when it comes to reaching someone. They are not properly trained and relay miscommunications to their tenants. I am extremely disappointed in the remainder of my stay here with the lack of customer service from management and overall experience. I am a teacher and coach who is always referring students places to stay, and with great confidence I can say that Ashbrook Run will be on my list of places to stay far, far away from!

We moved in 3 years ago, nice clean place. Over the years the place has gone downhill. I pick up trash every week that gets blown onto my porch. Our two care have both been broken into multiple times, but we’re told there no cameras no there’s nothing they can do. Lawn mowers come during the week day 7:30AM. And they raise rent each year we’ve been here 10-30$ . They put notices on your door that they’ll be coming in within 24 hours and they’ve came in before the 24 hours AND multiple times didn’t come after the notice.

I came for a tour 4 months ago and filled out an app on the spot! Fast forward and I have no regrets. I will say sometimes I occasionally find the pet stations are too full but by the time I call to say something its gone which is a A in my book.

My husband and I are in the process of relocating from Virginia to the Canal Winchester area this year and decided to rent an apartment until we learn the area. After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't in any hurry to view this proper. However, a wrong turn off route 33 landed us right in front of Ashbrook so we decided to take a quick peak. We were immediately greeted at the door by Bre who was super friendly and professional. Bre explained the property and even addressed some of the complaints. She took us on a tour and even rode us around the property where it seemed that most of the tenants waved to her. Why that might not mean something to you, but I work in retail so I know great customer service when I see it. We are returning to Ohio next month to make our final decision but we have yet to be impressed like we were with Bre.

Somehow "lost" my rent check after being told exactly where it was and I have proof it was paid!!!

I cant tell you how turned off I was after reading reviews on this property. I was so sad because its near 33 and commute to work would of been a breeze lol. I went with my gut and took a chance. I went and did a tour with bre, super nice. She let me know that she also lives there BONUS!!! I cant stand when people try to sell me something and they don't even live in it themselves. The staff overall was super nice and smiled and answered every question in detail. that was almost 2 years ago and im so glad I didn't listen to rumors. Half of these reviews are cleary from different management. Dietz is now owners of Ashbrook and they are ok in my book!

We would have signed another year but.. they had tried to charge us for something that wasn't true! We had gotten a dog 1/4 of the way through our lease and a neighbor had complained and said we had two dogs of course they asked and we ensured them we only had one dog 2 weeks later we had a note on our door that said to register our new pet at the office (we still only have one) and the dog we had was already registered. After we went and talked to them again about only having a dog they basically said it's their word against ours conveniently this was around the time we were getting ready to re sign our lease (which we had planned on) until we went through that. So now I'm moving when I have a baby on the way. When I was ready to start a family there until going through that. Apartments are great the office not so much *their word against ours* horrible experience 0/5 stars forsure.
