Ashbrook by Broadmoor

I’ve lived at Ashbrook for a year now and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time. We joined the waitlist and accepted an apartment through that, which is what I would suggest to do. There are lots of spacious layouts, the price is great for the location, maintenance is quick and I love the events the clubhouse puts on.

Ashbrook does a great job of keeping residents comfortable and safe. The property is well maintained and the communication is excellent.

These apartments are very nice and the extra study room is very convenient with working from home. The maintenance requests have always been taken care or promptly and with follow-ups to make sure that everything is good a couple of days later. The grounds are always taken care of and there are nice places to walk close by.

We’ve lived here for 2 years and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else! Everyone is so lovely and the location is perfect. We also love the amenities- a nice gym, pool and cabanas, and a great rentable clubhouse. We host a Christmas party there every year! We love Ashbrook!

Amazing apartments, great pool, secured lockers for packages. Management is always on top of everything and maintenance comes the next day if you have any troubles with anything! 10/10 would recommend to everybody.

Nice apartments and very helpful staff. Any maintenance issues have been taken care of within a day or two.

Living at Ashbrook has been one of the best choices for me. It is very comforting knowing that we have a very safe apartment complex as well as having a pool and fitness center that is taken care of excellently. The staff is very nice and helpful. They also offer many great activities for tenants on the weekends!

Living at Ashbrook was the best decision I have made! It’s comforting to know we live in a safe environment and community with friendly neighbors! I would recommend to anyone! Another bonus living here is having many amenities like the pool, gym, outstanding staff, and even a breathtaking lake up the road.

I am one of the longest tenured residents. It’s picked my apartment out when it was down to the studs being built. I’ve lived here ever since!

Ashbrook has been awesome since I have lived here. The office and maintenance workers are amazing and very helpful!

These apartments are surrounded by Pine Lake and wetlands views. I’ve lived in several apartments in my life in different cities (and countries) and my Ashbrook one-bedroom villa is tied for #1. It has the best kitchen for a cook and baker and the office staff and maintenance team are friendly and responsive.

The staff is incredibly helpful no matter when you need help! The grounds and facilities are always kept up incredibly well! The communication between the staff and the residents is always quick and informational. Residents are all quiet and respectful.

I searched for apartments on apartments.com and came across Ashbrook. I had driven by multiple times and always wondered what they looked like. When we stopped by for our tour, we were blown away by the cozy feeling of the complex, the interior finishes and spacious apartments, and the friendly staff! We are so pleased with our apartment!

The apartment staff is so kind! They care about what you have to say and work with their residents. I am a first time apartment renter and struggled with how to live in one, Alex was so helpful and so sweet! The apartment complex is also so secure! As a young women I feel safe to take my trash out even past dark! Other residents are are so friendly and kind as well! I am sooo happy I chose this place to rent as my home with my boyfriend! We are young but still truly respected and it is amazing!

Mostly worked with Alex. Had my eye on this place since last year. She helped to get me on the waitlist and was prompt contacting me with availability. She has always been super accommodating with anything. Steve is prompt with maintenance requests. Can’t say enough about how great the team here is.

First off, Ashbrook is by far one of the better apartment complexes in Lincoln! The office staff is very friendly, and maintenance requests are quick. They are not the most quiet apartments (thin walls) but that's true for most apartments in Lincoln, the villas are more quiet than the normal apartments. Another negative is when we switched units, the apartment was not the cleanest, there were still nail holes in the walls, and the painting was not finished in the closet; but our first apartment was very clean and well painted when we moved in. In the summer they bring in food trucks which is really fun (granted, you're paying a decent amount to live here) and different from other apartment complexes. The pool and other amenities are very nice and they now allow dogs in select units! Overall, Ashbrook is a great place to live and I would highly recommend giving them a look when searching for apartments!

This is a great place to live. Easy in every way- gated, quite and surrounded by green grass and plenty of room to park and back your car out without worry of running into others-something I noticed about other apartment complexes.

Apartment living at its best with the staff they have here at Ashbrook apartments. From the office help to the maintenance, your every need is taken care of and then double checked. I’ve been here five years and it has been very enjoyable.

I lived at Ashbrook by Broadmoor for 2 years and loved the little community and staff. The staff did a fantastic job hosting events including food trucks, pool parties, thanksgiving dinner, and much more. I do miss those little socials.

My apartment is very spacious and enough space to not feel cramped while having been stuck inside the past year and a half. The staff is very nice and accommodating and respond to maintenance requests quickly. Everything on the grounds is kept up and always looks nice. The location is also very convenient with grocery stores close and places to walk near.

Ashbrook not only looks fantastic, but the community living and working there are so welcoming. They often have free food trucks along with other perks that really make you feel at home.

The apartments are so nice and spacious and the staff is superb. They are so easy to contact if you ever have questions and maintenance issues are resolved very timely. Also, the numerous activities they schedule always brighten our day!

Ashbrook has been the perfect home away from home for me while I am temporarily here for school. Everyone is so welcoming here at Ashbrook and I feel safe living at Ashbrook. Ashbrook is conveniently located next to multiple shopping areas. Its been fun living at Ashbrook and the amenities are a plus too from relaxing at the pool or using the gym when its too cold to run outside. I also love how Ashbrook tries to bring everyone together by hosting seasonal food trucks for their tenants. Overall, great place to live and I would recommend it over and over again to anyone!

Wonderful amenities and staff. Always clean and looking nice. They even decorate for the holidays. My apartment is spacious and was in great condition upon moving in. Maintenance responds quickly to the few issues I’ve had, and the leasing office is always quick to let me know when I have packages. It’s safe and easy to feel at home in!

Living at Ashbrook is the best experience I've ever had at a rental community. The staff make you feel very special each and every time you see them. Activities are planned several times a year for the residents, like food trucks visiting the property, Christmas gift wrapping opportunities, little gifts dropped off for holidays (Halloween, etc) to each resident. If I have any maintenance at all, including changing a lightbulb, Steve is right there to help. I would highly recommend Ashbrook to anyone!

Ashbrook by Broadmoor offers a warm and inviting community, which starts with the staff and management of the complex. I love the attention they place on enhancing residents’ satisfaction with and interaction in the apartment community: food truck socials, community yoga instruction, thoughtful gifts like halloween candy surprises at your front door. The staff communication is awesome. I receive immediate emails regarding issues that might impact residents, such as the spotting of a coyote on the property or reminders for your safety (I once left my garage door open over night by accident. Alex sent me a text the next morning letting me know). Most importantly for me, though, is the empathetic and caring attitude of the staff, particularly Alex, Rosa, and Katie. Just before I moved here from the east coast, I was diagnosed with cancer and underwent immediate surgery. My moving plans were upended. But the staff were understanding and were flexible and reassuring, helping me with my move-in. I’m enjoy my new life at Ashbrook, and there was no question when I renewed my lease. I have recommended Ashbrook to friends who have adult children looking for an apartment, and I recommend it to you.

Everyone here has helped to make this such a great and welcoming community. The community events such as the food trucks and yoga on the lawn has really helped make the community so open. In addition, the apartment itself is so comfortable. It really does feel like a home. I have no intentions of leaving anytime soon!

Horrible place to stay. Lived there for a year, had a bug infestation for a year. Would not recommend

From the day I went on my first tour until I signed my lease, Trevor and Katie were amazing at providing all the information needed to make a decision on my new apartment. Ashbrook is an upscale luxury community, my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment is like something out of a movie. The builders have thought of every possible luxury and incorporated it into a gorgeous floorplan including vaulted ceilings, fireplace, a kitchen designed for entertaining with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and an island bar. The bedrooms continue with oversized walk in closets and bathrooms with ceramic tile showers, floors and granite counter tops. My unit has a brand new washer and dryer convienantly located in the hallway with easy access and does not take away from the living area. Trevor and Katie go above and beyond the community management standards, they recognized my birthday with a warm wishes card and even provided a move in gift package that will come in handy this summer at the heated pool with koozies, coolers and coupons for local area businesses. Without a doubt, out of the 9 communities I previewed in Lincoln, Ashbrook by Broadmoor invenstors put thought, quality and comfort into these gorgeous apartments. - Russ Largent
