Ash Grove

Nice apartments but can hear every step your neighbor takes all day long. We heard our upstairs neighbor snoring that’s how thin the walls are. If anything recommend going to the top floor.

My partner and I have been living here for a little over 6 months now, and it has been nothing but excellent! Sarah, the property manager is so quick to respond to any email with any questions. We had a weird noise coming from our brand new build apartment fan, I emailed her and she had it fixed within the week! It is clean, quiet and maintained very well. It is also pet friendly and it is so fun to see all the doggies at their great dog park.

We love our 2-bedroom place at Ash Grove, where we’ve lived for 2 years now. The staff is responsive, the apartment is attractive and the pool is a real plus. Other reviews have mentioned hearing the neighbors through paper-thin walls, but we haven’t found that to be the case. We hear the neighbors’ dog bark sometimes, but not often. The rent is very reasonable. We feel blessed to have gotten into an apartment here at Ash Grove so quickly—we were only on the waiting list for a couple of months.

Had issue with freezer and ice maker. Was here within 20 minutes of first phone call. Changed some parts and came back first thing following morning to check up on it again to make sure everything was fine. Still wasn't working as it should, called appliance store and replaced entire unit. Less than 22 hours of initial phone call.

I love this place! They are so spacious and the appliances are shiny and new. There’s an awesome community here, dog parks, grilling stations, and plenty of parking. No problems yet and I’ve been here a year.

These apartments are probably the nicest in Springfield but that's not saying much. If you live under anyone, get ready to hear everything they do. The floors are paper thin. Also, kiss that security deposit goodbye. When moving out I was advised the carpets required cleaning even though they were cleaned before I left. When I asked why they required further cleaning they were unable to detail if the carpet was actually dirty and only stated they wanted the new tenants to have clean carpets. The carpets were already clean.... On top of this the charged me for a light bulb on the patio that I never used and apparently didn't work and the furnace filter.....Avoid if possible

The staff at Joyner Leasing was easy to work with when signing a lease at Ash Grove! The units are beautiful, and is a great west side location.

What I love: the amenities- Pool, dog park, grills, gym access. I love how dog friendly the complex is- they provide poop bags. I love the apartments are new and appealing. Things I dislike: the walls are paper thin... I can hear my neighbors above every little move. I can hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING. (Bed squeaks and all). Oh 2 bathrooms, AWESOME! But let me tell you, don’t bother showering at the same time as someone else. Pointless to have the second bathroom. Dislike the lack of grass due to being new- you have to walk pretty far to let your dog out. Yeah they provide poop bags- but no one seems to use them or pick up after their dogs. Overall, cheaply made apartments. Wish I would have chose elsewhere. Save your money. Buy a house.

I have lived in several apartments and the Ash Grove complex is definitely the best! They are animal friendly and offer complimentary dog waste bags to use at their very own dog park! Not to mention that lease comes with a complimentary gym membership at Anytime Fitness! The insides are very modern and provide state of the art stainless steel appliances. Overall, these apartments are phenomenal and have provided not only a place to live for my family and I, but also lasting friendships from all of our friendly neighbors.

They are completely new and modern apartments! The maintenance people help with anything you need within 10 minutes of your request! The dog park is absolutely amazing! Our dog loves it and we have made so many friends through that park! We all communicate about when we will take our dogs to play! The office workers are very friendly and are just across the street or an email away if you need ANYTHING! I seriously couldn’t wish for any more from an apartment! Truly blessed to live here!

New in the area due to employer transfer. I was pleased to learn of Ashgrove... especially since it’s new construction. We absolutely love living here. Everything new and modern, management very nice, grounds are always immaculate -even with ongoing construction. Our fur baby absolutely loves the dog park!!

1. If you live in lower unit be prepared for bugs 24/7. 2. They mow the lawn so early so you’ll wake up. If you live on floors 1-2 you constantly here the unit above you.. and I mean everything. 3. Nice appliances they work everything else is good. Cheaply made but its nice. 4. Water becomes cold fast so 5 min hot shower and thats it. 5. Packages always safe. 6. Constant construction noise and noise from highway and railroad nearby. Wakes me up a lot.
