I’ve been a resident for over three years, always paid rent on time, but the experience has declined. Major issues like unfair rent differences, ongoing balcony trash, and ignored short-term rental violations have made living here frustrating. This place needs serious improvement before it can be marketed as luxury living.

The building is beautiful. I do love how you guys keep it clean. I do wish we get some actual amenities outside of just having a pool however I love the cleanliness of the building and the quietness of the building. The staff is professional. The maintenance team is professional so my only complaints are basically cosmetic. Touches in regards to Recreation and we need new Wi-Fi. Company preferably Xfinity they are the best.

I love the building. I love my apartment. Everything is beautiful in the actual units. The common areas are also very nice. We just need a concierge service. We also need some type of recreational gaming, pool table or ping-pong. It would be nice to have a sauna like dry, sauna wet, sauna, and or massage room option. Penthouse floors need to have a coffee maker like most buildings in Atlanta that offer luxury apartment experiences as well as instead of the PH on the units. It should read penthouse. People are proud to live in a penthouse, minor touch, but goes a long way.

I've had a great experience so far, from touring to applying to moving in. Rikki was very informative and patient, and Tony was extremely helpful as well. So far, every other leasing agent I've made contact with has been pleasant and welcoming. I had to submit a maintenance request and it was handled in a very timely manor! I'm impressed and satisfied!

Overall Ascent Peachtree has been a quiet decent living experience. The apts are nice and the community overall is safe and clean. My most favorite thing is the in apt wireless internet. The location of the community is another plus for me. The floor plans throughout the community are the best amongst most I’ve seen in the Atlanta area.

Ascent Peachtree was a nice place to live when it was new at first. The hallway walls need to be repainted and carpets need to be cleaned/shampooed. A lot of people here don’t follow rules and trash the place.

I've been living at Ascent apartment complex for a few months now and it's been a nightmare. The maintenance team takes forever to respond to requests, the ceilings are always falling, and don't even get me started on the smell of mildew in the hallways. The "amenities" are a joke - the "pool" is a small, infested and the "community garden" is just a patch of weeds. The management is unresponsive and unfriendly, and the noise from the highway is constant. Save your sanity and your wallet - look elsewhere!

The Property looks good but the office staff is the issue. The leasing agent stationed in the rear office along the hallway exhibited unprofessional behavior and a lack of discernment, failing to demonstrate common courtesy. Despite scheduling a self-guided tour, upon arrival, I encountered difficulties locating the key or fob as instructed due to the absence of a concierge, who was presumably occupied with an event. Seeking assistance, I approached the leasing agent, and waited by the door. Despite my patient wait outside his office, he failed to acknowledge me or offer even a moment of his attention. Upon finally attempting to address my query, he dismissively waved me away, citing ongoing phone conversations with other prospective tenants. Despite my status as a potential resident, he refused to accommodate my simple inquiry about the location of the lockbox, opting instead to engage in argumentative dialogue. Frustrated by his unprofessional conduct, I chose to abandon the interaction and departed. This encounter left me questioning the agent's professionalism and pondering how the leasing office treatment might manifest post-lease signing.

I have been a resident at this property for 10 months now, and I must caution anyone considering it as their new residence to think twice. The level of service promised and advertised is far from what is actually delivered. Upon moving in, I was greeted with a refrigerator infested with insects swarming around the ice maker motor. This was not the welcome I anticipated when moving into a supposedly upscale property. The most egregious issue, however, lies with the elevators. They are consistently out of service, and there was a particularly alarming incident where all elevators shut down simultaneously. This forced residents to trek down numerous flights of stairs, as the building spans from floor 12 to 28, with a total of 29 floors. It's not just an inconvenience; it's a safety hazard. Furthermore, the hot water supply is unreliable, with frequent outages. As of writing this review, I have been without hot water for over 24 hours. Despite contacting the contact center (since the office and concierge never seem to answer), I received no updates until the following day, when they vaguely mentioned contacting emergency plumbing. However, there has been no further communication or resolution, leaving residents like myself in discomfort and frustration. On top of these issues, the promised concierge service is virtually nonexistent. Instead of having the convenience of a concierge to assist with guests, residents are forced to trek downstairs to let their visitors in every time, which is a significant inconvenience. Despite multiple emails to management addressing these concerns, there has been no meaningful response or action taken to address the ongoing issues. In summary, the experience at this property has been consistently disappointing, and I strongly advise against choosing it as your place of residence. Save yourself the hassle and frustration, and look elsewhere for a more reliable and accommodating living environment.

Don’t live here if you actually expect luxury and high quality living. Of course, unless your definition of luxury is dirty pools, greasy and uneven hallway walls, and broken elevators that leave residents stranded for hours!

Ascent Peachtree is a great place to live downtown. They offer close proximity to everything and the views are amazing. I’ve been a resident for 2 years and hardly have had any problems. Great place for young adults looking to experience the high rise life.

This community is absolutely amazing!!! This is the first place I’ve every stayed in and feel like I’m getting way more out the equation because this community offers soooo many beautiful amenities from the location, beautiful building, great food on every corner, and the feel of a sense of security once inside the building and its in the FREAKING! heart of ATL! Currently rent prices are CRAZY!! Ascent is worth it! I’m a current resident I get way more than I pay for and I feel that’s a great balance with inflation driving prices up on everything . I’m proud to be a resident and would recommend anyone to come move here.

Great quality experience living here. Only thing of note is the two guest limit which I feel should increase to at least 5 but I’ll just go some where else during the holidays to celebrate with family. Amenities are high quality and makes a big difference. I’d like to see the coffee machine stocked with coffee cups however and the rooftop lounge with some products in the fridge to make it more convenient. Appreciate the business center and gym and normal events the most! Makes the most difference and gives a feel of coming together. Keep it up.
