Living at Ascent Midtown has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had as a renter. During a shooting incident on the property, my vehicle was hit 4 times. When I reported it, management initially agreed to reimburse me for the repairs. However, after weeks of back-and-forth, they reversed their position and told me to go through my renter’s insurance instead. Since the damage was just under my deductible, I was left to cover the full cost out of pocket, despite their earlier assurance of support. This property has ongoing problems with short-term Airbnb-style rentals, which creates frequent noise, safety issues, and an unpredictable environment. Decent property. Needs lots of improvements for it to be considered an upscale property. The gate and key fobs need to be updated or a manual code need to be in place. Getting stuck without a parking space you pay monthly for is CRAZY. Specially at 3 in the morning and nobody seems to care .

Ascent so far is a really nice apartment besides the exception of having only four elevators only on the third/fourth floor in the parking garage but other than that the amenities are really nice , the view is gorgeous, good location it’s right next to everything you need , and its quiet in the apartment no loud noise at all . Which is very soothing to be in .

While this place is nice and in a good area, the building management and leasing team are extremely lacking. I’ve had someone park in my reserved parking spot for almost a week and not only have they done nothing about it but they won’t even reply to my emails for help. They keep directing me to a parking app that doesn’t work and telling me to park in a temporary spot which is much further away and as someone with a disability this makes it much more difficult for me to come home every night.
Ascent Midtown has made our move to our dream city a dream in itself. We love working with the lovely staff and have enjoyed our time living in the community.

Being retired military I have moved quite a bit and I must say the staff at Ascent Midtown is possibly the best and most accommodating Ive come in contact with. My experience from the day I did my tour of the property to date has been nothing less of exceptional. The professionalism of the staff in the Leasing Office is top notch in particularly Manny. I pray Im spelling his name correctlybut he goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents are being taken care of and have everything they need. Even though he sits in the leasing office he will get up from his desk to grab a package; hold a door; help you on the elevator or just to say hi. And he does it all with a smile. The other day, while standing in the lobby, I heard some other residence speaking of his kindness. Hes absolutely amazing!! Along with all the other staff. The building and its amenities give a resort style living experience. Its a very clean and inviting environment. I will and have recommended Ascent Midtown to friends and family looking to move to the area.

Ascent midtown is a wonderful place to live. The employees are friendly, efficient, and classy. I have never encountered an issue living here that is worth mentioning. The amenities are great, they host events which are very fun and allow you to meet your neighbors, the elevators are super fast, the appliances are modern, and the maintenance is timely and efficient. I moved in a couple of weeks ago and have had a great experience. The facilities work well as intended. But, it’s the people working here that make this place very special. For example, Korhan, the maintenance supervisor was extremely helpful when I wanted his assistance with setting up my TV in my apartment. He was prompt, helpful and very kind. Bryanna in the concierge has also been extremely helpful. She does her best to assist the residents with their requirements. She is very prompt and understanding. Jacky and Angelica in the concierge are also very efficient and supportive. Overall, I feel justified in my decision in choosing Ascent Midtown. Great facilities, and even better people.
