Very Pleasant! I stayed for 15 months and loved it! Lots of amenities and all of the staff have been extremely helpful. The only thing I would suggest they work on is the people that park in two spaces and take up the lot. Besides that, wonderful!

I’ve lived here for a year and have mostly good things to say! Location is perfect. Close to downtown but far enough for little traffic and nice walking trails. Apartment is modern. My biggest complaint is that the walls and ceilings are VERY thin so you hear everything all the time.

Arya is a great place to live, they have really good price compared to other places. The new management team is great. The only problem I had was a couple of maintenance issues that never got fixed but they have a new maintenance crew so that should not be a problem no more.

Quiet and clean, very peaceful great especially if you have a little family. The apartment is spacious everything brand new when we moved in and I quiet neighbors so that makes it even better! Also lots of parking space!

I'm very happy here. It's a quiet area of the city and close to many things Nashville has to offer. The office and management have been tremendous at working with me on the rare occasions I've needed their support with an issue and taking care of me.

The apartments are great, pool is great but I wouldn’t live facing the pool since people sit right out side of my place. The complex is in a pretty quiet area. The staff is friendly and I’m sad to be leaving but it’s only cause I was able to buy a house!

Great tucked away apartment complex! Quiet most of the time and generally clean common areas. Nice location close to places to eat and not too far from the freeway!

Overall okay experience . Noise complaints were not taken seriously my entire time at the community. Safety at the community was also going down hill with multiple domestic disputes happening weekly, cops constantly being called. In the last few months everything was going down hill, and I was extremly grateful I put in my notice to leave the community.

Worst place I have ever lived. Walls are made out of cardboard and can’t literally hear everything through them especially the heavy equipment that runs runs right outside the windows between 1-5 AM from the construction across the street. If you value sleeping through the night DONT MOVE HERE

As a two year resident, trust me. Don't read recent move-in's reviews. Live literally anywhere else. To begin, this was a wonderful place when I moved in in 2021. The location and price were hard to beat. I was only the second tenant in my unit, so everything was very new. The community was great. Then management changed. In fact, in the two years I've lived here, ownership has changed FOUR times. Four. And no one keeps any record of anything. Around one year of living here is when things really went to hell. I had a new upstairs neighbor, who comes home every night around 10pm and stays up until 3-4am blasting music from their speakers. It kept me up every night for months. I sent at least twelve emails and visited the office four times and even had the courtesy officer come to my apartment at 2am one morning to "witness" it before ANYTHING was done. They moved in in July. They were issued a formal warning in March. Every "manager" I spoke to in that time (three, to be exact) gave me the run around. One man even spoke down to me and acted like I was annoying him. I literally left the office in tears because I hadn't slept more than four hours every night that week because of the problem. Speaking of my particular hallway, we've had domestic fights break out in the hallway itself. So much so that police have come to the complex for it. One was so loud that the entire floor was witnessing it. They also leave trash out, letting it spoil and leak all over the hallway. Nothing done. Finally, strange additions to my rent. In March I noticed there was a $25 RPMIns charge. RPM is their parent company. Sus. I asked the office and they said it was renter's insurance. I already pay monthly for renter's insurance through a company they sent me when I first moved in and never had any issue with it. The guy in the office at that time (now no longer there) told me to email my proof of insurance to a certain email. I did it. The next month, it was still on there, but I didn't see it until after I paid. I called the office and the woman who was now the manager told me to email HER the proof of insurance and she would deduct that from this month's rent. Conveniently, she is no longer here. Now, I see that that charge isn't deducted from my rent, but they've charged me once again. And the office isn't answering my calls anymore or responding to emails. Do yourself a favor. Find somewhere else to live.

My boyfriend and I moved in a little over a year ago. Couldn’t be happier with the community. Office staff seems to come and go but other than that this place is well taken care of and the units are beautiful. Easy to get downtown and close to walking trails. We’re happy here and don’t plan on leaving until we’re ready to purchase a home!

This place is amazing, in all honesty when we first moved in the old management was horrible they never cleaned the halls. Someone new bought the place and new management has come in and things have gotten sooo much better. The halls are actually kept up with and we have only had 1 issue with our A/C and Austin the maintenance guy responded in less than 5 minutes and had our A/C back running in less than 10 minutes. That service alone is worth it!

Insanely overpriced for what it’s worth. They never take out the trash cans at the entrances, the elevators are always littered with trash. They ripped out the benches in the dog park so there is nowhere to sit and it’s been that way for months, not to mention they are turf and they never get cleaned so they smell. If you have a dog good luck, there’s barely any doggie bag dispensers behind the gates. 6 months ago they said they were redoing the gym (no progress). It’s January and they still have November flyers throughout the complex (they haven’t planned a community event in months). The coffee machine is either broken or has no cups everytime I go to get coffee. The management just sucks.

This property is a great, quiet location close to downtown without all of the craziness of living downtown. I appreciate the amenities offered especially the on-site gym facility, the pool, and the trash valet service.

I moved in a month ago and have loved every minute. Not sure about the review below as it’s a year old but the office has been super helpful and has great communication. The move in process was super easy and they even gave me a checklist so I was prepared. I had one light go out in my apartment a week or two after I moved in and the maintenance guy Austin changed it out within two hours!!! I also met some of my neighbors at the Margarita event and it was so fun! I will update in a month or two but I think I found an amazing place!!

Moved here about two months ago and the staff is extremely friendly. Everyone in the office is warm and welcoming and the maintenance team does great keeping the common areas clean and responding very fast for any emergencies! I appreciate the whole team communicating anything needed to be done on the property or when they will arrive to do any work in the apartment.

We moved in August 2020 and were initially really happy with this complex. However, after a change in office staff, it has gone downhill so rapidly in the past few months. The lack of communication from the current office staff is beyond belief. The elevators have not been working in our building for over a week due to a mechanical shortage, which no update has been provided other than the initial note 36 hours after the fact. These buildings are 4 stories tall, which makes things like groceries or household shopping a challenge. The package room is also now locked and inaccessable to residents; a neighbor was who informed us about this change. There is no email or note from management to residents about this change. We had to inform the Amazon driver both that the package room was locked and that the elevator to the building was not working. We have attempted to reach out to both office management and regional management on other issues unrelated to these and were told things were running as they wanted. Speaking with other residents today, it's very clear we are not the only ones who are frustrated with the ongoing lack of communication from management. This is an untenable situation and for the rental price for the "luxury community" that is being charged, the silence from the office is inexcusable.
