The apartments are very serene and calming. I love to sit on the patio and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings, watch the trees softly sway in the breeze and the birds fly from tree to tree. Units are falling apart (broken appliances, leaks, water intrusion, etc). Rent is way too high for these units. Lack of follow through from management and zero follow up from maintenance team. Calls are never returned.

A year down and everything is perfect! I can’t hear the neighbors, the train rarely passes through (maybe 1-3 times a month?). I appreciate the modern color palette. Maintenance requests are completely within a few days. People pick up their dogs poop. I’m going to renew my lease!

After about a year living at this complex, while I still appreciate amenities (pool, fitness center, Amazon locker, proximity to parks and shopping) I reviewed a year ago, this place struggles with maintenance. I tried hard to like this apartment complex. The front desk is friendly and it pains me to write all this about the property, but maintenance is a major problem at this place. Big problem. The first time when the drier needed the duct cleaned (lint was likely from the previous tenant, because this was only a few months after I moved in and the duct was very full of lint!), I submitted a work order. It took the property management close to two months to send someone to take a look at it. The problem was fixed after my multiple complaints and about four visits to the front desk. About a month and a half ago, the washer stopped working. I submitted a work order and to this date, the problem hasn't been resolved. Again, so far, I went four times to remind them and explain that I, inconveniently, have to take my clothes elsewhere to wash, but none of this resulted in any meaningful action. The maintenance person did show up once only to tell me they will "get back to me shortly". And this was about a week a half ago. No one ever came back. Overall, if maintenance is something you are concerned about living in an apartment, my suggestions is stay well away from this complex until this management gets their act straight and start caring about people who live here.

Out of all the apartments I have lived in, Arya is the one I’d recommend the least. In fact, I’d recommend people avoid it due to the low quality appearance of the property and units, low quality of management and maintenance, and overcharged prices and excess fees that you don’t see get put back into improving the property.

We LOVE it here! The location is unbeatable. Maintenance and management are friendly and accommodating. The shared facilities are always kept clean. All around a great place to live!

Arya at Hedges Creek is an amazing apartment complex, the location should have a walking score of 10. The amenities are awesome as well, for the size of the complex the club house and gyms should be expanded.

Our family have lived at the Arya for over three years. Our favorite part of living here is the beautifully maintained grounds. Each season brings new colors and beauty that draws your eyes to it. Also, the walks along the Tualatin River are almost a daily ritual. We do enjoy living here.

I love Arya, I have lived here three times for years. Would not live anywhere else in Tualatin. The management and maintenance are the best ever.

Arya is a great place to live with spacious and beautiful remodeled apartments. They have a lovely staff, pool, and workout center. It’s also very close to walking trails, stores, the police station, and the library.

The overall move-in process was great, minor hiccups here and there but otherwise the online application process was convenient. This a large community and it can take time to orient yourself to the area and where certain things are. However, these are minor concerns. The leasing office has been hands off since we moved in but accessible when needed, the staff we have interacted with are friendly, helpful and professional. We are satisfied with our experience thus far.

We’ve had a lot of issues in our year and a half being residents. Multiple plumbing issues. Lighting. Electrical. Things I thought would have been inspected before allowing a new person to lease a unit. Price we pay isn’t worth what we get unfortunately.

Great community, lovely spacious apartments, low to no noise of surrounding apartments which is incredible. Amazing pool, gym, location, and more. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have appreciated each interaction Ive had with each team member at Arya. Maintenace staff are amazing and they go above and beyond. Office staff are amazing as well. I have been a resident for over 4 year's at this property and I would highly recommend this property. Convenient schools, shopping, freeways, parks, nature trails all within walking distance. Thank You Arya for a great experience!

This has been home for us for a couple of years and we love it here. We are close to so many amenities, walking paths, parks. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help. Grateful.
