Cincinnati’s Central Business District, also known as Downtown Cincinnati, offers the convenience and amenities that living in an urban setting provides, while still offering a small, welcoming community. Located along the banks of the Ohio River, Downtown Cincinnati houses an array of apartments, townhouses, condos, and lofts in proximity to retailers, restaurants, bars, and world-class entertainment venues.
Direct highway access makes it easy for residents to commute to other areas of the city and to northern Kentucky. Downtown also offers an excellent public transportation system. The city’s skyscrapers house several Fortune 500 companies, including Kroger and Fifth Third Bank, making the area a great choice for aspiring professionals. Downtown offers a thriving arts scene, two stadiums (the Great American Ball Park and Paul Brown Stadium), several museums, and numerous annual events.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Artistry Cincy
We signed a lease in April after touring the apartment complex, where the pool was highlighted as a key attraction. Two days before the lease started we received an email that the pool was undergoing repairs and would be open soon. It is now July 21, 2025, and I just received an email that they are not expecting the pool to open for the 2025 season. Requests for rent credits have been denied. Further to this, the parking garage gate has been broken since I toured in April. I chose to park in a nearby garage for this reason, but multiple tenants who do park at the apartment have had car break ins, their vehicles damaged, and there is almost constant towing since there is no gate to keep non-residents out of the garage. If you’re looking for an apartment that is truly “luxury”, or at a bare minimum a safe place to leave your car, look elsewhere. I wish I had.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the pool closure and parking garage issues. Please feel free to reach out to us at (844) 924-2071 to discuss this further.
This place is truly horrific and ran by a miserable property management company that neglects amenities and tenants. Please read the Google reviews to get a better idea of the issues but if you move here, you’re wasting your money and funding a terrible company.

Hi Max. I can assure you that the team here genuinely cares about you and our other residents and are just as upset about the pool as well. If it was something we could fix in house, we absolutely would have. Our team puts a lot of hard work and effort into maintaining the property and to making the resident experience a great one. We would love to speak to you in person or directly when you are available.
I’ve lived here for 13 months, the amenities advertised for this property have been out of order for the majority of time I’ve been here. I’m writing this review in late June, and the pool STILL isn’t open with little to no updates from management and no set date to open. Additionally, the building has only had two working elevators for the last 3 MONTHS since the lower level garage flooded from the Ohio River rising back in April. The gates to the garage have always been out of order the entire time I’ve lived here. Break-ins are a regular occurrence because of this. If one gate’s actually working, the rest aren’t. The internet service included with rent also never works. Want to change providers so you don’t have to go through the property? Well, you still have to pay for the provider they offer regardless. Despite none of these amenities ever working, nothing has been done to reduce the cost of rent. If you’re looking for an apartment downtown, look literally anywhere else but here.

This place has the best location downtown, hands down. The office team is professional and always friendly, our events are great and most of my neighbors are cool. A small group is somewhat full of gossip but you have that everywhere. We’ve lived here 2 years and plan to renew.

We're delighted to hear that you enjoy the location and events at Artistry Cincy. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us!
I really wanted to like this place. The pros: amenities were nice (except when the pool was constantly crowded with non residents), maintenance staff is friendly and helpful and work quickly. The building is clean. For the rent they charge, the front desk staff/property manager is unresponsive. The garage gate was broken for months while still charging $140/month for parking. There was a millipede problem. Loud neighbors/no noise insulation. At move out, I turned my keys in about a week before my lease was over, and felt it was weird when they did not do a move out inspection or had me sign anything. After no contact, I inquired about my security deposit and received a final bill. They had charged me prorated rent, claiming I did not move out in time (my lease was up on the 24th, I moved out on the 11th and turned my keys in on the 18th). I have emailed, called and left messages several times to get this corrected. Finally went in person to see what was going on. The front desk staff said they did see my emails regarding this and said that they had no proof I turned my keys in, so that is why they charged me. This would have been a good thing to respond to my numerous emails they confirmed they received and ignored, but I digress. I asked them to confirm my forwarding address (that I provided verbally when turning in my keys) and they did, so again, proof I did in fact talk to someone at move out. I pull up my move out video to confirm the day/time I turned my keys in, and they said they have to consult with the “powers that be” to get this corrected (mind you the manager was there and immediately went into her office the second she heard I had a problem) Have still yet to hear anything. Very unprofessional. If you pay for these "luxury" places, the management style should reflect that. You can find better for less.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great place to live within walking distance to Reds Game, Heritage and tons of entertainment. Residents are friendly and fun.
Very happy we made the choice to live at Artistry Cincy! The staff and our neighbors are friendly and helpful. Love having sawyer point as our backyard. We can walk to a reds game, pickleball or work. This place is the perfect way to enjoy Cincy.

So wonderful to hear that you are loving it here at Artistry! We are so fortunate to have such amazing residents. We also agree it is a pretty unbeatable location ;)
Front desk/leasing office is not very helpful. Serious communication issues at this apartment complex. Not easy to get ahold of someone with authority/supervisor experience. Front desk people are young and do not know the answers to leasing or building questions, and will not direct you to someone who can help answer.

Your review counts, we would like to speak with you more about your feedback. Please reach out at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
While the building is beautiful and many staff members are very helpful, there are serious communication and safety issues and I would think twice before renting here. Since we moved in a month ago: 1. Two street-side entrances have been left completely unlocked by staff over three separate weekends; 2. The gate to the garage broke labor day weekend such that the garage and building have been wide open to the general public for three weeks. This means anyone has full access to the building from the garage. No solution has been communicated to the residents and no safety measures taken. Despite all these things happening, the only communication we have received from the building was to tell residents three weeks ago that the gate was broken and someone would be stationed at the entrance checking for fobs before permitting access. No one was ever stationed to check for fobs and no further updates have been provided to inform residents when the gate will be fixed. Last week I stopped by the front desk to ask for an update on the garage gate and was told no one at the sales office had any information. I then sent an email to the building manager and a separate email to the general complaint mail box. That too was last week. As of 3 o'clock today (Tuesday) I had not received a response. I therefore went to the front desk to inquire. The person I was talking to walked 15 feet to talk with the manager who told her if I wanted to come back tomorrow I could make an appointment and talk with her then. I once again was provided with no information. So, the gate to the garage has been open for three weeks with full public access which also means there is full public access to the building. I have stopped by the front office several times and sent several emails to understand what was being done to ensure building safety and so far I have received no verbal answer, no email response and have been told if I want to make an appointment someone can talk to me tomorrow. I understand new buildings will have problems. But, this total disregard for resident safety and complete lack of communication would make me think twice before renting here. I have talked with many other residents who share my belief that management does a horrible job communicating with residents and addressing issues that have arisen as they open this new building. Buyer beware.
This place isn’t ready yet! They’ll make you sign a lease and reach out to you 2 weeks before you move in just to let you know that can’t move in cuz it’s not ready! Avoid this place at all costs
Company is not being upfront about leasing difficulties. We were set to move in 6/2022. They told us 4 days before that the move in was delayed a month. It is unlikely they will be open is July anyway as the place is clearly still being built. It’s almost impossible to get in touch with management as they are in office 2 days a week and don’t respond outside those hours. Found from other reviews that there had been a previous delay in may they never told us about. Now we are left homeless and they are not offering any compensation. They have done this to a ton of people now. Avoid this headache
