New Tagging on Floors and Walls Daily

Street side entry has been accessible for building 5 off Wankel (2141) for over a year, push any button and press enter and you’re in. Really nice. Staff doesn’t care to fix anything that you do not personally put in a maintenance request for. All of the “Exit” signs in our building have been ripped off and the staff couldn’t care less. What’s the point of key fob access if it doesn’t work? Side entry door to building is broken and just remains open 24/7. It’s easy to complain about tagging near my front door, but it wouldn’t be an issue if the Artisan staff was professional and took their jobs seriously.

Infestation!!!

For the mount of money you pay here, they dont care about your needs, and health, besides them giving you the run around FOR MONTHS bout fixing/replacing things., CURRENTLY they are not cleaning the trash area and filled with flies that go inside your apartment (because ofcourse the windows and doors not sealed /made properly when constructed) they are nesting inside the apartment!!!!!

Definitely slipping

Moved in 2 years ago and loved it. However, since the new management company took over things have been slipping. Things in public areas remain broken and public areas are not cleaned or maintained. When things break they are replaced with cheaper items and not the standard when I moved in. Things have slipped and rent continues to rise and it’s not on par with the price. Will not be renewing when we’re are better options out there.

Front office staff are unprofessional

I have had a broken washer and dryer for over a month and they still won’t take care of it. I have to call everyday for an update and all they say is that they will talk with the property manger and get back to me. They had painters come into our balcony without any notice, when I asked them why we didn’t receive one they said they put the notice on the wrong building. They didn’t even apologize. Horrible service and very disorganized.

Nice when I moved in but cutting corners like not fixing public areas or heating the pool makes it hard to understand increased rent at lease renewal time.

The staff accommodated my weekend after-hour arrival time from a NCAL to SCAL move. Once settled, great community to live and work. Maintenance also upgraded all units to the NEST and now I just talk to my app to change the indoor temperature. Yes, one of the few complexes that have A/C in Ventura County.

The Artisan is beautiful and luxurious from the inside to the outside but priced at a comfortable rate. Our experience moving into the Artisan was smooth and simple, as the staff were there to guide my fiancé and I, as we opened the next chapter of our book, moving into out first home.
