This historic 1920's vintage hotel building has recently been remodeled into apartments. Our location is in Pico-Union, a diverse neighborhood just West of Downtown LA (just a 12 minute walk to all of the excitement that Downtown LA has to offer). This is a fantastic residential community sprinkled with old Victorians and historic manors from LA's early 20th Century heyday. . Units have laminate flooring, vertical blinds, new kitchen appliances, ceiling fan, full sized bed, and are freshly painted. Well served by public transportation: Walk 12 minutes to Pico light rail station or no time to catch a bus downtown via Venice Blvd. It is incredibly easy to get around this town!

Located just west of Downtown Los Angeles, Pico-Union is a largely residential community in a convenient locale. Named for the intersection of Pico Boulevard and Union Avenue, Pico-Union is one of LA’s most densely populated neighborhoods and offers a wide variety of apartments and condos available for rent.
