Not impressed - while the location is ideal, the grounds are dirty and full of bird scat, the apartments are worn. The fire alarms constantly go off and the elevators are often in need of service.

So far so good, I’m enjoying everything about Artessa. The location has so much to offer, and it’s convenient to my needs. It can get a little noisy at times being so close to the golf course, but it’s not too often.

Love apartment view, staff is very helpful and friendly, clean complex, convenient to stores and frwy. Alittle costly for 2 bedroom but covered parking is good to have.

It has been great! Great location! The maintenance crew is quick to respond if needed. However, the golf balls are a little unnerving at times, and many of the gates do not lock.

I like their trash system not only valley but each floor has their trash room. They are very clean and maintain the outside. The staff in the office and maintenance are very kind and on top of getting things done.

Everything is acceptable, except for the level of cleanliness, which needs improvement. Elevators, fire alarms and doors security need some attention. After all, this is a 'Luxury' rentals place, so these things should not be an issue for the residents.

My Wife and I were looking a couple of things: a living situation placing us closer driving distance to my Wife's job at ST Philips' College, and a downsizing experience to share. The experience We've had at Artessa Residents have gone beyond our expectations by also providing a sense of community.

We thoroughly enjoy our first attempt at downsizing. Moving to the Artessa has proven to be great! My only drawback is visitors mistakenly parking in assigned parking places.

If your looking around the area for an apartment and don’t care it things are followed up on or people who genuinely care, i’d suggest another apartment complex. We consider Artessa the worst of the best. It has the potential of being a true luxury complex, but doesn’t have the leadership and follow through to go from average to luxury.

I do tell folks how nice it is to live in the Artessa. Have friends at The Pearl and we compare apts all the time, that place sort of fun to visit but don’t wanna live there.

It is a privilege to live in such a wonderful complex. Everyone is so kind and will help you if they see your struggling over something. There are all ages here and the atmosphere is all about kindness to other tenants, young or elderly. I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

Great location and views, but complex is showing its age. Updates needed to compete with other communities in the area. Advertised as luxury urban living, but outdated finishes and appliances are far from luxurious.

It's a great community to live in. The most obvious is the location. However, the village needs to improve the consistency of cleaning the hallway floors.

Artessa at Quarry Village is in a very nice location that is accessible to the highway, airport, shopping, dining, golf and other forms of recreation. Artessa @ Quarry Village has tremendous potential to be a luxury apartment residence when it is effectively maintained and properly secured.

Artessa is a very friendly, clean and well maintained complex. The location is extremely convenient, the amenities are great, the price is reasonable, and the staff work hard to keep the community a great place to live. Thanks for all the effort!

Nice community, building, and location. Very poor leasing experience and unit condition upon move in. Has been much more difficult than it should be to fix these issues as well.

Great location and amazing views! The complex is showing its age, but the management team is working on updates and upgrades. Best location in town; close to downtown and the airport.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services with Management. The staff are friendly and helpful, any time I have submitted a request I have received a prompt response, Overall an excellent place to live, beautiful amenities, well managed and maintained. Sad to move. It’s the perfect location in San Antonio; central to everything you need. Golf course is a perfect view. However, the management has been awful.

We moved in about 6 months ago and have had a great experience so far. The location is amazing, the amenities are nice and clean, and the maintenance is very efficient. We’ve loved living here so far!

The location is unbeatable! Maintenance Team is very capable and responsive. The Office Team is very courteous and receptive to resident input. I am a long-term resident and plan to stay for many more years.

While the office staff are incredibly kind and understanding, these apartments boast a luxury apartment along with the luxury price yet are far from it. Important community security features have not worked for almost a year some at least 2, paint chipping off corridors fans inoperable and missing arms outdated appliances and cabinetry but yet charge ridiculous Lux prices and raise the lease 11% if not more. How much more $$ do you need Mr. I own half of the Quarry?? Is retention not important to anyone these days? Huge disappointment. This is NOT luxury sir.

Moved in with great expectations. It has been far from what I expected. The grounds are not maintained above a bare minimum, the apartments are extraordinarily noisy - likely built cheaply but to look fancy. I hear every single move from my upstairs neighbor (hardwood floors above the first floor are a cosmically bad idea), and lots of noise from the halls and next door neighbor. It takes multiple requests to get items resolved, if they ever get resolved at all. The security gate to the garage has been inoperable for months. The security gates through walkways are finicky. Yet when I went to renew my lease they wanted to raise my rent by ridiculous amounts. If it weren't for the great location and friends I've made with other residents and retailers (neither of which have anything to do with the operations of the complex) it would be a near total bust. If location is your only priority, this is your place. If you expect what most expect out of a complex in the area of town, I'd look elsewhere.

Great location and views of the golf course, but needed repairs are not a priority like the garage security gate, fire alarm regularly trips due to "tests", and locked external doors rarely function properly or lock.

Artessa has a good management team. The cleanliness of the hallways sometimes are disregard, seems that it needs a scheduled dates.

I love this community and to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants is such a plus for me and convenient. Moises made my move-in experience so pleasant. He was so nice and patient with me and willing to help me to make me happy and satisfied.
