If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not try to stay at this establishment. They will pretend like they are working with you and then go against everything that they said they would do and steal your security deposit.
Been living here for about 6 months and have been extremely happy. Victoria at the front desk is always a joy to talk to and the amenities are up to date !

When arriving at Artesia at Medina Valley Victoria was amazing! She greeted me with a smile and her energy made me feel so comfortable. Visit Victoria for you new townhome! The townhomes themselves are beautiful and the property is very clean and quiet!
