I am so grateful for my moving-in experience here at Artemis Apartments. The staff have been so incredibly helpful. The apartments are beautiful; very well built. I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The residents are kind and respectful. I love living here so close to the mountains.

Things in my apartment break all the time. The front office workers are unhelpful and rude. They’re all willing to take your money but refuse to help the people that live in their community.

This is a lovely, foliage-rich and peaceful community, sitting on the edge between the city and the mountains. It's much quieter than where I lived previously, and GOG to I-25 is not a terrible experience at 8am.

They are nice buildings in a great location. Its quiet and and has nice scenery, but also anything we might need is at most 10 min away

The apartment complex is fantastic. Staff is really great and fast when problems arise. Amenities are great and definitely kept up. Friendly neighbors and definitely a good community. Away from the major city area but still close enough for you to run to the store and back in no time. Nice walk from the apartments to garden of the gods. Definitely love this place.

Lovely grounds. Spacious apartment . The staff is outstanding.
Great location, noisy if you're close to the road (invest in some window inserts and it will improve dramatically), pretty solid value for money. Be prepared to wait on maintenance issues that are not an emergency, maybe even if they are.
This is a nice community and a wonderful area of town! The apartments are pretty nice and kept up well. If you want apartment living, this is a good place to be.
We have enjoyed our time at ASC. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Moreover, the apartment meets our current needs quite well.
I love living here, everyone is super nice and always take the time to say hello to me and my little dog, they keep the complex in beautiful shape, always clean and grass cutt
We are senior but not retired...living here temporarily. We have enjoyed our experience at Artemis at Spring Canyon. Friendly staff and neighbors, quiet surroundings, and lots to do nearby during weekends and evenings. Being on the west side of the city is ideal for us.

I have yet to fully move in, but in the few days since getting keys, our experience has surpassed any of our many moves so far. These are in fact luxury apartments and come with all the amenities and services one might hope for. Applying was easy and the office staff are beyond courteous and professional. It’s gone so well that I’m no longer interested in buying a home, for now. If you are looking and can afford rent here, do yourself a favor and apply to Artemis at Spring Canyon. I just love it here!

No access to amenities. Dog waste litters the common area. Neighbor's cars continually broken into , a neighbor's car was stolen. Mail room has been vandalized since I moved in and is still a wreck. Motorcycles and cars with loud exhaust rip up and down the surrounding roads.

Love this community and it's staff. They are great at communicating changes, issues, events and are very responsive to all repairs regardless to how small they are. The complex is well maintained, apartments have a great floor plan and I have the most amazing balcony and views.

I've lived at Spring Canyon Apartments for over 9 years now . Christina the community manager is by far the best we've ever had and in fact her entire staff I would rate as a 10 being the highest . Artemis Spring Canyon Apartments are by far one of the best and the location is awesome. The entire staff are very professional very friendly always with a smile and ready to help at anytime.
