good neighborhood and nice gated community. the people who work here are very nice. i was at the aubry before which was nice, but expensive; this place is more affordable.

It’s been over 6 months since I moved in and I still enjoy living here. The community continues to be clean, safe and affordable. The staff and management are professional and courteous. Five stars if we can get USPS package lockers and Amazon lockers!

The only suggestion I have for change would be one assigned parking spot along the building per apartment. Then open parking along the back fence.

We have liked the actual unit we are in but security is sorely lacking for the area they are in. Grey Star refuses to care about resident security

Very friendly staff, staff cleaning all the areas daily. Makes sure the trees are trimmed. Always a good vibe going into the office to ask about maintenance checking on problems that occur. Enjoy the area and my dog is super excited to roam the area with no incidents. Great place to live

Lived here for 2 years. Security was awful the gates were never closed and cars often were stolen or broken into. Roaches were very common. The walls had holes, cabinets were broken and peeling. Worst of all, maintenance seemed to be against me. The washer/dryer hookups were corroded and leaking into the bedroom. Maintenance promised renovations that never came, then charged for the carpet removal that had molded at the end of the lease. When the refrigerator stopped working, maintenance peeled up the vinyl pulling out the fridge right before my eyes. Then charged for that as well. Combine that with the rent raising 100$ each year, I've definitely learned not to trust the landlords again!

I have been here since Nov 2023 . All tho i love the maintenance and office workers . Im sad to say the security here sucks i had few shoes stolen from my porch and as of July 23 my car got broken into n almost stolen from the property. We have notice alot of homeless enters this property due to numerous holes in the back fence. I have witness 4 different times while sitting on my porch homeless walks on to property empty n leave with either bag tools, kids toys n running out thru the holes in the fence. The office is aware of it . I have told them bout the holes n where it is .Office said they will get it fixed .. We love living here its jus the security sense isnt great

I love the large one bedroom floor plan and the neighborhood feels secure. The staff is very cordial and friendly. The main drawback is being behind an abandoned bingo hall.

Absolutely love these apartments. Lived here for 5 months, I've had no issues with my neighbors, very quiet, parking is no issue. I've called maintenance one time and they came in a reasonable amount of time fixed the issue and haven't had any issues since. I recommend these apartments to all my friends and family. Everyone in the front office are very nice and professional

Affordable, quiet and convenient. Staff is pleasant and does their best considering how short staffed they are. More maintenance staff is needed as there is often a lot of trash and dog waste on the grounds. Landscaping is actually beautiful even in winter.

This property has a new company that took over and took on renovations ONLY when necessary. The outside of the buildings and the leasing office has cracks and very bad chipping paint, the tenants leave trash and dog poop on the property sidewalks, and the overall first impression seems like there isn't a lot of upkeep to this property. Staff seems great, but I'm not gonna pay more than advertised price and pay tons of fees for an apartment that doesn't give me absolute confidence I won't have my place broken into.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the community feels safe and quiet. My air conditioning was not working properly when I moved in, but staff worked quickly to identify the problem and even supplied a portable a/c to make it comfortable until my main unit was fixed the next day. Other than that I have not had anymore issues. Overall I have been satisfied with my experience here.

Arrowhead Pointe responds to maintenance rqsts in a timely manner and if you request to be sprayed for roaches weekly, it’ll make your home life at Arrowhead Pointe very satisfactory.

The office staff at Arrowhead Pointe are great, very helpful & friendly. The apartments are cute, well maintained & affordable. Landscaping is good, parking is ok, security is good. Had a couple of those "never notice til you're using it", maintenance issues that were resolved immediately with NO MESS. Overall this is a great place!

This is a good basic apartment complex . They try to keep it clean. Good that they allow large dogs.

The staff and other residents were super friendly and made moving in a breeze! I honestly love the complex and the space and it's conveniently located next to everything I've ever needed! The apartment itself was super clean on move in and is honestly super nice! Plenty of storage! Plenty of Space! It is the perfect apartment for me!

It’s decent considering it’s a graystar property. The office team is courteous and the maintenance team is very respectful. It does take a lot of persistence to get maintenance to come if you need help and Graystar will raise rent incrementally even though the apartments are fairly dated. Given the current shortage in housing i think it’s a better option comparatively to what’s available in the price range.

We have lived here for 4 years. We love our apartment home. The office crew are all so helpful and kind. Freddie with maintenance is such a very hard worker. Unfortunately he has no help.

The residents are friendly, the maintenance lacks in just about every way, the gate is sometimes broken defeating the purpose of safety in this part of Albuquerque.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We apologize that the gates are currently opened but we must leave them open while the Vendors are repaving the entire asphalt on property. They should be done next week then we can close our gates again. I am having a hard time understanding why you rated us so low. Do you have any maintenance concerns that we can address? I see you remained anonymous would you mind reaching out the the front office so we can hopefully turn your experience around?
I have lived here for a year and a half, and I love it here! Although it seems like it’s not in the “best area”, it is safe and quiet. We have had no issues with crime. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful, too! I’m grateful to call this my home.
