Property Ratings at Arrowhead Landing Apartments
I've lived at Arrowhead Landings for 2 years and I could not be happier. I've made the tough choice to move away and I know that I may never find a management team as good as this one. From day 1 , they've gone above and beyond. I traveled all the way from Wisconsin and they kept the office open for me, even when I was slightly late due to car troubles. Since moving here, everything has been stellar. I've had almost every single maintenance request taken care of the same day and the maintenance staff really cares and are social birds that you can tell are dedicated to getting things done right. I've had a short list of issues here, but all were resolved by the complex very quickly and swiftly and I've never had to ask twice. My only one critique is that when you move in, please allow residents time to fill out their room report sheet. I felt rushed during my move in and had to stand my ground that I would not rush stating the original condition my apartment was in. Outside of that, from move in, to this current process of moving out, I have felt welcomed at this complex and I will miss it. I'll be updating my review once my move out is complete, to detail the process and if any unfair charges occurred.

Nice apartments but...after just 2 months we have to move again. Air conditioning does not work like it should...have to use 2 fans in bedrooms and still wake up sweating...if you can sleep....office staff laughed when we said it was 80-90° in the bedrooms..no professional called until after notice to vacate given. Not enough handicapped spaces. Husband hospitalized 3 times while living here in 2 months. Daughter & I have had migraines daily since moving in. Also weird drain above shower leaked a brown nasty liquid. Updates are nice but included vinyl flooring that doesn't work with Arizona heat. Nice apartments but definitely not worth the outrageous prices plus with the a/c not working properly you also get the privilege of paying super high electric bills. Definitely think twice about moving here. Glad we're getting out.
I loved living at Arrowhead Landing. Beautiful complex. Always clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I had a parking spot right in front of my unit. There is plenty of guest parking too. If you see an ant or spider let the office know and they'll have it taken care of right away. All maintenance issues were taken care of right away. Loved the amenities; the business office, coffee bar, media room. The grills and pool were always clean. It has been my favorite apartment and favorite staff. I can't say enough good things about it. If I move back to the area I would definitely go back to Arrowhead Landing.
My daughter is attending ASU West and her living at Arrowhead Landing was such a pleasure for me. Last year we had some apartment complex that charged for everything. The rent would change each month because they tied the water bill to it. They wouldn't tell you how much you owed until the first day of the month and then you had two days to pay. Arrowhead has a very helpful group of people. My daughter is moving out this month because school is over for her. Arrowhead Landing is clean, close to everything, and well maintained. The property managers were very helpful with my being out of state they were very helpful.
After moving from a roach infested apartment on northern, we are renewing our lease here for another year. Usually pretty quiet, maintenance is done within reasonable time and the ladies in the office are always friendly. Only complaint is this past year they have turned the water off at least 5 different times for usually an entire day to have the lines fixed, and they’ve had painters here quite a bit doing the building and parking lots and not much notice so we’ve been limited on parking during those times. Besides those minor things I really enjoy these apartments!

I love having my own place, I feel a sense of independence, the apartments I stay at are great, everything is near by, within walking distance, so many resturants to choose from! The Baseball field is in walking distance and are great for Fire Work displays!
We previously lived at this complex about 4 years ago. The management (office staff) has always been great and consistent. The maintenance at that time (4 years prior) was slow to repair or fix things but that has improved since we moved back. The grounds and pool area our well kept and the landscape is well cared for. We looked at over 30 apartment complexes within an 8 mile radius of this general vicinity and came back to rent after reviewing all within the area. These apartments have the LARGEST square footage for the money. Arrowhead Landing is undergoing a renovation of the interior on most of the apartments and we decided on an upgraded model. It is fantastic! We have just what we wanted -- wood like flooring (medium in color) NEW stainless steel appliances with the double door refrigerator-- brushed nickel fixtures-- a garage at our doorstep AND storage available. The patios on these units are HUGE which adds to the overall feeling of extra living space. It is a mixture of older adults and young professionals who work in the area. We are happy to be back "home"!
We moved from Idaho to Peoria AZ in June 2015. I went to apartment.com to research apartments, lined several appointments up and flew to Arizona 2 weeks before the move. After looking at 3 complexes, Arrowhead was the one for us. The consultants were friendly, informative and willing to answer every question I had. Everything that their site showed was exactly what it was in person. It was so nice to have all that information before arriving to Arizona, due to the information I gained from a computer site. We love our apartment, it's location and everything surrounding it. Thank you Apartments.com and thank you Arrowhead Landing!
Really nice place . When first saw it my son, his fiancé and myself thought wow really beautiful place. Every time tenant moves out now upgrade units . New carpet, fixtures and appliances . Management really easy to work with and maintenance people are really good and friendly . Area kept really nice and clean Would recommend this apartment complex to anyone .
