My apartment is very comfortable and the surrounding residents have been very respectful and polite. My apartment is clean and well maintained.
I like living here. The maintenance crew is great. When we have put in maintenance requests they have been taken care of promptly. The grounds are kept neat and tidy. Our only complaints are the following: 1. Kids running and yelling in the hallways even after you send announcements to parents to not do this. 2. Living on the parking lot side of bldg 295, all day long we hear car alarms going off. It seems people set the alarm off to find their car. A lot of times the alarms go off for 30 seconds then they shut it off. This is really annoying. Other than the 2 items above, we are very happy for the moment.
During my stay at the Arrive Apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality amenities that significantly enhanced my experience. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine, and the communal lounge area provided a welcoming space to relax or socialize with other guests. Overall, the thoughtful amenities contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere throughout my visit.

We have lived at Arrive since January 2024. We were impressed with management they seemed like they were really on top of things and they were good about sending emails. Maybe it is new management or they get too many complaints and don't care.For the past several months the elevators are always breaking down. They get one fixed and then the other one breaks down. We have 9 floors and probably close to 200 adults and children living there so that is especially hard when the kids are going to school to wait for an elevator. Plus then you have people moving in and out so that is hard with one elevator. I realize the building is 70 years old so maybe it is time to replace the elevators. It would also be helpful if they put signs on elevators when they aren't working and send out emails keeping the residents posted as to what is going on. We could use better communication from management.

Very Good place to live with family & kids. Lot of near by shops like Walmart, target, McDonald’s, Indian & Mexican restaurants, banks and ATM and mainly commuter train.

It’s good to live here for the most part. Amenities are good but the apartments are too old and I think we need newer appliances and modifications should be made. Rent is too high compared to the facilities provided. And something needs to be done about the noise level in the lobby area.

They have really good leasing terms. The friendly neighbors and pet-friendly apartment. A great place to live in if you have younger kids. The close proximity to major stores is an added plus.

We've had a fine time with the people in charge at the apartment, and our maintenance crew is outstanding. However, the laundry situation is awful because the machines hardly ever work and my clothing has been burned in the dryer and they've increased the price without notice. The trash situation is also rough because people clog the chutes ALL the time

Apartment community is nice. Only concern i see is the lease renewal rates are too high. The rents are already priced high and with high % on renewals, it challenges our cost of livings.

I have lived at Arrive for almost 4 years now and it’s been a great experience. The location is perfect for shopping, commuting to Boston and Worcester and exploring. The apartments are spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful!

The building has a lot of problems that the management doesn’t seem to care to fix. The front door is always broken and rather than replace the door to ensure that it is secure, management just keeps sending a maintenance worker to provide a temporary fix. There are bugs and roaches on the bottom floor and in the elevators. The building consistently smells like trash on the weekends and the trash chutes are often filled and clogged. Some members of the office staff (not all of them) are completely disrespectful and obnoxious and treat the residents beyond poorly. The snow removal is awful- I had to help an 83 year old woman get her car out because it was stuck in the ice in the parking lot. She was too scared to ask the office for help because last year rather than help they towed her. Every weekend at least half of the washers are out of service or leaking water. They only care about money. The management and corporation have no integrity.

I love a lot about living here, but I wish it were easier to sign up for locked mailbox and that there were more social events. There are also unfortunately a lot of issues with noise and misuse of amenity equipment on the part of residents, but that's difficult for the facility to fix.

I’ve been living at Arrive Westborough for a while, and overall, it’s been an okay experience. The location is convenient with easy access to major highways, shopping, and dining. The amenities, like the gym and common areas, are nice when they’re well-maintained. However, there are some drawbacks. Maintenance response times can be inconsistent. Additionally, rent increases each year without significant improvements to justify the cost. If you’re looking for a decent place to live in Westborough, this could be a good option, but be prepared for some minor inconveniences.

Overall okay experience. Rent is on higher side compared to amenities and services provided. Lately have observed so many and frequent issues specifically after recent fire incident. Only one Elevator works most of the time and no ETA for fix.

Arrive is a good neighborhood near to Walmart, Target and other stores near by. It has good spacious units. Off late the management is not maintaining the property as it used to be couple of years before.
We just renewed our lease for another year. We are happy here except for the children running,playing, and screaming in the hallway. It is usually after dinner when you are sitting down and trying to relax. One night we went out three times and told them no playing in the hallway and stop yelling. Finally after an hour they finally went into their apartments. I sent a letter to the office with this complaint but it has been a week and never got a response back. There used to be a notice posted in the hallway saying no playing in the hallway but someone ripped it down. We are hoping management does something about this.

I’m satisfied with my new apartment. Close to nice Indian restaurants and lot more. Nice simple units with solid amenities and management. I have never brought trash down to find nowhere to leave it, and messes produced by other tenants are cleaned quickly. I live on the third floor, which I recommend to avoid noise and for privacy.

Excellent Property Management I have lived in nice apartment communities in Chicago and St. Louis. The Property Management at Arrive is the best I have witnessed. Fabulous customer service by the office, maintenance, cleaning staff, and all necessary contractors.
overall, it’s a great place to live. There’s a lot of families and children. It feels safe and the apartment unit itself is very quiet. You can’t hear noise from the people upstairs or next to you. However, there are some downsides because there are a lot of kids it can become crowded in the lobby and common areas. The washer unit can become very occupied and messy and for some reason the trash can become very smelly and the smell extends to each floor and especially the T level floor.
I have lived here about 3 years, and it has very much felt like home. The community is in a great location in Route9, the staff are all very friendly and professional and the apartments are spacious.
The sound of car alarms going off is rediculis. They go off all hours of the day and night. Sometimes people are setting the alarm off to find their car, come on, you live here and can’t find your car! Our apt is on the parking lot side and we hear alarms all the time.

Has a decent dog park and playground I have not been able to view the pool area because it is closed for the season but what I can see if it looks very nice

I love it here. There are a few unserious problems like kids running in hallways and people doing their evening walks in hallways while chatting loudly. But that’s okay since it’s a big community.

I have been living in Arrive since last 2 years and enjoyed a lot. Whenever I had any issues for maintenance work and after creating maintenance ticket, maintenance guy fixes it within 1 day. Location is very prime and most of the store nearby.

The maintenance requests often take longer than expected to be addressed, and there are frequent mouse problems throughout the buildings. The management team could significantly improve their response and service to better handle these ongoing issues.

It is good experience with Arrive community. Community and neighbours are good. Center place where Walmart and other shops are very near by and easy accessible.

Do you want to know what it feels like to live on it? Come on down and sign a lease here...the temperature is topping off indoors at 90 degrees today (with the slider open and two fans blowing). And don't worry. Management will come and encourage you to stick it out. It's not that hot. Don't cook in the daytime. Leave your sliders open. It's the walls that are hot, not the apartment. It's a tropical paradise at this place. Come join the rest of us paying an amazing amount of money for rent and slowly bake into eternity. We'd love to have you.
