I have lived in this building since 2018. From 2018 to May 2024, I had a wonderful experience, until I moved apartments on the same floor, just to a larger unit. Since that time, I have had consistent problems with pests, despite my cleanliness. Actually, this whole building has had a major problem with cockroaches, I have addressed it with property management multiple times and there has not been a real solution for almost 18 months of this terror despite my documentation. Management under Fountainhead was so much better.

We were really enjoying it until cockroaches started appearing in the hallways in the laundry room and in our apartment, the residents of this building don't like to keep a clean environment, besides that almost every day we get stuck in the elevator because it gets stuck and doesn't open the doors and they take a long time to help you.

The renters’ insurance agency outsourced by the apartment management has been tough to deal with. Even though we have valid renters’ insurance, they continue to apply fines, leaving us stuck paying both the insurance and unnecessary penalties. They do not respond to emails, and it has been a very frustrating experience with no support or resolution from anyone.

The staff at the front office are extremely polite and worked with me to set up all my accounts, helping me sign my lease. They also explained all the fees I was being charged, as well as who to contact when I needed help. The apartment is very spacious, and the views are stunning, despite being a bit antique.

Part of this community for last 3 years it is in prime location where you can walk to walmart and target . Other shops are also near by with 5-10 mins drive.

I love the environment and amenities that Arrive can offer, the pool is awesome and always has two lifeguards, people here are polite and clean. Every morning I see the cleaners around and that’s make me so comfortable knowing the common areas are safe and clean for us.

Overall, it was a great experience and the property is well maintained. Just a few issues to note: some of the closet doors aren’t closing properly due to the overhead pipelines, and some internet accessories left by the previous owners are still in the living room. It would be better if these were removed so new tenants can organize the space more easily. I’ve enjoyed staying here, the neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Great Job Arrive.

I moved into Arrive in 2021 and have lived here since. The staff are all very friendly and professional, you get use of the outdoor pool, fitness room, internet center and more all included! And the location is great too- easy commutes to Worcester and Boston and near most major highways.

I like living here. The maintenance crew is great. When we have put in maintenance requests they have been taken care of promptly. The grounds are kept neat and tidy. Our only complaints are the following: 1. Kids running and yelling in the hallways even after you send announcements to parents to not do this. 2. Living on the parking lot side of bldg 295, all day long we hear car alarms going off. It seems people set the alarm off to find their car. A lot of times the alarms go off for 30 seconds then they shut it off. This is really annoying. Other than the 2 items above, we are very happy for the moment.

My Experience Living at Arrive Westborough, MA I moved into Arrive Westborough a little over a year ago, and it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to call home. From the start, the leasing process was smooth—management was responsive, professional, and made move-in feel almost effortless. We have lived at Arrive since January 2024. We were impressed with management they seemed like they were really on top of things and they were good about sending emails. Maybe it is new management or they get too many complaints and don't care.For the past several months the elevators are always breaking down. They get one fixed and then the other one breaks down. We have 9 floors and probably close to 200 adults and children living there so that is especially hard when the kids are going to school to wait for an elevator. Plus then you have people moving in and out so that is hard with one elevator. I realize the building is 70 years old so maybe it is time to replace the elevators. It would also be helpful if they put signs on elevators when they aren't working and send out emails keeping the residents posted as to what is going on. We could use better communication from management.

Very Good place to live with family & kids. Lot of near by shops like Walmart, target, McDonald’s, Indian & Mexican restaurants, banks and ATM and mainly commuter train.

It’s good to live here for the most part. Amenities are good but the apartments are too old and I think we need newer appliances and modifications should be made. Rent is too high compared to the facilities provided. And something needs to be done about the noise level in the lobby area.

They have really good leasing terms. The friendly neighbors and pet-friendly apartment. A great place to live in if you have younger kids. The close proximity to major stores is an added plus.

We've had a fine time with the people in charge at the apartment, and our maintenance crew is outstanding. However, the laundry situation is awful because the machines hardly ever work and my clothing has been burned in the dryer and they've increased the price without notice. The trash situation is also rough because people clog the chutes ALL the time

Apartment community is nice. Only concern i see is the lease renewal rates are too high. The rents are already priced high and with high % on renewals, it challenges our cost of livings.

I have lived at Arrive for almost 4 years now and it’s been a great experience. The location is perfect for shopping, commuting to Boston and Worcester and exploring. The apartments are spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful!
