Overall a good experience. It’s a quiet area in a safe town. The neighbors are friendly and maintenance is quick to respond. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance is a bonus.

The complex is an absolute joy, kept incredibly clean and tidy and well organized. Staff are friendly and reply to emails and calls as soon as they are able to

The staff was wonderful, especially Maddison, who was so helpful and kind. The unit was very clean. While a few items were not repaired, overall, it was a really positive experience.

I enjoy living in this quiet community. When I've had maintenance issues with my kitchen and bathroom sink or my dryer, it has been fixed within 24 hours. The maintenance staff do a great job.

I absolutely love living here. This community is quiet even though we are on a busy road. Maitanance comes super quick when I put in requests. I haven’t had any issues at all.

Satisfied with my place cozy quiet clean up to date. Feel very comfortable here, closer to work plenty of options for shopping and dinning. Parking is a bit tight but it’s apartment living.

Arrive West Linn is a quiet, friendly apartment to complex to live in. I have been here going on 2 years and have loved it. We love the heated pool, and the get together that’s the office hosts.

Can't fully beautify our porches since they threatened everyone with lease termination for having things like bird feeders, wind chimes, and anything other than "1-2 nicely potted plants and outdoor furniture in good condition" (to quote the email they sent to all residents). I pay too much in rent for this dinky, dark apartment only to be told not to fully decorate one of my two only views. I used to see hummingbirds drinking from my neighbor's birdfeeders and lush, well-maintained plant collections on people's porches. Now most people's porches are bare or closer to bare than they used to be. What else are we supposed to do when our leases are threatened? I understand not everyone was "beautifying" their porches exactly and were storing junk and whatnot on their porches but why punish all of us? I wish I could give zero stars in this situation.

Friendly neighbors, kept up well. Community areas are well maintained. Neighbors are respectful of quiet times, with awesome schools nearby. Low crime rate.

Enjoy my neighbors...a little loud upstairs but is really great and friendly. My cat doesn't like that she can't be outside at all. Like the manager here.

Love being here, the space and natural light is amazing! Our animals love it along with our daughter. Only downfall is the feeling that we need to be quiet due to neighbors under us!

Apartments are clean and updated. Community Amenities are cool. All the dog owners clean up after their animals, landscapers are out nearly daily doing area beautification.

Maintenance requests take days if not weeks to complete. I was without a working washer/dryer unit for 2 weeks waiting on a replacement. When it was replaced no user manual came with it and I the previous maintenance guy had no idea how to use it properly so I had to watch you tube video's. I was without a stove and oven for over a month. I am still waiting for the completion of my bathroom heat lamp and fan to be resolved. It has been over 3 weeks.

We’ve so far enjoyed moving into this neighborhood. The few neighborhoods we’ve met are friendly and the staff here are so kind! The apartment is so spacious for our growing family, as well as so much natural light comes in!

I recently renewed my renter's agreement with Arrive, and I can tell you that it was a very satisfactory arrangement. The quality of apartments, the helpful staff, and friendly community make it a very welcoming and safe place to live. And concerns I have I feel open to bring them up with staff and they get right on fixing my problems. I am glad that the quality of Arrive has been up to par since the new management has taken over.

Awesome and safe community! The neighbors are super respectful and friendly. Everything is really close by so you can walk to get food or groceries. The property manager, Kayden, is professional, friendly, and resolves problems quickly. I absolutely love this community.

From day one, I had amazing customer experience. Mike was patient with me and worked with me while I got my paperwork together. He is very kind and walked me through the entire process. They also were very respectful of Covid guidelines and made it very safe to come in and view the apartments. Apartments are newly renovated and look great and amenities are great too. Management of the property is great. Clean, organized, easy access to dog bags and trash cans. Garbage can and recycling is also kept pretty clean. Restaurants and groceries nearby are great! Excited to keep trying more as I continue being here. Walmart across the street is clean. And Safeway is only 5 minutes away. This missing star from this comes from the noise. I am in a one bedroom on the first floor and I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors do. This is typical in apartments but it is just something to note if looking at a one bedroom.

We moved here blindly from San Diego and it was the best decision we ever made. As a young couple we are active and like to go out. The location is perfect because it’s a beautiful 20 minute drive to Downtown Portland (you can see mount hood) down Willamette Dr. If you want to go to east Portland it’s about the same drive on the highway. The neighborhood Walmart is right across the street which is really convenient when you forget something at the grocery. Food options are fairly limited but I enjoyed Sushi Hurray and La Sen just down Willamette Dr or there are plenty of restaurants at Lake View Village. The apartments complex itself is quiet. There are a lot of older tenants so you really never hear your neighbors. This was very apparent to us after coming from overpopulated San Diego to here. Mike the community manager is the best. He knows every tenant by name and is very considerate. In addition, you can tell he treats this community like it is his own as he is actively seen around the community during the day. We definitely miss seeing him now that we have moved out (we relocated back to CA). The maintenance guy (Andrew?) is also very nice and is very helpful and quick. Some apartments were renovated a few years back and others are part of the newest renovations. We were looking to transfer to the new new ones because they are so nice. Parking can be somewhat limited but you get your one covered parking spot which is good. Overall. This apartment complex was a blessing. As the headline says it is a quiet community that is conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the city but is close enough that if you work downtown it’s an easy commute and it’s fairly inexpensive for where it is located. Hidden Village West Linn offers residents an above average apartment at a median price. The newly renovated apartments include an entire Frigidaire stainless steel kitchen set of the following: over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and electric range (smoothtop). These appliances are more energy efficient lowers incurred electric costs. The washer and dryer combo is a standard stacked set, which leaves a little left to be desired. The improved cabinetry creates a modern look and feel. The management is often very quick to respond to requests and does well to keep up their end of the renting requirements. However, the community is labeled a non-smoking community but this does not stop many residents from smoking on their patios. In the spring and summer months the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke will permeate your home without warning. This is a common occurrence, happening more times than not each week. Overall these apartments are good for the location. At times the uncovered free parking can be full but this is to be expected given limited parking available. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is working in the region. There is TriMet access nearby which is helpful to get directly into Oregon City or into Portland. The traffic on HWY 43 can be bad during rush hour so plan accordingly. There is little to do in West Linn so be prepared to travel into Portland or Lake Oswego for more variety of entertainment of food. The Market of Choice is a nice option for quality food that is not offered at the local Neighborhood Walmart. There is a waiting list for good reason, these apartments have just enough at the right price to make it an ideal location for a variety of individuals.
