Friendly staff, great location. Location location location! You’re so close to shopping and restaurants and very close to the mall. Car wash station in underground parking and a dog park out back are great!

Good apartment in Eden Prairie, Very close by to major grocery centers like Target, Walmart, Cub foods and Eden Prairie mall and park as well.

So far I like living here. Only issue I’ve had is with bugs. There were wasps getting into my apartment a lot over the summer. There was no real resolution for this. I’m concerned about the upcoming summer. Otherwise I’ve had a pleasant experience.

Great experience. No major complaints . Aesthetically pleasing , can always add more greenery in the hallways , would add to the decor. Lightings of the hallway could be upgraded as well.

This apartment is very good to stay in Eden Prairie and easy access to Walmart, Costco, JCPenney, target and Indian grocery’s. Apartment staff is very supportive and resolve the issues very quickly.

My 1-bedroom apartment is quite big and renovated nicely but still some odor is here (we can’t change it). The facilities in our community are really nice and working staff here is awesome, especially Heather - she helped us a lot.
Great so far, everyone’s been nice. The apartment it self is great for the price and i love the amenities we get. Free parking and we get a parking spot along with our apartment which is super nice

Great location very friendly staff both in the office and in maintenance. Pet friendly, very clean, Love the security features throughout the building key fob required. Garage parking available with a car washing station and vacuum cleaner very convenient.

Very nice community. Near to most of the stores. People are nice. It would have been great if Badminton or Squash type of courts are available. I don’t see anyone doing Beast mode Gym in my 2 yrs of stay.

Maintenance staff is super friendly and quick in reacting to any work order. The premises is well maintained and cleaned. All notifications are well informed prior to the actual work. Due to it being so close to Walmart, Dollar Tree and Eden Prairie Mall, it's an awesome society to live in.

I love been here this is the best apartment and they have best management. Inside the unit it’s big space and they have a full team. Great parking lot.

In a great location however , tons of kids running around the halls playing ball games, riding bikes etc. As well as in the gyms! Strong odor in halls & lots of issues with charges!

The move in was super easy. Staff is all very friendly. Complex is quiet at night which is very nice. All of the amenities are great. Very happy with our choice of home.
