I have lived here for almost two years and while I’ve had some hiccups with maintenance and maintenance requests the staff have been wonderful and accommodating. Even if someone messes up they always are good to fix it. I’ve loved living here and just resigned my lease

Arrive Union Wharf feels like a peaceful, well-maintained resort. I love being able to walk to shops and restaurants while feeling secure with the access and front desk security. From my first inquiry to move-in, Michelle, my leasing agent, was amazing, consistent, thoughtful, and personal. She made my Georgia-to-Maryland move so much easier, even giving me a virtual tour that sealed the deal. Unfortunately I moved into a dirty apartment, my new apartment had not been dusted and the floors were sticky. It took over two weeks to get a response from the property about my concerns and has still not been resolved a month later. Very disappointing for a luxury apartment. Moving in was a hassle as the elevator was not reserved as I was told it would be. The location is great and the amenities are beautiful but rules are unclear surrounding their use. The residents are not notified when a space is reserved for a private event, you just find out when you go try to use that space. The security officers at the front desk are 3rd party contractors and cannot answer any questions about the building, but there is no way for new residents to know this. There are many easy fixes that could be made to improve the overall experience of living here, but it is very overpriced.

So far I love living here. There are only a few things that I would recommend to be changed: 1. the package room, the way it is now is a disaster. I came from an apartment complex that used Parcel lockers and that is preferred. But its been manageable so far. 2. The parking. I stay on a lower floor in the building and I can never find parking lower than floor 5. Its somewhat irritating. Aside from that, maintenance is great! The apartment is nice and the area feels safe and super cute! Love how accessible the promenade is to take walks. I really do love it here so far though.

I’ve lived in this building for over a year now and recently renewed my lease. The amenities are amazing and it truly feels like living in a luxury hotel. Maintenance is always very friendly and quick. Our apartment is spacious and quiet (we only hear our upstairs neighbors periodically). I gave 4 stars because the office staff and concierge is not the most helpful or friendly at times.

Do not move here. This building is under new management and they are very unprofessional. I have loved living here and love my apartment, which is very sad. A lot of people who also have lived here for years are leaving due to the new management. If anything goes wrong, do not expect them to help. They do not care about their residents and flat out told one person that they are "here to make money" after charging them incorrectly. My package was stolen and I was told that the cameras in the package room do not work and that "people have been going through their renters insurance or shipping carriers for a refund." While in the same breath the manager wants to say that there is no theft going on and that it is from dishonest delivery workers. These delivery workers are the same people who have been providing our service for years, so that is ridiculous. No accountability and no customer service.

It is like living a 5 star hotel ! Everything is clean and the staff is super freindly and professional. The gym is perfect for a early morning or late night workout without leaving the building.

Love the apartment, maintenance is always timely and friendly. I enjoy the community events they hold for holidays and engagement. The building is nice and has a nice vibe. However, it is not luxury. The finishes in the apartments are not the highest quality and not luxury by any stretch of the imagination. That said, it is nice, clean and a great location. The new management company also has odd policies that make living here a little more difficult than necessary.

Overall positive experience here. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the building is clean, noise is at a minimum. There has been some issues with packages being lost in the past, but that seems to have been rectified.
I’ve lived here about 6 months and I really like. It’s quiet even being close to bars and clubs. The staff is super friendly whenever I need something they are all super helpful and willing to help.

Spacious apartment in the heart of fells point. The building is quiet and steps away from the water, music, great restaurants, and activities. Options abound whatever your mood. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Just minutes from downtown and the highway to your favorite destination.

This apartment building does not have proper security cameras anywhere. Their tenant parking garage is open to the public. There are at least 2-3 car break ins per year. In the past week, there have been almost 10 packages stolen. The safety of tenants and their valuable items are not protected. There has been so much turnover in security guards. Higher management does not care for the well-being of their tenants or their property because nothing has changed since I’ve been here. I do not feel safe at this place anymore.

Great office staff (which makes all the difference in a rental): welcoming, responsive, extremely helpful. Kameron is wonderful. Upon move in some work needed to be done on appliances, the office staff helped me schedule a maintenance call immediately. Location and quality are great, but the real differentiator in my opinion are the people.
