Streeterville is an urban neighborhood just north of downtown Chicago with tourist attractions, incredible lake views, and a picturesque city scape. Streeterville houses Northwestern University and is known for its welcoming community. The neighborhood’s main attraction is the Navy Pier, a former Navy training center, that’s been transformed into a tourism haven. Carnival rides, gift shops, eateries, lakefront views, beer garden, and evening fireworks in the summer months make for an incredible one-stop-shop for fun. There’s a wide variety of dining options in town, from four-star French cuisine to casual pub fare.

great apartment building w/ great amenities! they recently fixed the gym wifi and extended the hours as well as added a new patio area, which have all been wonderful! the front desk is very helpful, and the maintenance workers are very quick to come.

Been a resident for about three years, the amenities are pretty good and is located in a great location. Be mindful that Elevator is always down at least once a month and sometimes you may not have your water working in the late night and early mornings.

So far we have loved it here. Move in was easy and everyone has been very nice. Love the amenities like the gym and the sun deck. Highly recommend.
The swimming pool, gym, and other common areas are excellent, but the pet area could be cleaner. The apartment is also very good, though the kitchen could benefit from an exhaust fan to remove smoke. The delivery service is excellent, but some staff at the receiving room and the building reception could be a bit friendlier sometimes.
I am having such a great time! Staff is great and very welcoming! When I got here, the part meant was so clean, they did such a great job cleaning!

Excellent place, great community. First class gym, prompt maintenance, spacious rooms and cabinets. Proclivity to navy pier is a bonus by itself !
A lovely community with amazing facilities, gorgeous apartments, and great staff. From the gym and pool to the kind folks working the front door, everything is tailored to perfection. I love it here!
Rent has gone up every year, residents on new leases are now responsible for more utilities than previously. The worst is that the handicap assistance door opening mechanisms do not even work on the main Ontario entrance. Not sure how that is legal.

I have just moved last week, but I am really enjoying my apartment. The location of Arrive is really good, and the facilities are top notch.
Nice location, good maintenance, interesting events every so often. I would say that the only thing I would recommend is that we have opt in text reminders for the events since sometimes I forget when it is and I miss them.
Arrive Streeterville is a great place to be at in Chicago Downtown. The management and leasing staff are very supportive. The everyday amenities are amazing.
Let me tell you, folks, my building has incredible amenities — some of the best you've ever seen. We’ve got a 24-hour doorman — very strong, very reliable, nobody gets past herm. The gym? It's unbelievable. Way better than those so-called boutique fitness places. Trust me, I've seen them all — this one wins.The 3rd floor deck? Spectacular views. People come up there and they’re blown away. We even have a coworking lounge — beautiful space, very private rooms — perfect for remote work. Everyone’s saying it’s the smartest setup.
I enjoyed the community here- updated amenities, lots of storage, and very friendly/helpful staff. The location is great being near restaurants and grocery stores, and close to the lakefront. Great community and good layouts.

Here at Arrive a Streeterville I felt so welcomed when I moved in. Everyone from residents to staff are all so kind. The amenities are amazing! The entire property feels very safe, every entrance is locked and/or has someone there. The package system is top notch, I don’t believe I’ll ever be missing a package again. Arrive is a great place to call home!
Arrive has been great since we moved in. Common areas and amenities always very clean, quiet neighbors, convenient neighborhood etc. We especially love the gym in the building, has everything you need and is much bigger than other apartment gyms we’ve seen.
Great community, competently run! Since we’ve moved here we have had no issues and found both staff and other residents to be warm and welcoming
Very easy and smooth move. The apartment was freshly painted, clean, and met all expectations. I worked with Priscilla and she was very responsive and always accessible!

Super responsive to problems, and I love my apartment’s windows so much! The price is reasonable for the area, but they typically offer 9 month leases instead of 12. It costs more money monthly to sign a longer lease.

So far the experinece has been great. Love the building amenties and the residents have been friendly. Some of the staff can be rude sometimes and the elevators being slow and closed eaither for maintenace have been an issue.

I truly enjoy the time here. Lots of activities. And the apartment is safe for living. The only annoying thing is I cannot adjust the temperature of air conditioner.

The biggest thing I was looking for in an apartment was the distance to school. I'm a 5 min walk from classes/lab and Arrive offered that. On top of location, Arrive was also on the cheaper side of all apartments I was considering and had better amenities.
So far I am loving this community. The apartment is spacious and clean and the amenities make it feel like a resort. Moving process was also so so so easy.

I love the location of the building and how walkable it is to the river and shopping spots and groceries. I also love how the building admin comes up with cool ideas to entertain the residents which also gives an opportunity to socialize and make friends!!

Management is bad. They don’t respond in a timely manner and are rude to you when you need something. Maintenance staff and package room staff are very nice.

Just moved here and already feeling so good about the entire building. Started using as many amenities as we could and registering for classes! All in one building! What else can one ask for. You never even have to really go out for most things.
