The initial application process and the entire move in was smooth, quick and there were no issues. I would definitely be recommending to those who need it.
Rental price went up over 200 yet nothing has changed in the community. The weight room is tiny and no more than 3 people can be in there at a time, I go to an outside gym because of this. There is also hardly any equipment in there, you get a better gym at a Hampton inn. It is a non smoking community but atleast half of the maintenance staff smoke all day long. They come into the apartment and it instantly smells. For the 2nd year in a row my place was flooded by a water leak. I had my shower curtain replaced a month ago and am still waiting on the old holes to be patched up, bugs continue to come in daily in the bathroom. Finally my bedroom window faces out to the parking lot and many members of the community go to their cars to smoke weed all night. I can’t sleep with my window open because it reeks of weed. The price for this place is an absolute joke for the quality of apartment, amenity’s and service provided.

For the most part I enjoy living in the community. I know nothing is perfect but overall it has been a great experience so far. So changes could be made. Maybe a larger gym and a few more grills

The location and noise level is great. The staff is kind. However, the craftsmanship of the units and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Maintenance comes quickly, and the fix the “issue” but often the appliance or spot looks worse than it did when it was broken.

The staff and maintenance folks are outstanding. Only ‘issues’ are to get the exterior windows washed, the siding on the front porch cleaned, and a ‘hose’ nozzle for the kitchen sink as is extremely hard to wash roaster pans and sheet pans with the current very old fashioned nozzle. Thank you

So far my experience has been pretty good. The apartment has been not as modern as I would want it, but it’s not as old either so it’s a perfect between. The amenities are pretty great. My neighbors are very quiet. I barely even hear them. No noise at night no complaints.

All good - only exception is having to look out at the trash overflowing from the dumpsters into the parking lot on weekends or holidays. Seems to have gotten much worse since the village changed refuse companies

It’s been alright. The apartment has had a few issues that have mostly been dealt with properly. Pretty good experience with most of the staff. Definitely get what you’re paying for as far as the quality of the apartment.

I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and it’s been great so far! The leasing office staff have been very helpful and my maintenance requests have been completed very promptly. The community offers a lot of amenities and feels very safe and secure as well.

It is a really quiet please. The amenities are really nice. The only things that it is annoying is to be registering a guest car why we don’t get at least one guest parking per apartment.

Moved in a few weeks ago. Pleasant staff all around. Made the process easy, fully transparent, and quick. The unit was certainly move in ready, crisp, and clean! All appliances seemed brand new and numerous had stickers on them still. The amenities here are pleasant and as Illinois-ians, we need to enjoy summer as much as possible. The pool is a plus. I have a toddler son so the playground and soccer field are amazing. I’ve had a few requests put in upon move-in, minor stuff, and it was addressed within hours through the app :) The layouts are nice and valet trash service is prompt. Overall, a great experience.

Super quiet, clean and prompt service. I love how we have valet for garbage disposal and recycling as well. There’s also tons of amenities and surprisingly it’s not even that crowded to use the amenities.

Clean and quite complex. Friendly staff. Great location to Lombard, Downers Grove, Downtown Westmont. Metra near by is also great for those downtown Chicago visits.

Great community. Below average gym. Cleaner and modern apartments. The rents at Arrive for 2 bed apartments have increased by more than 20% in last 3 years.

Management is terrible, one of our toilets hasn't worked the entire 2 months that I have lived here and they refuse to compensate us after continuous back and forth with maintenance and management. It has really put a bad taste in my mouth about the apartment complex.

For the most part it has been great being a resident here. The location is great, super close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The pool and clubhouse are nice but I wish the hours were more extended. The management and maintenance are usually responsive. Lots of windows and open space.

Maintenance request ticket gets closed out before they are started or completed. No follow up calls on this. Property puts out that residents must have sticker displayed in the window but other cars come and park and nothing happens.

I really like living in the community. Location is great, washer/dryer in unit is key, and the layouts are functional. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, makes it hard to save money in this economy.

Been here since March of 2024. Everything has been great so far. I love taking our dogs out for a walk and it’s been convenient to have the dog bathroom stations nearby.

I love the community and the amenity perks that come with living in this community. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I am having repeat issues with the AC unit that does not fully cool the unit as it should and the endless amount of spiders.

One bedroom apartment is very spacious with a very large bedroom a and a massive living room. Remodeled units seem like they are good quality with a lot of attention placed on little details. Front office staff are incredibly helpful, insightful, and overall pleasant to interact with. Maintenence is very quick and efficient when replying to work orders. Very happy so far!

Has been very enjoyable with a very comfortable sense of living in a well kept community. I will be renewing to stay on another year and potentially transfer the following year into a larger unit. This community location has been extremely convenient in terms of local needs like a grocery store, quick highway access and a community park.

The apartments are small and the renovations were poorly done. Most of what I called maintenance for was half fixed. It definitely costs too much. I love the community though. I have pretty cool neighbors and it's a quiet community for the most part.
