Arrive North Bend

So far so good. Apartments are a bit dated but the grounds are really nice. The parking SUCKS though - they don't provide much excess and the garages are very small.

Arrive NB has been near perfect for the transitional stage of life our little family is in. It’s comfortable, the maintenance crew is always on point, the amenities are very good. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is that it’s very densely designed, greatly prioritizing cars over pedestrian, with little done to make the neighborhood feel neighborly. But management has been great and the housing itself is solid.

Our experience has been good overall! Our place is clean, our neighbors are friendly, and the property manager is very nice! We love the location!

The complex is overall very nice. The streets are tight and there isn't much parking. Maintenance does the best job they can, but it feels like the property management doesn't allow them to have the budget they need to adequately keep the townhomes as nice as they should be.

Rodents and they are tearing apart the side of our unit. We asked for compensation but the regional manger denied us. We have done multiple work orders since we moved in. Don't recommend this place.

Quiet community, wonderful staff, clean townhomes, close to the freeway for commute but you can’t hear it at all. Pet friendly with on-premise enclosed dog park. Close to hiking trails.

Property Manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the application process. Great first impression and very happy with everything thus far.

Very quiet, family friendly community. So far I've enjoyed the updated appliances, new flooring, and gym on site. For the price, it's definitely nice.

Mostly smooth! Was great to do some paperwork ahead of time online! Rebecca was kind and helpful as always. The unit could have been cleaned a bit more, especially garage.

Pros: -kind office/maintenance staff not typical of other rental properties -move in specials help reduce rent (at least for winter move ins) -so far generally quiet property with respectful culture of residents -townhomes spacious inside w/attached garage (mostly 1 car) so convenience and minimal shared walls -short term lease options -possible to apply/reserve a specific unit fully online Cons: -units built close to each other so many lack privacy when blinds open to maximize limited daylight into your home -most units have 3 stories so lots of stairs and makes for tight move in/out -many townhomes only have bathroom on 3rd floor so that’s a setback to anyone who finds multiple flights of stairs tricky in a pinch to use bathroom -limited parking for extra cars or guests -older construction w/cosmetic upgrades rather than deep/durable improvements; plumbing is not going to improve itself over time

It's awesome here. We love it. It has become home and we're looking forward to a long stay into the future. Thank you team. We love the pool and the neighborhood is amazing and so are the neighbors.

Process was super easy to sign up to be added on to the lease. Great amenities. Gym is clean and has a pretty view of the pool. Greenery everywhere which creates a sense of privacy. Could not recommend a better to place to be at!

I enjoy living at Arrive North Bend for so many reasons. Some include: the beauty in nature and peacefulness of the area, great amenities including a gym with Peloton and swimming pool. The staff is always kind, courteous, and takes pride to do a good job in time.

Community is well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Property management completes all requests promptly. Exctied to move here!

I'm seven months in and I've had no issues. Everything in the apartment works well, grounds are clean and neighbors are great. Management has only asked to stop by once and they provided plenty of advanced notice.

Never had any issues with the management or maintenance at this property. Great area to live in. Easy access to outdoor activities in the mountains and rivers.

We’ve had a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and the amenities are great! That pool sure is helpful during these summer months. We’ve lived here for quite a few years and don’t plan on moving.

Welcoming Overall, a nice, welcoming place. We didn't like the refrigerator not having fileted water available and we don't know if there's AC in the units.

The amenities and community events are great! And the views are always great as well. I enjoyed the free ice cream on a hot weather day. Keep it up!

Quick and professional Smoke alarm was malfunctioning. Maintenance showed up quicker than expected and fixed the problems.

I love living here! Scenery is beautiful, the neighborhood is kept clean, I love that you have so many different things to do here. My kids love the park, the pool and popcorn Fridays. My dog loves the dor park and complimentary dog treats. We definitely feel safe and welcome here.

Renae has been such a tremendous help by patiently answering all my questions and getting us all settled in with our new home in the community. I couldn’t be more pleased with how smoothly the whole process has gone. Add that to the amenities that the property offers like a heated pool, kids play area, dog play area, and bbq grills and seating, I feel like I’m in a boujie community…I love it!

I have loved living here, but the harsh and steep rent increases are just ridiculous and completely unfair. I was very disappointed to hear my rent was being raised $430/mo after being raised $370/mo the year before. I received no discount for being a resident who has always paid their rent on time and never caused any kind of trouble. If it wasn’t for this, I would give this property a 4.5 or 5 star rating.

Parking sucks, second floor is terribly squeaky but overall is great to live here. Staff is very friendly, maintenance does a great job too. Hopefully they will fix the hot tube soon.

My wife and I moved into Arrive last fall and could not be happier! Great management, and a lovely community in a perfect location close to I-90 and downtown North Bend.

We have lied at Arrive North Bend for a little over a month. Our Apartment is well taken care of by the maintenance team whenever we report an issue. The front office has been more than generous with their time. The amenities that the complex has to offer are nice.

Recently moved in. I have not been disappointed. Very smooth transition. Beautiful location and buildings. The trails in the backyard is a huge plus from a fellow MTBer.

Nice area and people. But concerning crime rate for the high priced accommodations. One stolen vehicle and multiple vehicle break ins have been occurring from personal and neighbor experiences. Within the last few months of 2024. Frequent mailbox break in and mail theft reported monthly. The rent is over priced comparing itself to the brand new “overpriced” townhome apartments that are across town. Staff is nice and helpful. But not able to negotiate when the lease is up and rent suddenly jumps up. In part due to the algorithm the company uses for rent prices…. Claiming to be the market rate. The staff have their hands tied sadly. Hopefully the crime will catch up to bring down the ridiculous “market” rate. Overall decent accommodations. Rated for the price, crime and distance from everywhere else. Other options are more ideal.

We absolutely love this community! We haven’t had one bad experience since we’ve moved in. We are hoping for a positive outcome once it comes time to renew. Great location, tons of nature, trails within walking distance. Management has been amazing!

The community it is great, the staff always helpful and nice. If I could change something about this place it would be the size and temperature of the pool. That's all.

It’s been almost two months since we moved here and we really love our place, our nice people and all of our kind maintenance team. The home itself is very warm and spacious, the fire place and balcony with a very nice view make the home even better.

For the most part really enjoyed living here. Great apartment, quick with fixes, attentive staff, complex is kept clean. It's just their rent hiking is insane; easily over $200 more every 12 months if not sooner.

I have lived at this property for 4.25 months. In that time the water was out for one month, the amenities were out for 1 month, and the property threatened me with liability if I didn’t turn my heat up, expose faulty plumbing and neglegent Constuction, to heat. Suggest I buy a space heater and heat my pipes, because they didn’t insulate their units. 29 units had burst pipes. They left a mess for weeks in my place and I had to clean up after them. I still have damage and don’t have full use of my rental. No offer for consessions and repeated asks for me to refer others to them. I’m appalled by this approach. There are positives, but I can’t in good conscience recommend this place given the blatant disregard for us residents.

management team has been incredibly helpful and responsive to any concerns or issues that I have had. They truly go above and beyond to ensure that residents are comfortable and satisfied. The amenities in this complex are top-notch. The fitness center is well-equipped and always clean, making it easy for me to maintain my workout routine. The pool area is beautifully maintained and provides a great space to relax and unwind during the summer months. Additionally, the communal spaces, such as the lounge and outdoor grilling area, are perfect for hosting gatherings with friends and neighbors. One of the things I appreciate most about living here is the sense of community. The residents are friendly and welcoming.

Almost 6 years and counting. The management and maintenance team are great. Property is well maintained, location is great. The only bad thing are utilities, those are a bit high.

We absolutely LOVE this community! Management is fabulous and caring. They take the time to make sure their tenants are happy. Property is kept to an excellent standard. Walking, biking and hiking trails all around for adventures.

Arrive has been one of the least painful experience ive had with an apartment. Customer service is always great and the neighborhood is kept clean.

Love it here. The community is always kept and clean. I wish the hot tub worked though especially for winter now coming. The staff is helpful and quick as well

Our apartment home overlooks peaceful woods complete with the relaxing sounds of a stream. Maintenance requests are managed efficiently and the staff is friendly. Arrive is a nice community for our family!

Location is great near downtown north bend! Apartment has been doing a lot of landscaping and improvements around the complex to make it look nicer.

The community is always kept clean, and the facilities are top notch. The town homes are also very nice, and anything that pops up is always dealt with promptly. Amazing place to live!

We’ve been here one month and are loving it. It’s luxurious without being over the top and feels so integrated with nature. The amenities are great and everything run smoothly. Best rental I’ve ever been in.
