Pretty good overall. The building is kept clean, I don’t really use the amenities. The unit is nice has a lot of space. Just wish there was a better view where I could open my windows but it’s right in the alley where people loiter and smoke

Love living here. Having trash shoots on every floor is fantastic. In unit laundry is a life saver! The dog relief area always has something whether there’s poop or plastic leaves that dogs might eat.

Good amenities and the property managers are very accessible and friendly. Haven't had too many issues with noise, although sometimes you can hear people from upstairs if they step really loud. Also very limited parking availability. Overall great building for the price you pay.

I moved out in August 2023, and submitted my final payment via a money order at the request of the office manager. Despite being given confirmation from two different staff members that I was good to go, I received a call in December that Arrive had sent my final payment to collections. Despite speaking with the current office manager and providing proof of payment, I am now entering my third month of dispute with debt collectors over less than $200 that was already paid. Please save yourself the headache and do not live here.

Good and friendly apartment. Good place to live nearby downtown. Management are very good staff. Maintenance work are done very quickly. They also have user friendly app to access everything.

I enjoy staying at Arrive Apartments. The property is clean and there's usable amenities. The upstairs rooftop is amazing, you can see the fireworks in the summer, plus most of all of downtown popular places. The engineering is very good here. When I had an issue, Arrive Apts got right to it. Sometimes their portal is down and have technical difficulties but you can always go down to the office and specify any issue/s

not impressed. over priced for the area and the lack of amenities. office and maintenance is not very helpful. internet is terrible. no hot water in the shower. Better off renting elsewhere.

This place is ok, but not great. They take advantage of their location and charge WAY to much for parking. For almost $200 a month they give you this weird lamenated thing you have to waive around and hope a sensor catches it to open the door. Any other parking I have had just gave you a button you could push, this thing doesn't even work sometimes. If you don't live on the top floor you have to listen to every move your upstairs neighbor makes. They told me during my showing they offered free espresso/coffee in the common room, that doesn't work though so that was a lie. The apartments themselves are nice and look modern so that is a plus. They are on the small side though for the price. Living close to Loring Park is nice though.

Amazing apartment with great modern lighting and clean amenities. The apartment has good storage space for pantry and for cleaning supplies. In-unit washer dryer are a blessing to have in the city. Cooperative and kind staff who works efficiently.

Recently moved here from out of state and I really like it so far! Only downside is if you don’t pay for a garage space parking can be VERY limited The property managers are very nice and the apartments are modern :) P. S. The building is right down the street from a fire station so if sirens keep you up I’d try somewhere else!

Everything has been great so far but I do think they could work on getting maintenance done at a proper time . The workers and residents are friendly and I haven’t had any issues

Living here is so amazing neighborhood could be better but love the park and and the restaurants and residents here at Loring Park.the land lords are amazing super helpful and nice

Mostly happy with everything except a loud beeping that is constant every time I open my sliding door to balcony. It's so annoying I can't even have it open and I choose this one specifically for a balcony. So far everyone in the building seems nice. The building manager is extremely nice and helpful.

Resident [will be] for almost 3 years. The pros: property itself is nice and modern, decent amenities, conveniently located in Downtown Mpls, and our ON-SITE Management has always been amazing... The cons: Regional and Corporate Management is unprofessional, disrespectful and have never taken security and safety of the residents seriously (but that's am ugly side "Corporate America," so here we are). If it hasn't been for the ON-SITE Management all along, we'd be in trouble. I am renewing my lease again, because it is home and the pros outweigh the cons by far. If you move in, just make sure your voice is heard when necessary - be persistent... unless it's between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Then please be quiet and contact the after-hours or emergency services haha.
