I love walking around the complex, I feel like I am on weekend vacation. I enjoy the restaurants. I do not like something I can hear my neighbors, but is a small issue compared to all things I like.

I have lived in this apartment for over a year, and it has been an amazing experience from day one. The building is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about residents’ comfort and satisfaction. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—close to everything I need, yet still peaceful. My unit is spacious with modern appliances, great natural light, and excellent sound insulation. I truly feel at home here and appreciate the safe and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live!

I have lived here since 2019. The office staff is great. I use the pools and work out facility. The workout place recently got updated. It is bigger and has more machines. People are friendly. It's a great place to walk your dog. Finally, the retail stores and restaurants makes it easy to eat out and not leave the complex.

Despite a few hiccups in the past (slow repairs, late night partiers at the pool keeping us awake...), overall we've really enjoyed living at Paseo Residences. We love our apartment and the vibe of the Italian village at Paseo. I've been helping with the planting beds at the west end of the promenade between buildings 5 and 6 and greatly appreciate the opportunity to do some gardening there. We also appreciate the responsiveness of management to concerns. We've always been treated well. We are proud to be living at Paseo.

theres too many maintenance issues, very loud neighbors and poor follow up on changing me unit and not willing to work with me to transfer or give me a credit since those issues were nit disclosed to me prior to moving now im stuck with high rent and not a very good quality apartment with issues.

The amenities are great, maintenance takes care of all requests in a timely manner, and it’s typically pretty quiet. The only downside is the issue petty theft, but I feel that’s found anywhere in apartment complexes.

We absolutely love living here! With the exception of a couple hiccups regarding their HVAC chilling system going down a couple of times, which impacts the ability for our AC to reach cooler temperatures. However, the staff did everything they could to fix the situation as quickly as possible. The amenities are great and the noise level, even with the amount of construction currently surrounding the property, is not an issue for the most part. Overall, we have had one of the greatest experiences living here compared to previous apartments we have resident in the past and I would 100% recommend to others!

It’s all good living here. It’s a very quiet complex on the outside. Walls are very thin on the inside. Hearing the neighbors TV is very loud and annoying.

This complex has amazing and clean apartments! In addition, the gym and pool area are so nice and easily accessible for residents. The location of the apartment is also perfect.

I love it here. A few small issues. There is a lot of I picked up dog poop in the community and in the dog park. Not all dog bag stations have bags. Some have been empty for days. The door to dog park is broken. Otherwise, I love it here and everything else is perfect.

Application process was very simple and easy, I got the yes within 24 hrs and move in process was simple , though I will say the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly before move-in. The Community is very beautiful and the outside is clean . Indoor is also very clean.

Love living here! Maintenance responds quickly, neighbors are quiet, property is beautiful! Our garage gate keeps getting broken or hit so that is the only thing is I wish it was more secure.

Apartment is really nice, and while there were a couple things "Broken" when I moved in, Paseo Maintenance were very prompt and friendly when it came to fixing these problems.

It’s the perfect mix of small community while still feeling like you’re in a different town. We love the architecture and scenery, it sets us up for a great environment to be in. Not great. Move-in was a mess with broken glass from a light fixture everywhere and bugs infestation (looks like fleas but was told biscuit beetles). Washer was missing the locking latch so had to wait to wash my clothes. Had a water leak from the secondary drain overflowing. Dishwasher smelled and didnt drain. Alot of issues compared to what i was shown from the "available" apartments and models

A couple of hiccups upon moving in with regards to the cleanliness of the apartment and some minor issues with the state of the appliances, but the staff has been great doing their best to remedy the situation and have been very prompt in helpful making our move in a more enjoyable experience. Amy at leasing office was so helpful with our move in. The apartment is so pretty and the community is amazing. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the apartment was not cleaned well at all before we got our keys. But other than that the process has been so smooth.

Love living at Paseo Eilan . It’s pricey but I love the environment and location . Although there are a lot of things that needs to be improved . Like mails, packages should be more centralized meaning you can claim it in one area only and then that area should be very secured. So far I have stayed 2.5 years here but lost 4 packages already . Security doors should always work . At times these doors are out of order and it takes a bit of time to fix it .
