Great place to stay, lovely community! Dog parks are kinda not so clean, but that's only because people don't pick up after there animals. I live in 8680, we just received new hallway, and lobby flooring throughout our building! The parking garage doesn't really smell to good most of the time, but it a parking garage with dumpsters, so it's to be expected. Overall myself and my pet really love calling this community home!

The move in experience has been good. There have been a few issues that were frustrating to take care of at the beginning of the move in process. I had multiple extra charges to my account that were put there by accident. The leasing office was quick to fix it but I had to bring it to their attention. The main bedroom does not have a light. This makes it incredibly dark at night & you have to have many lights to create an ok space. Overall, I do enjoy the apartment but I wish there were some different things.

Good but a bit pricey for what it is. Central air and laundry in unit is very nice. Underground parking is good. Overall its a decent apartment but prices for homes are still outrageous including here.

Great apartments and great staff. On site cleaners help keep the interior departments well-maintained. The gym is good for a conventional workouts as well as CrossFit. It has two pools and also a grill outdoors.

We just recently moved in and we LOVE Arrive at Eden Prairie. We had a minor issue with the toilet right away but maintenance came over within 20 minutes to fix it. The staff and community are overall very welcoming.

The new property manager, Wendy, is taking many steps to improve the experience here at AEP. The new cleaning staff has been awesome as well- big improvements in the cleanliness of hallways/shared spaces. Love the full size in-unit washer and dryers. Reasonable price for the area, good amenities, responsive staff, and I love that I can pay rent through the app. Shout out again to Wendy for improving our experience here since our move in.

From the day we moved in we regretted moving here. On move in day our new apartment smelt like B.O. and was very dirty. Management admitted they forgot to send cleaners in prior to us moving in. They decided sending cleaners over for 20 minutes would suffice while we were attempting to move in our furniture and belongings. We had ants EVERYWHERE in the kitchen on move in day, and the exterminator they hired said that these ants could not be killed with chemicals, so they laid down ant bait stations all over the kitchen. The ants continued to crawl over the kitchen counter for 3 additional weeks. The windows in both bedrooms and the living room were full of the previous tenants garbage. Their garbage was jammed into all of the windows, for what appeared to be an insulation method. Neither of the bedroom windows worked, so we were unable to use them until they were replaced. Maintenance told us our windows were on a replacement list, but had no idea when they’d be fixed. Not only was our apartment disgusting, but the hallways were full of garbage and the garbage piles up very quickly here in each buildings lobby. Our dryer was full of the previous tenants lint, and both bathrooms had their hair in the showers. Our kitchen sink has a big leak, and we noticed someone placed a paper towel underneath the leak before we moved in. Instead of fixing it before move in day, they decided a paper towel would suffice. Our kitchen cupboards were disgusting and the stove and fridge were also covered in grease and grime. To fix all of this, 3 weeks after we moved in management here let us transfer to a different unit in a different building and credited us $500. This was after we had already spent $600+ on movers to move in to the first apartment. Now we had the fun chance to move all of our belongings for a second time in 3 weeks. This time by ourselves and during our work week. After moving into our new unit, we experienced a bad leak in the laundry room, as it wasn’t installed correctly. Maintenance had to come and fix the leak and replace all of the floorboards. The laundry room still smells. We find 2-3 bugs a day throughout our new apartment, likely climbing through their poorly insulated windows day/night. They range from stink bugs, to lady bugs, to hornets. It’s different every time. Arrive Apartments should be legally required to remove “luxury” from their signs. This place is everything but luxurious.

Overall not satisfied. Management need to improve in many areas. Too much charges on trash, water and car parking. They have to revise. The complaints also they are not taking seriously.

This is a spacious, great place to live, the residents and staff are very welcoming and friendly, helpful. I like that there’s a pool here but would Luv it if they also had a pool table or room for one and or fun outdoor games you can borrow for parties

Excelent place to live. Good neighborhood and location, nearby the mall, Aldi, Walmart and Target. The facilities are good enough, with grill area, pool and gym. Price is on the average.

This place has gone downhill ever since it changed from Eden Place to Arrive. I do not recommend it. The staff is amazing, but everything else is horrible. After 10 years we are moving.

Nice community, closer to lot of aminities and places around. We have a lot of Indian resturants and Eden Prairie mall near by. Elementary school is just beside too.

The Arrive leasing and maintenance staff are wonderful, helpful, and friendly. I only knocked a star off because there have been a couple of issues where fire alarms went off in my building due to issues in the garage and I think communication from Arrive could have been better during and after those scary incidents.

I love living at arrive ep. The maintenance staff never has a problem when fixing things in my unit. and the leasing staff is always kind and does their best to work on things around the community.

Front office never commicates, maintenance doesn’t lock doors when they leave your apartment unattended. Pools are unusable most of summer due to no chlorine. There’s many more problems that need to be improved.

Spacious and very nice apartment. Most of the stores are nearby, so it saves lots of time. Apartment is also amazing with the inhouse laundry facility.
