I have been at Arrive Crofton for going on four years. It has been a lovely place to live. My favorite thing is how well the property is maintained which means how they stay on top of HVAC, alarm, fireplace and other yearly maintenance. Additionally, maintenance comes to do repairs at a reasonable amount of time and emergencies are dealt with expeditiously. The leasing staff is pleasant and extremely helpful. I have never had any issues with unwanted pests. My only downside is the cost versus unit size. However, I realize that to run a well oiled machine does cost money so that is what has kept me here.

My experience has been great so far. I love my townhome apartment. I have a few tickets open for repairs but nothing major. I enjoy the trash being picked up from outside the door, thats very convenient.

Been here for quite a while. Still here still overall enjoying the apartment. Changed buildings some aspects better, some worse. It's home for now. Staff and maintenance still top notch.

So far so good. The overall apartment is fine. I don’t hear my neighbours, the community is clean, and the staff is friendly. I smell smoke from time to time which can be annoying but it lingers momentarily before it moves on

For the most part it is a nice place to live. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance is great. The management has lots of events for the residents to socialize. Until recently I felt completely safe. I don’t hold management responsible for the incident, however I feel they could have brought it to the residents attention.

Somewhat satisfied The replacement of the vertical blinds was much needed and appreciated. However, the refrigerator is old and falling apart. They just keep patching it up.

So far, so good! The property manager is very responsive! I recently moved in and it’s a bit chilly in here. Even the water from the faucets aren’t getting hot. I like how trash valet picks up trash almost everyday! It’s so convenient! The property was also quick to ensure that salt was on the roads and sidewalks in preparation of the recent snow. They also made sure that the roads and sidewalks were cleared of snow! Although this is great, another downside was that it was several nails sticking out from the carpet upon moving in. So you have to be careful! Some other maintenance requests were submitted including the dryer not drying my clothes and hot water not coming out the kitchen faucet, etc. However, it appears that maintenance will be addressing the submitted tickets as soon as possible. Anywho, the location is AMAZING!! The staff are GREAT! The community is quiet!

Absolutely adore management! They are genuinely kind, helpful, fun and knowledgeable. Crofton is well kept. Maintenance is also the best. They are trustworthy and very attentive to any and all requests. A bonus is they welcome pets. For most, pets are family so that’s essential and they understand that.

Poorly made apartment and not worth the price. Doesn’t matter what gets fixed the issue still remains. The head maintenance person is arrogant. It’s a bug infested building. Absolutely disgusting.

Community is nice and everyone is welcoming. When we first moved in people came up to us and welcomed us into the neighborhood and it was just very nice to see as you do not see that everyday. We have dad quite a few disturbances from the neighbor's noise that has caused us to not have much sleep.

We had a really great and seamless move in experience. The community is a great place to live. Everyone is very nice and friendly and I really enjoy the amenities. The only issue is that we are on the first floor and have gotten quite a few bugs this summer. Other than that, everything has been great!

Friendly environment. Just the homes a little odd. Small pantry. Like a crack in the wall. If you have to store things you’ll need extra storage furniture or maybe a storage unit else where.

Been here over 7 years, haven’t had too many issues. Nice location, nice updating they have done over the years, and the staff has always been friendly.

Great staff and quick to respond for maintenance. Very nice amenities. Crime is a little off the hook, though. I’ve had my car broken into, and several of my neighbors have had rims stolen off of their vehicles. Would rather have video surveillance, then concierge, trash removal.

It’s been a pleasant experience living in the apartment community. However, the car break-ins is a huge concern. The presence of police vehicles on the on the property doesn’t appear to be a deterrent. I requested a community town hall meeting in order for residents to come together to discuss ideas in making the community more safe. My request has not been addressed.

Good place to call home; close to shopping area, sit-in restaurants, bars and fast food restaurants, service stations, etc. neighborhood is pet friendly.

Arrive Crofton is a great place to live. The apartments are small for the cost but they are well maintained and the grounds are kept clean. It is in close proximity to grocery stores, pharmacies, hardware store, and shopping. The staff is very friendly and always very helpful.
