Property Ratings at ARQ
This is probably one of the best managed buildings I have ever lived in. I have lived in many different buildings and never have I seen the staff especially the manager Brandon care so much about what people think and how to improve their experience. The building is so well run and so clean. There really are no issues and in fact even go above and beyond to predict what can go wrong. Brandon always has a smile on his face and wants to know how your experience is and how he can make it better. I truly appreciate employees likes him that care about how your doing and how he can make it better. I want to give another shout out to the maintenance staff that always work so hard and complete your work orders so promptly. Both Hernan and Robert are great. Hernan is one that particularly stands out because he is so knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to get the job done. The building location is also great. I would highly recommend moving in here!

Very unprofessional staff including leasing agents, the building won’t get clean on the weekends, some staff bring their relatives/friends to use the amenities. It’s very noisy. it takes forever to get to your apartment because The traffic is crazy in La cienega most of the time. The neighborhood is not safe especially during night

ARQ is truly an amazing place to live in. Overall, the management and concierge team is professional, passionate, and friendly. The apartment is well-established, spacious, and has amazing views and facilities. The building is home to fascinating amenities and well-equipped with almost all the comforts needed. The cleaning team conducts cleaning work almost by the hour. Maintenance, however quick to respond to inquiries, needs improvement as I stated.

This building looks nice but just be aware that the traffic on La Cienega is loud as hell and you can hear it at all hours of the night. Also there is no where to walk around the building so if you're remote you feel trapped in the building. The trash chute is always broken and trash piles high near the trash chute. Guests are limited to 2 only and they're lucky if they find parking or else they have to park at whole foods which is only 90 minutes free. Ask about the parking and guests before renting at this expensive place.

ARQ is a building that is geared towards the future. Walking distance to everything that you need, but everything you need is already covered in the building, from meeting rooms to remote work areas, rooftop hot tub, and a staff ready to help you 24/7.

ARQ is very set apart from most apartments. I feel extremely safe living here (which is probably most important to me). The second best thing is the view. I love that we get a beautiful view without being in the city and hearing all the loud sirens and helicopters nonstop. Also, its so spacious! The amount of communal areas around floor 6 and the roof are massive. I work from home, so its amazing going to the different areas for a change of scenery. I love how friendly and helpful the concierge team is. Also, the amenities (especially the coffee bar) are incredible. This place has a vibe that just communicates excellence, care, and luxury. The leasing manager, DAngelo, has been a huge part of our amazing experience here. He went above and beyond to help us out. So did the GM, Matt. Im grateful for the team here and the residents here!

Been here 2 weeks and so far so good. My search experience was phenomenal. Robert was patient and understanding and not only made me feel good about the property but about the specific unit I was selecting! There is so much to enjoy here amenity wise but so far my favorite is the staff and concierge are so pleasant and they really make my day with their helpfulness and kindness. I highly recommend Arq and I find the building to be beautiful!

Should not be in this price range for the area. This is 7 miles away from Santa Monica and 4 miles away from Beverly Hills. A sign of gentrification for a LA community that has an immense problem with homelessness. Not a great area. Don’t feel safe walking out at night in the area.
