Don’t move here. Office staff is petty. A crappy place to live. Not worth anyone’s time or trouble.
It says they updated it recently, but the rent is actually quite a bit higher than what this site says.

This is honestly one of the better places in Jeffersonville. My family lives in Louisville, but it was far too expensive for me to live there, but I can get to the city quickly to visit friends and family. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and had a lot of closets. My kids loved the play ground and pool and I was literally 2 mins from their school. They are very affordable and were perfect for me when I got my first apartment. They are kind of based on your income, so you don't have to make a lot to live here.
This complex is famous for its difficulty getting in. This is true. It can be a beast for some, others not so much. If you do make it in, expect what you'd see in a large complex...issues with kids, noisy neighbors, etc. However, all in all, management does an okay job getting rid of problems after the fact. They are also great with maintenaining the property. They're nice apts, if you can tolerate riff-raff for a bit. It's not usually for long. The emenities are astounding, washer and dryer in all units, a pool that I not ever seen sparkling clean, a small workout room, and a really nice clubhouse. Only other tip I can pass on...there is NO storage here. Not in a 2 bdrm, 3 bdrm handicapped...not a single unit has storage. You may think so, until you move in. Lastly, be prepared to review all financial documents of any $$ going in or out of the household. You will leave feeling like you just signed away your soul...and with the low turnover rate...you may have :p lol.
