I send a maintenance request because my bathtub is clog, the manager told me that she added that to a previous one (2 months) this is not an emergency. It is nasty to be in a place where I live and have a bad smell and not taking showers. I pay monthly. DO NOT COME HERE TO LIVE.

I recently moved here from New York and leased a newly renovated apartment and love the area. They have a dog park and I hear they are adding a pool. I highly recommend Armature Park!
My partner and I applied over a month ago waiting for an answer, I have yet to hear back and when I call no one ever answer the phone let’s not forget their voicemail being full so can’t leave any messages. Very disappointed
