I'm happy with the property, however nobody told me that a train when by every day in the night time and that six crossing guards blow whistles from 7:30am to 9am and again from 2-4pm which is about 4 hours of constant whistling. The front desk staff is the best.

It’s a great apartment and the staff is phenomenal, also locations is great. It takes time to get used to hearing the neighbors. Staff has been responsive to requests which is nice. I wish I didn’t hear the stomping of upstairs neighbors or music in other units.

I recently extended the lease. Many areas of this property have improved. The facility is kept clean and safe overall, and the speed of maintenance requests has also improved. Communication with the rental agent and manager is prompt, and they will reply promptly.

Living at this apartment for the past six months has been amazing! Noise levels/privacy are great despite being across from a fire station thanks to thick walls, and the entire complex feels very safe for me and my car. The pool also is in great condition!

If you’re looking for a great place to live check out ARLO. The location is great, walkable to the square and safe. The property management team stays on top of making sure everything is running smoothly and they are very friendly. My husband and I moved in about two weeks ago with our dog and are absolutely loving our experience at Arlo so far. Princess, the leasing manager, truly went above and beyond for us throughout the move-in process. She is kind, helpful, proactive, and the world would be a better place if everyone were a little more like Princess! Adric, Chris, and all other staff are fantastic as well. We’ve felt extremely safe, as the property is in a great area and is very well-secured. The location is unbeatable with so many great restaurants, bars, and walking trails/paths right outside your door. Arlo is very clean, the package pickup system is secure and easy, and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any requests. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

I have been here about 6 months and have overall enjoyed the experience. There are a few things, like the call box not working and the dog area being filled with waste and no solution for stopping people. Those are two small things though, I haven’t had any issues outside of that!

I love my unit! leasing office team is kind & maintenance crew is always on point.However, it is expensive to live here & my space is small. I chose Arlo even though it is small because of the location &amenities. I decided I could deal with the small space bc I can walk everywhere, use the gym,& work in common area if I needed a change of scenery with out having to spend $7 on coffee at local coffee shop. I am unhappy with the renovations that took place from October-February. This took away the amenities I budgeted for 4 months, there was no communication on updates, and the gym is literally the same as it was before but with fresh paint & new floors. Residents don’t care about the cool new furniture in the lobby. We care about what we can use with what we pay for. The gym and common areas were totally fine before. I wish they spent money on sensored lights rather than letting them run all night and along with the TVs. It is frustrating when the common area electric bill increases

After a few weeks living here, I am truly happy to have chosen ARLO! The location can't be beaten; it's in the middle of town and feels very safe to walk around. The fire station IS nearby, but the walls are quite thick so you won't notice the sound after long, let alone your neighbors. I do wish that the rent didn't fluctuate so much during the application, though. Within 48 hours of our tour it jumped up over $200, so if you like the place, make a bid ASAP.

I have lived at ARLO for over five years now. The location is great, very walkable to the Decatur Square. The new property management company is fantastic. They are totally renovating the outside and inside of the building. The maintenance staff is great, they get your problem taken care right away. I love the location and the price and the school district! The property seems to be mismanaged, though. Gotta take the bad with the good, I suppose. I’m still going to make the best of it, even if the leasing staff is proving to be under educated about the property and the maintenance/custodial staff are clearly under staffed and are proving to be unreliable. I’m still grateful for the property!

My wife and I have enjoyed our first week of living in an ARLO Decatur apartment. We arrived on Monday at a clean apartment in good condition. We were delighted to find that the dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, and dryer are all brand new. Also, the leasing staff have been helpful, and a maintenance request was filled quickly and professionally. Our experiences at ARLO and downtown have been positive so far. The only challenges so far have been learning the locations of the various building entrances, exits, stairways, and elevators.

I just moved into the Arlo apartments and am so happy with how the process went and how my apartment looks. All of the people in the community have been incredibly nice, and the management is attentive and responsive, which is hard to find in a lot of Atlanta apartment complexes. The furnishings in the unit are beautiful, everything was cleaned impeccably. The only issue we even saw was some carpet fibers in the bathroom, but that was due to new carpet being installed prior to my move in so I definitely did not mind that. This is a great community and location to live in and the units are gorgeous. Britney and Jake are incredibly helpful and kind, excited to be a resident here.

The complex overall is great. The location is super close to the square & the management team recently made some updates to keep the buildings looking fresh.
It has been good for the most part living in Arlo. So far so good, especially with the new management. They've been painting and repairing things around the apartment community, which is nice.

The Arlo apartment complex is in a fantastic location. Lots of different restaurants and thing to do in downtown Decatur. A hidden gem about this apartment is that it is right across the street from Kelly’s Market, a small grocery store that sells incredible sandwiches and coffee as well.

So far, no real issues. My first time living in an apartment like this, and I'm almost 50! I love taking MARTA to work and walking to various restaurants & events close by. Entertainment is super convenient, and I don't have to take care of a big house or worry about the yard!

Well maintained apt complex in downtown Decatur. The complex has nice amenities including a pool, fitness gym, pool lounge and top floor lounge/rec room.

My apartment is clean and definitely a pleasant balcony pool view. The location is the best I’ve had with all of the shops surrounding which allows me to explore places to Wind down.

This place is excellent to live in. Near a great neighborhood and has everything you need. The apartments are upgraded and clean. If anything breaks, maintenance is there for you.

I really love living here. Administration is very good, it is very secure and safe. Our packages always get delivered, when there is a problem it is always solved. Very good place to live in

Britney was great with helping my apply and get moved in she showed multiple units and helped me find the best for me and my daughter. When we moved in there 2 issues I out the request in in a Friday asking someone come on Monday and Monday afternoon by the time I got home everything was fixed! Felipe was kind and considerate when helping around the apartment and made things easy

The Arlo is a wonderful place to live. The facilities are solid and the location is amazing . Many incredible restaurants are just steps away and the MARTA is very convenient.

I have lived here for 6 months now , an I love living here , I had a few complaints in the past but they have seemed to be fixed an I have no issues . The neighbors are nice an the leasing office staff are nice as well
