It’s a nice place to call it home. We have a nice neighborhood. Everything is near by including the bus stop. It is noise free zone, you can hardly hear any sounds from the outside.

Maintenance is extremely poor. It takes 2-3 months to complete a work order. I have been leaving this company for the past 3.5 years. Every time I inquire about the estimated time of completion for a work order, the staff will inform me that they are understaffed.

location location location. Indian groceries, restaurants, park, play area, airport, gocary bus stop, all are nearby. the property itself is large and very suitable for morning / evening walk. Car dependency is very low.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. Everything is good in the apartment complex, and I truly appreciate the efforts of the leasing office staff. They are always professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their excellent customer service makes a big difference and contributes to a pleasant living experience. However, one area that needs significant improvement is the maintenance team. Unfortunately, they are not responsive when it comes to addressing maintenance issues. Requests often go unanswered or are delayed, which can be frustrating, especially when it involves urgent matters. I hope this concern can be looked into seriously. Additionally, I would like to suggest that a mesh screen be added to all apartment units. This would be a great improvement, especially during the warmer months, to allow fresh air in while keeping insects out. Overall, great place, but some improvements are needed.

My experience has been good overall. However, I’m dealing with a serious issue—German cockroaches have infested the apartment and feel like unwanted roommates. Aside from that, I don’t have any other complaints.

Weston Reserve is a very lovely and beautiful place to stay and are pet friendly.The location is spot on and couldn't be any better for me and my family. There's many stores, restaurants and a great shopping center called Park West Village not too far away. On location, there are many amenities such as a pool/grill area, a small gym, a little park and one for dogs too! It's just the front end/office and leasing associates that aren't really there for all the right reasons. They don't mean well for people that reside here and aren't the right fit. They need to learn how to give everybody the same amount of common decency, respect and compassion and they do neither of those three things. It's truly disappointing. They make it unpleasant.

Maintainace is a bit slow , other than that everything is good. It would be better if we have faster maintainace. I also know you people are short staffed. The apartment management is good except for maintenance reason.
From a location standpoint, the place is excellent—conveniently situated with easy access to essential amenities and transportation. However, a recurring issue we’ve faced is the persistent presence of roaches. Despite regular cleaning and maintenance efforts, this problem continues to affect our overall comfort and satisfaction with the space. It would be greatly beneficial if more effective pest control measures were implemented to address this concern

Home experience is good. Trash collection charges are collected but the collection is not happening round the week. Friday and Saturday are 2 inportant days were we get enough amount trash to dispose. And community management should fix security cameras around or atleast allow the tenants to fix their own cameras for security monitoring.

This used to be a very nice place to live under previous manager. Have lived here for passed 3 years. It has never been this worst. Nothing is working as far as management. They don't care.
Living condition is horrible. You see roaches every time you get into kitchen no matter how clean you keep your kitchen, apply roaches gel and spray. Have raised request for pest control many times but did not find it helpful. Management just be ignorant about this situation.
I’m on the second floor and could constantly here the people upstairs moving around but it’s to be expected in apartment living. Then the upstairs tenants moved out and the noises got much worse!! Come to find out that they removed the carpet and put a laminate floor in. They have a child who runs all over the apartment and sometimes bounces balls in the apartment. This happens from 7 am all the way until some nights at midnight. It sounds like a heard of buffalo up there. I reported it to the office and was told this is just apartment living. I’ve been living in apartments for 6 years now and by far this is the worst experience yet! Through out the summer we also had a terrible roach problem which has gotten better since it has gotten cold out. People also store their kids toys under the stairs in community areas. The noise is what’s keeping me from renewing the lease and you should be aware if you want a quiet peaceful experience don’t live here!!!!
The new Management(Caroll) sucks and they said they couldn't respond to AC broken unit over the weekend. It was 78 degress with humidity outside and they said it is not an emergency and couldn't respond until the following Monday. We had to stay in this hot and humid balloon all over the weekend. If you have kids, please do avoid coming to this community as they always go by their own rules than the tenants problems. And another big problem in these apartments is ROACHES. I would suggest better avoid this community or be careful in choosing your unit.
