Received multiple reminder messages via email and text to show for a showing today 12/22 at 2:30, no one was there, eventually a man came out 10 minutes later asking us what we wanted. After we told him about our appointment, he informed us that the person showing units went to lunch, and he was busy with a meeting. If this is how badly they treat prospective residents, I can't imagine how they are treating people contracted to live there. I think we dodged a bullet.
I do not recommend this apartment complex.One of their maintenance employees crashed a company golf cart into my parked car. Despite immediately reporting the incident and following all the required procedures, the management has refused to take responsibility for the damages caused by their own employee. The most frustrating aspect is the complete lack of communication and professionalism. The office staff provides no contact information for supervisors or their insurance company, leaving residents with no way to escalate serious issues. If they are unable to handle a clear-cut case of liability like this, you cannot trust them to manage more complex situations. Very poor management.
This place drains me. Several requests have been made regarding ongoing repairs needed, yet none have been resolved. I wish I could issue a zero rating.

Arium management company is awful. From my experience they buy the property, raise the rent an absurd amount, change all your utility payment platforms at least 2 times, poorly communicate about the myriad of “improvement projects” around the community and hugely inconvenience your life for at minimum 6 months. This complex was absolutely wonderful before they took over. If i knew it was going to be this bad i would never have resigned my lease. Don’t do it, or at least wait another 6 months until all their projects are finally done. Find you an apartment that is not owned and managed by arium.

Management did nothing after I moved in and had numerous concerns, including cockroaches everywhere along with cockroach poop, and the "cleaning" service they hired before we moved was terrible. Management was dreadful, very rude and obnoxious. This apartment's only saving grace was Edwin. Oh, the gates are broken, and the kids are shouting all day! Save yourself and please do not move here.

The new beautiful floors are thin. You hear everything going on in the upstairs apartment. There is dog poop all over the complex.

Pay luxury apartment prices with barely any working amenities. No gates work. They are broken and or stuck open. Kids constantly screaming during the day. Adults yelling in front of building at nights.

We moved to Florida a couple months ago. Crowntree Lakes is perfect. The elementary school is great! I love the 10 minute drive to the airport and shopping in the Lee Vista area is so convenient. My little girl loves visiting the gym with her daddy and taking mid day swims in the pool.We are looking forward to the new daycare opening next year! My family feels super safe, its super quiet at all times. After visiting tons of places, we are super pleased with our choice. Thanks to the leasing company for helping us move with so much ease.
While searching for an apartment to live in while my child finishes his Senior year of high school I found the perfect location. Crowntree has been the perfect place. Spacious apartment. This is a great place to live! It has great amentities, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the price is outstanding for the area, and most importantly, the apartments are very spacious!
I have lived her for about a yr, I have no complaints. When i request for things to get done, or need help from the office they tend to be very quick on an answer. The people here are super friendly, and its a good environment to live in. There is a middle school pretty close which is SUPER convenient if you have kiddos, also the wawa lol. Dont take my word for it, come and check out the property for your self, im sure you will not be disappointed. - Indra
I am new to the community ... moved in the beginning of August in building 5. Friendly staff and great location to the airport and shopping malls. My leasing agent Bridget was awesome and answered any and all questions I had and made the move very easy. Would recommend it to anyone that is looking for large units, quiet community and great customer service.
We have lived here for about 4 months. We have really enjoyed it. The office managers are friendly and helpful. The Clubhouse has a bunch of luxury level amenities, and the apartments are nicely kept. When we moved in our carpet was clean (which was my biggest concern). The seller for us (as we were looking at multiple complexes) was the ability to either have a balcony or to have that same extra space, but for it to be enclosed (they call it a solarium). It is a great extra space for our family!
I've lived at Crowntree Lakes for almost 2 years now. When I first discovered it, it was like a hidden gem compared to the other overly-expensive apartments in the area. They are very close to luxury apartments (minus marble countertops and hardwood floors - though some select units have hard wood). Very clean community, the giant bathtub is awesome, as well as the large gym. The only things I'd change is that sometimes, depending on what time you get home, there's a lack of parking spaces. They can also be noisy, depending on if you live by the main entrance gate. Other than that it's pretty comfortable. A lot of families and good people.
Moved in 8/8/15. Staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help solve a problem with a smile. Maintenance team is efficient. Property is kept clean at all times. Apartments are spacious, bathrooms are nice, and kitchen is up to date and very nice. The gym is 24hrs which is very convenient it has everything you need for a full body workout. Pool is always clean and clear. Hands down the best place I've lived in in Orlando.
I have lived in 3 other top apartment complexes, and none have compared to Crowntree lakes. Natalie has made my move in process super easy, and is always there to answer my questions. If she isn't there there are other knowledgeable people who can help. Maintenance orders are answered promptly by the awesome maintenance team. The complex is always clean. Pool is clear and opened later than most other complexes. I can work out late at night or early in the morning because the gym is 24hrs. If I ever decide to have a party i can do so at either the club house or the movie theater (which is so cool). And they have easy payment options in person or online at NO additional cost! The apartments themselves are up to date and extremely spacious, my favorite place is the jacuzzi size tub. In my 5 yrs living in Orlando this is my favorite apartment complex, I will be renewing when it is time.
