Carrington at Perimeter Park may be one of the better looking apartments from the outside. It's location is perfect for those who wish to be away from the noise but still be in the nicest business area. The apartments are hit or miss. You may get an apartment that is infested or an apartment that needs a bit of polish. Regardless, your experience will be decent AT BEST.

I had a wonderful move-in experience with Whitney, who was not only helpful but courteous, kind, and communicative all together. The apartment is beautiful, as is the surrounding community - and I havent even mentioned the ideal location; just a quick drive to all sorts of shops, towns, and cities. Im really enjoying my experience so far!

I had an excellent move-in experience with the help of all the young ladies in the office. They addressed all my concerns and questions at a timely matter. They all went out their way to make sure I was happy after I told them my bad experience from the prior apartment complex I was leaving. They were prompt in helping me quickly transition into my new apartment by having all the paperwork ready in short notice. On that note, I love the atmosphere here everyone seems so friendly!
After a 2 year stint at this complex, our roof still leaks, our carpets are moldy, bugs seem to be the ones in charge, a faulty piece of equipment has resulted in a jump from $75 elec bill to $250 - $600 - $500 bill before getting fixed and the complex sees it only fit to reimburse about 600 of all those charges. Based on what? No explanation. Their equipment fails, and we have to pay?! The new owners are cheap and the tenants foot the bill for their mistakes. DO NOT MOVE IN.
AC's don't work. Trash bin is always out of service, Maintenance take their time servicing you. There's pests waterbugs, spiders and other critters crawling around your apartment. Water pressure is ridiculously low, and the water bill is still sky high! this place isn't worth the money their charging.

This apartment complex has spacious, bright apartments along with a friendly and helpful staff. Kristi, Mike, Kris and James go above and beyond to make sure residents receive excellent service. The surrounding area is also great for kids. My son loves watching the airplanes take off and land at the nearby observation Park which is located at RDU Airport nearby.
Moved in last fall..... apartment was not clean heat didn't work and now air conditioner does not work. My unit has a alarm but that doesn't work either. Overall complex in nice but office staff is professional but does not care about he residents needs.
Carrington Park is in a great location! It is located right off of I40 and I540 and is only 7 minutes from RDU airport. There is a beautiful swimming pool with a nice area to grill and many comfortable lounge chairs to relax in. The gym is small but there is a variety of equipment and a separate "yoga-style" room. The area is pretty well maintained and having trash pickup right at your door is great!! There is also shopping (grocery and retail stores) and movie theaters within 10 minutes in both directions. Great bang for my bucks!
This complex is safe and convenient to the HWY 540 and 40. This complex is less than 10 minutes from a shopping area. The complex is clean and very quiet neighbors. The staff is accommodating and take care of any concern in a timely manner. Right behind the Perimeter Park so walking distance to any of those businesses.
