I have live here for four years and there is a great team here now. The area is nice and I feel comfortable walking my dog pretty late. Look, I know no one cares about service anymore, but Maria is amazing. Her expectations from her team are high, but she works right along side them. The is a great manager and leader. I would keep her happy, because she is priceless in the hiring pool.

I’ve lived in the community for a number of years now. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. Pool is open year-round, centrally located dog park, friendly and quiet neighbors. walking distance to a liquor store, a little pub with a number of beers, a wood-fired pizza spot, and a nice restaurant called Hickory and Ash. Plus very easy access to Highway 36, not far to grocery stores including Target, and a 10 minute drive to the Flats Crossing mall.

Arista uptown is a wonderful place to live! There are many dog parks, walking trails and a wonderful street with restaurants all within walking distance. The leasing team is always so friendly and willing to help with any concerns that may arise. The maintenance is always very timely and thorough whenever problems may happen. Both teams are amazing and make this Arista feel like home. They all know you by name and work everyday to make Arista better than it already is. They go out of their way to say hello throughout the day to you and your pet! Arista uptown is truly a wonderful place to live!

I love this complex. The location is perfect, the admin staff are consistent and communicate thoroughly. The design of the apartments are simple in the best way and the color scheme is very practical and easy to decorate with. Any issues that arise are solved quickly. There is coffee, nails, hair, pizza, ice cream and beer nearby along with up and coming restaurants. Lots of walking paths and beautiful grass parks around too. The gym is open 24/7 which is so nice! The pool is gorgeous and has plenty of sun in the summer. Overall- 10/10!

Since Greystar took over ownership of this complex they have done everything they can to slowly increase costs for tenants as well infringe on tenants use of personal space. We have rented here for several years and used to be nice, but now they have changes trash policies to increase to total amount you pay for trash added to a required $30 trash pickup fee where the trash service will find all kinds of reasons to not pickup the trash. The dog park in the main area is basically a litter box with dog poop everywhere inside making it disgusting and unusable. The grills surrounding the complex never work and do not have brushes for cleaning. They have recently restricted the usage of your own patios, stating to remove items that are not in violation of the lease, which is illegal and infringes on renters rights. They have recently changed lease language to remove provided services from maintenance, leaving the renter to now pay and perform routine activities previously included (which is the only benefit of renting). Maintenance never comes around to assist in requests (most likely due to understaffing which the apartment will not hire more). Although the maintenance staff and employees there are nice, greystar like every corporation is doing all it can to provide you as little as possible with the highest rates possible, I would not recommend renting here you can find nicer apartments with more room in the area.

Honestly, hands down the best Greystar asset I have seen. The manager Maria and her team are amazing. Art and Nate are very hardworking guys, and they are always kind and accomodating. They work efficiently and rarely require follow up visits. Maria, Kathiya and Monique are all kind, knowledgeable and dedicated to resident and potential resident experiences being positive. This is a top drawer team. I am thankful for them. I live alone with stage 4 cancer, and they truly care for my comfort. It means everything to me that they care, and make no mistake about it. They truly care.

I have lived here 3+ Years & I have nothing bad to say about Arista Uptown. The pricing is very reasonable for the included amenities & the apartments are very nice. Wonderful neighbor that has an “urban” feel to it. Very safe & quiet complex/neighborhood. Maintenance does a wonderful job & the area is very well kept. Being a Broomfield Native, Arista is a beautiful part of the city. Very recreationally oriented & safe. I grew up here my whole life & have never moved. I am also very appreciative of the events that the Leasing office puts together.

I love living at arista uptown. My boyfriend and I catch ourselves saying how much we love our place. The layout and feel of the place is perfect for us. We love watching the dogs play at the dog park as well

Arista uptown has been a nightmare. Multiple dishonest statements by office staff lead me to dread having chosen this place. I will be moving out after my lease is up.

Do not live in this community. Greystar is a nightmare landlord who will drown you in fees. The apartments are very overpriced. The community is in disrepair and the people who live here suck. Love yourself and live somewhere else.

Love the apartments. Michelle the manager is amazing! I like living here but it has definitely gone downhill. The landscaping looks horrible and many people do not pick up after their pets.

Arista Uptown has a fantastic community that they continue to actively build, they are always trying to connect to their tenets by having weekly food trucks and events. They are extremely diligent with important information that everyone should be made aware of, and they are constantly looking for feedback so they can continue to improve the Arista Experience. Maintenance is extremely fast and reliable compaired to a lot of other apartment complexes. The amenities offered here at Arista are wide and well kept. The pool, gym, office, and a few outdoor hosting areas are currently under heavy remodeling because they knew that they needed a new look. Overall the experience at Arista is fantastic and I highly reccomend it to anyone looking to move in!

Apartment layout is great, management is not. Also if you’re sensitive to sound.. it is VERY noisy living here. Walls are paper thin & you hear everything. I also have very loud construction outside my windows.

Arista Uptown is not what it used to be. The amenities and apartments are excellent but the management and fees and policy changes are insulting. $700 a year to have an uncovered, outdoor, non-surveiled and otherwise normal parking space is literally the peak of insanity and rudeness to your residents, who already are paying premiums for this location.

This property was purchased by Greystar a few months ago with no word from the previous management until literally the day it happened. Ever since Greystar took over everything has literally gone down the tubes. Every common area is dirty. The trash cans around are always overflowing. The dog poop receptacles never have bags in them and are always overflowing too, and when the full bag is taken out, they just set it on the ground in front of them. There is never a person in the office anymore and the clubhouse part is never open anymore. There is no such thing as talking to anyone on the phone. The website was down for months since Greystar took over and there was no way to submit rent payments or make a maintenance request. The pool and hot tub that is supposed to be heated and “year- round” are literally green and filled with crap. When it comes to the trash valet, which is supposed to picked up from Sunday- Thursday, rarely ever gets picked up. And when it is the people slam the bins around and constantly rip the bags so disgusting fluids are drug around the walkways and stained. I’m honestly so disappointed and mad I have to finish out my lease here for another 4-5 months. I’m honestly about to start a petition for all current residents to refuse paying rent seeing as how the upkeep of the grounds and community amenities, that are outlined in the lease contracts we signed, are not being cleaned, maintained or even thought about. Multiple emails have been sent to Greystar and there is still no change. Bottom line, do not move here.

The new management is horrible. They have been the management for a month and the online portals still don’t work. They never answer the phones. We didn’t have doggie bags for weeks. So so disappointed. Service is lacking overall. I signed my lease with the previous management and they were wonderful.

I've lived here 4 years and love it. The staff is helpful and courteous. If I need anything they are very responsive and welcoming. The amenities are great - a coffee bar, tech center, mail center, valet trash, gym and pool. About the pool, it is open year round and heated with a lap lane - it's one of the things that keeps me here! That and the people - there are families with kids, retirees, students and worker bees like me, of all different ethnicities. I like the diversity, not all places have that mix.

We have lived here since October of 2016. I love the location as there are so many places walking distance ...711, starbucks, liquor store, first bank center concert venue, aloft hotel which is great when people come to visit because they give everyone in Arista a discount on rooms, restaurants/cafes/bars and breweries, and a bus stop that takes you to Denver or Boulder. It even has routes to the airport if needed. By car, we’re about 20 min to either Boulder or Denver. A little longer in traffic. The apartment themselves are beautiful with hardwood floors and gorgeous kitchens. Extremely well insulated as we rarely have to use the heater in the winter. Maintenance has always been great for us. Very quick in responding to anything. In the nearly 3 years we have lived here the only thing that ever gave us issues was our water heater and that was fixed in less than a days time. The leasing office staff is very friendly and always going above and beyond for tenants. The Gym is one of the main reasons we choose this spot also. It Is a really awesome apartment gym with a bunch of different machines, free weights, treadmills and elypticals and bikes. We often get texts when weather is nice that they’re doing poolside yoga and other cool events. Oh and the pool is amazing. By far the BEST pool in the entire Arista complex out of the different apt complexes. The only thing that I experience with this property vs other apartments is that they enter the apartment quite a bit for random things like making sure the water heater is in good shape, or to check appliances, etc. Doesn’t necessarily bother me though and I like that they keep up with the complex and don’t just let it run into the ground like so many other properties do. Parking can sometimes suck late at night during the week but we have an assigned spot inside the apartment parking lots that’s assigned to our apt and our second car we street park. Even when we have to “park far” it’s really no more than a short block away at most. This is a super safe and clean area of town also.

Very pristine location! I went on a tour of the apartments this weekend and saw several that I liked. Overall the gym, pool, jacuzzi and lounge area are unbeatable! The staff was friendly and sincere. Marcus gave us a tour of the whole complex and was very friendly. He was personable and listened to what we were looking for in an apartment. I’m so thrilled to have found such an awesome apartment because this wouldn't just be an apartment it would be an experience. Also, the location is prime because everything is walking distance. This property is truly a gem!

My brother lived in this apartment complex and died suddenly. They tried to charge me a $1,500.00 lease break fee because he died before his lease was up. Horrible person/people running this place.

Mantince comes every month your car will be broken into every month and I hope you like taking th 1 st or 3 rd off to pay rent on person because the online system charges an ungodly amount if your lucky and get an assigned spot someone will take it
We have lived here for 13 months now and this is the 3rd apt we've lived in, and by far the best. The pool is huge, gorgeous, and heated year round. The gym has ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, free weights, etc. You can even 'rent' 2 bicycles to ride around town for the day, for free! They throw us an annual pool party with food and giveaways, and every now and then they offer pizza parties and such. The main office has an espresso machine for your use at all times, and sometimes they keep the fridge stocked with beverages and snacks. I love that they keep you happy consistently, not just when you sign the lease. They also didn't raise our rent this year, which most places do, just another reason why we stayed!
I have enjoyed living here at Arista. I was apprehensive at the beginning about living here because some of the bad reviews but I am glad that I ignored them. I have had a great experience here. Great looking new and clean apartments, built in 2013, great kitchen with dishwasher, also washer and dryer in every unit. Spacious closet. Huge balcony. Pool area is great and also has a Jacuzzi and cabana's to relax. Excellent gym with lots of options.My neighbors are nice and very respectful. Leasing staff is very nice and when my lightbulbs went out in my kitchen I put in a service request before I left to the store and they were fixed when I got back home. So far, I've loved living here at Arista uptown apartments. Affordable rent for a great place. My only complaint is the parking situation which is not too bad. If you do not have an assigned spot and come home after 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM then you might have to park a little further than usual from your apartments building, however this is only sometimes and does not bother me much as I do not mind walking.
I have really enjoyed living at Arista Uptown. It is in a great location, right off of Highway 36, and with Wadsworth near by it doesn't take too much time to get anywhere. There is also a park-and-ride within walking distance where you can take a quick 20 minute bus to Boulder or a 30 minute bus to Denver. The apartments themselves are extremely well kept, as are all of the public areas. GREAT pool and gym area. The staff is very committed to making this a positive community, and has had some really fun free community events. Definitely a hard place to beat!
