The Aria has been a great place to live in the center of downtown. The location is near the river where great restaurants and a walking trail are located. The staff have been amazing in addressing any issues that come up. Overall I would give it a 10 rating.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! I recently moved into this apartment complex and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The advertised rent seemed reasonable but as soon as I signed the lease, I was hit with multiple variable rates and hidden fees that were not disclosed during the tour or in the paperwork. To top it all off, the maintenance services were subpar and I had to constantly follow up to get things fixed in my unit. I would not recommend this complex to anyone and would advise prospective renters to thoroughly review all the fees before signing a lease.

I am very happy with the customer service, the amenities and the quality of the studio apartment I live in. I am very impressed with the build and the way the windows are made to filter out noise. Great place to live and wold recommend to anyone.

So far, it’s been zen living at the Aria. I love being able to walk to eat or go to my workout/yoga. The view of the Columbia river every morning. Everyone I’ve ran into here has also been very friendly and welcoming.

The Aria has decreased in cleanliness, the manager is not customer friendly and difficult to discuss concerns with. Many renters have and are moving out due to rise in cost and the decrease cleanliness and management

The Aria is a beautiful building in the heart of downtown Vancouver and is a short walking distance from the new Vancouver waterfront district. Restaurants, winery tasting rooms and of course the fabulous Vancouver Sat Morning Farmers market - all right out your door.

The Aria is like living in a fancy hotel. The parking garage is pretty cool, the view is great, you're right downtown and the rate is comparable to other similar properties. I dig it!
We liked the floor plan, location and added amenities the Aria had to offer. But what stood out was the staff. Jameina has been nothing short of stellar in her support an attentiveness. Its always the people that make an experience great.
