As the “Gateway to Antelope Island,” visitors pass through Syracuse to access Antelope Island Road, the only road leading to the popular state park. Syracuse is located along Farmington Bay of the Great Salt Lake. It is a beautiful community with spectacular mountain views. It is about 28 miles north of Salt Lake City, and commuters can reach downtown in about 30 minutes. Residents enjoy cozy neighborhoods, terrific parks, and the seasonal Syracuse Farmer’s Market at Centennial Park.
The first settlers arrived around 1862. One of those settlers was a salt maker named William Galbraith. He knew of a salt company in Syracuse, New York, so he printed “Syracuse” on his salt bags. In 1887, another settler borrowed the name printed on the salt bags for his resort, the Syracuse Bathing Resort. Eventually, the city embraced the name. Syracuse remained a quiet farming community until the roadway was built to the state park.

Property Ratings at Aria Townhomes & Apartments
From the second I walked into my apartment to take a tour it felt like home, I knew I waned to live here. I staff is amazing, maintance crew is prompt, and they want you to be happy. The ground are kept clean and tidy, they have a crew taking care of trash that may show up on the daily basics. I've very happy with this apartment complex.
Staff and management are friendly and helpful, the apartments are clean when moving into is a great location.

Overall I’d say you can tell it’s a new property and under management that doesn’t have a ton of experience. Obviously the cost of living in the SLC area is on the rise but I’m not sure the cost of rent plus all the additional fees is justifiable to the craftsmanship of the living space itself.
The apartments have a good layout and plenty of space. There are lots of kids and families who interact well too. Overall it is a great area to start. Rebuild or start over as well as get your feet settled if new to the area.
We love the community here. The amenities are kept in excellent repair, the staff is so easy to work with, and they made leasing from another state during our transition seamless
Its been a great experience so far. It was fairly easy to apply and staff has been very accommodating.
I like how clean and white the interior is. I also like the smart home system a lot. The staff is easy to work with and very kind people.
I love that everything is so new and clean here! I don't have to worry about issues, cosmetic or otherwise, that would have been caused by many previous tenants. The appliances work well, and are nice. I love that they have sprinklers installed in case of a fire. One HUGE bonus for me as well is the Dwelo system. The door lock, the thermostat, and some of the lights can be controlled with an app on my phone! That's super convenient when I forget to turn the light off before I climb into bed, or just don't want to trip my way to the bed. I lay down, open the app, and turn the light off. The amenities are still being constructed, but so far the gym looks nice, the mail boxes are set up neatly, and I love the mail room locker system they have! It's secure, and kinda fun. Haha. I'm excited for the weather to warm up so we can test out the new pool, and the playground is almost done too! I like that they have a website you can use to communicate with the management, submit work orders, and even see who your neighbors are. That one still needs some work though. I have also greatly enjoyed the sense of community here. I haven't met too many of my neighbors, but just the management gives me a sense of belonging. They have activities or treats and other various things during holidays, which I find super fun! One thing I dislike is how closely together the posts are placed in the covered parking. It's impossible to be able to open doors on both sides, without almost hitting the post or the next car over. All in all, it's a very nice, clean, organized community. I wish I never had to leave!
Management and staff are always friendly. They are quick at any issue I have ever had. You can tell they care about this community! Just one more reason why I love living here! Thanks for all you do....

Staff is great apartments are new and very clean. Great place to live and very quiet.
The move-in experience was very pleasant and easy. The apartment had a little dust during move-in due to current construction, but this was to be expected and the management team is very quick to respond and help when needed. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to check out the Aria team.
The Aria @ LiveAriaUT.com are beautiful inside and out. The community offers an assortment of amenities and the staff is second to none. If you are looking to upgrade how you live this is the place.
The apartments are brand new, clean, and more spacious than expected! I live in one of the 2nd smallest (1 bed 1 bath) units, and I thought it would be too small for all of my furniture to fit. I am able to have 2 couches, an entertainment stand & TV, bar stools, a coffee table, and still have a bit of extra space! I also didn't thing my king-size bed would fit in the master bedroom, but it definitely does, with SO much space left over! The walk-in closets are AWESOME! I ended up putting my dresser in there, even though there's plenty of room for it in the master bedroom. The management is very professional, helpful, and personable. I had some glitches with the online application process which delayed the process a bit, and caused confusion all around, but management stayed in contact through the whole process to update and reassure me they would get it all figured out. Which they did! The move-in process was so quick and smooth. The monthly rent is cheaper than most I've seen in the area, and they allow pets!! The units come with internet, trash valet, washer & dryer, oven/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. AND it has the smart system, which is cool. I can use my key to unlock either of my doors, or a code for the main door. I also like being able to turn off the living room lights, and the master bedroom light, AND adjust the thermostat, all with my phone! All with cheap rent! My one complaint is how insanely loud the traffic is from my unit! Day and night. Especially when people decide to race down the street in the middle of the night. But with all the other perks, for me it's worth it!
