I was initially impressed when I drove into the complex, because the physical property is really cool. It's a beautiful natural environment with tons of flowering trees and birdlife everywhere. The one-bedroom apartment I toured was disappointing, though — dark and depressing, not particularly clean, and not a space I could imagine living in. I won't be considering this property.

I toured along with Damelia a 2nd story apt as I wanted an idea what they looked like... I need a 1st story apt as I am crippled and cannot take steps. I pray this 1st story apt that comes available in March is as pretty, which I'm sure it will be. The grounds are beautiful, and there's allot to do in this village. Right now I am awaiting a call to see what I need to do next as I have applied. I still need to inform the property mgmt of the apt # that will be available in March, and the price I was given yesterday. I'm excited!!!

Horrible and old. Mice infested and they tow your car if the tags are not up to date.
This place is by far one of the WORST apartment complexes I've lived in. I've put in NUMEROUS requests to fix the peeling paint in the tub, which clogs up the drain. They say they're going to fix it and it never happens. My HVAC system has broken 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Don't trust a word this management team tells you. Save your money and pick somewhere else.
The photos are not an accurate to how the apartments currently look. I moved in November 2021 and as of August 2022, nothing that was suppose to be fixed in 2022 was fixed (balcony door, stove, electric/ lights, missing bathroom tiles). The dishwasher leaks a lot, whether you use it or not (I do not use it at all). There are huge bugs. You pay for extermination but they never come. Not once has an exterminator visited my own. The lighting is horrible. The boiler is located in the bedroom closet therefore, there’s not much in there.
Aria North Hills has not disappointed me. Renovated apartment, nice amenities. The first impression is the best impression and that is Linda, she truly represent Aria North Hills!

Originally posted this review but received an email from the property manager requesting I take it down and we could try to resolve my issues. I have attempted to reach out to her directly with no response and it’s been close to a month. * I have very mixed reviews with Aria North Hills. I love the location and love how quiet the community is. So far, everyone I have spoken to has been kind. However, there a lot of issues with the buildings. About a week after I moved in, something in my neighbors apartment caused a flood in both their and my apartment. This happened on a Friday. By Saturday, Aria had sent somebody out to vacuum the standing water from my neighbor’s unit. I did not get anyone to visit my apartment until I had to submit 2 work order requests and all that was done for my unit was an industrial fan. Now, my carpet is discolored and has buckled due to the amount of water being stuck in my apartment from sometime Friday to Wednesday (5 days). I do not have a renovated unit which I do not mind but they have placed “newer” and cheap installations to cover the older installations. Like the cabinets. They doors seem nice enough but when you open them, they are very old and have a very particular smell. A lot of my light switches do nothing. A major issue is the how thin the walls are. I can hear everything my neighbor says (does not help that he is always yelling at all hours of the night) It is so disruptive. I attempted to contact the office regarding a noise complaint but they never responded. Another issue is the office is never open! My packages get sent to their office but I work 9am to 6pm while the office is only open 9-5. I’ve tried to go in 15 minutes early on my way to work and got scolded. There is no package notification system either which is very difficult when family members are sending gifts and you cannot see the tracking information. Finally, I have yet to receive any of these “Dasmen Points” they keep advertising. I always pay my full amount online and still nothing. I emailed them today but we will see if I get a response. I was excited about this property moving in but the cons out way the pros.

Very nice community. Right behind a police district so that adds to the safety. LEasing office and maitenence guy are very personable and quick on responses. Mrs.Linda is freaking awesome. Would definitely reccommend to anyone looking for ASAP movement.

The management is horrible. They do NOT take responsibility for their actions. They are quick to ignore an email, in person or corporate complaint. The are more worried about money their your home or safety.

I had been looking for a place with immediate move in, that would also meet my requirements of an apartment home. Not only did Linda accommodate me by expediting an apartment for me, but even stayed late the day of move in to make sure I had everything I needed. The apartment is nice and spacious. Perfect for what I was looking for.

I looked a several complexes nearby but Aria North Hills had all the amenities, a good price, and pet friendly! Marqueita was very helpful with answers to all my questions and my apartment was ready when scheduled. It was nicer than in photos! Very quiet neighborhood.

All around great apartments. The new renovations look good. The transition to move in was seamless. Daisy was right on point and made the move in even easier. I felt like I hit cruise and relaxed into the apartment. Aria apartments is a wonderful choice!

I just moved into my apartment a week ago, the apartment is really Beautiful an the outside patio. The Neighbors are really nice. Quiet community nice playground and dog park. Gas station and grocery store really convenient.

The property has changed hands a few times since I have been living here. The New company has proven itself to be very customer friendly, during the storm trees fell onto our porch literally covering it. We requested assistance from the former property who said that they would get to it. It took four requests and they did nothing. Center point is a wonderful place to live . For a person like me who has a child and in school its expensive but to be in a wonderful area and plenty of amenities for kids including a basketball court, dog park , volleyball court and a pool it's worth it.
