Staff is very friendly, they care and they listen. Interior is simple and top notch, very convenient with a shopping center right next door. I am moving in July and i definitely cant wait.
This is a perfect blend of luxury living and convenience. Location, location, location, whether you are commuting to UNCC or working in the Ballantyne area or even uptown it's perfect.
Large, spacious interior designs meet quiet, resort style feeling for all to enjoy! Walking distance to grocery and other stores along with nice amenities within the Aria community as a whole! Great location and area, highly recommend!

Great Location, surrounded by trees, walking trail, pond. Beautiful LARGE units with great colors and premium finish. Absolutely lovable community.
I came in for a tour and was given a hard hat cutest thing ever for my tour, Erica was very friendly and helpful, she answered all of our questions, we love the energy and the apartment is beautiful. our current lease is not ending until october but Aria will be our next home!
