The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Ardmore Apartments
If you have a car this is not the place for you, there is absolutely 0 parking, it’s awful. Not to mention if you try to get in contact with management they don’t respond or are passive aggressive towards you. There’s a big bug problem and when i tried to get it fixed and complained multiple times, it was never fixed. Not to mention the people in the other units are horrible as well. But parking is the worst thing about this complex, do not live here if you have a car, it’s not worth it!!
Excellent 1. maintenance 2. remodels 3. management 4. neighbors 5. location 6. price 7. vibe
The leasing process was a breeze, I met with an exceptional agent, Ana, who was very patient and helpful. I feel I found my dream home. I got accepted 2 days later, nice and smooth! 10/10 would recommend to a friend searching for a place.

The trash situation is awful. There’s bugs skittering around. Good luck trying to get in contact with management to fix or clean anything. Completely unresponsive and will get mad at you for asking. Do not recommend.
Place is infested with bugs of all kinds… management is terrible at getting any situation even situated. Parking is also a problem, which in most cases shouldn’t be. If we’re paying, then we shouldn’t be dealing with these kind of issues….
The apartments are nice. The construction is super loud. I've seen a few roaches in my apartment. I've been living here for a few months and haven't received my incentive. The parking is horrible.

We appreciate your comment about how nice our units are, however we are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied. Please reach management at 323-770-6396 so that we can set up pest control for you as well as make sure you receive your incentive. You can always place a work order online as well. We understand your frustration with construction noise but we working towards an overall improvement in the building and hope you understand our efforts to complete it as quickly and safely as possible for all.
Manager is very rude. He made a mistake with my rent and didn't fix it for 2 months. He never answers the phone. He also gets mad at YOU for his own mistakes. Extremely lazy foul man. Not to mention the countless work orders you will need to fix your apartment. Constant construction at all hours of the day. Management is terrible. Except the the manager who lives at the apartment. He is nice.
Thrilled to see other people are speaking up about the trash situation here. They definitely have good prices and good move in incentives, but for some reason they’re too cheap to buy additional bins so we don’t constantly live next to a landfill. Not to mention they recently enforced a $75 fee to tenants who don’t properly put their trash in the bins. I was actually happy about this new enforcement until I realized with how many people living here the bins would get filled so quick you result in having to put in on the floor anyways. Really hope they can change this, but other than that I’d say it’s a decent place to live.

I recently moved here and love my apartment. My unit is nice and was recently renovated, management has been great and I haven't had a single issue living here so far. I moved here from a much noisier neighborhood and this complex/neighborhood is a lot more relaxed and low key. Would definitely recommend!
I like this apartment a lot. The community here are diverse with families and young artists. The managing team here are amazing. The mail system and laundry room here are great too. The building just renovated is nice ! There’s a courtyard for dog walking too. I like !
Trash is definitely an ongoing problem here. I’ve caught a few bugs in my spot and i’m sure it’s coming from the trash. I wish they’d order more bins as this is one of the largest complexes (50 or more units) in the neighborhood and I can’t even imagine what trash will look like once occupancy gets higher here with the new units being constructed. Parking is a mess. My biggest annoyance is the laundry room. It’s a community laundry room you can pay to wash your clothes in, and it hardly even pumps out water to thoroughly wash your clothes.
The entire building is old and is being remodeled, so expect at 7AM every morning to DRILLING AND BANGING all around you, Saturday mornings included. You'll see construction workers more than you see tenants when you live here. Everything is cheaply put together in the units so EXPECT TO HAVE MULTIPLE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS upon immediate arrival, COCKROACH INFESTATION included. TRASH IS ALWAYS PILED IN FRONT of the building to the point that it completely cuts off the sidewalk. They offer "free wifi", when I'd get a better wifi connection sitting outside of a starbucks in my car. It's more of a last resort, and often doesn't work at all. In fact, this is my third trying to get this review to upload using that same WIFI. You'll end up ordering your own in the end so add that to your utility calculation. All in all, expect the bare minimum when moving here and leave some more room for major dissapointment. My advice, don't move here at all.
