Fastest, easiest move I've ever had in my life. Everything from the tour and move in; and recieving the keys was so fast and easy. Michele was very professional and had an answer with any question I had for her. I've been here for just under a week and simply love it. It literally took 4 days from the interview to getting the keys in my hand. Also, the community is very friendly and quiet. I have yet to hear a single sound from a neighbor. Which is great; since I'm a quiet loner that loves silence. Again; I'm so happy living here.

Fairly satisfied I lived at Ardella for a year, the place is quiet and peaceful, every time I asked for maintenance it was done with no problem, kudos to Juan he was amazing. The apartament I lived in was in fairly good shape. Some of the ladies in the office were super nice, especially Maricela and Yadhira, polite and respectful. After the change of personnel in the office I had bad experience with a new guy there, he was rude the times I spoke to him. Malena from leasing was good. I would say in general I was content during my staying there. Now I am just waiting to see how my deposit return goes. I'll be updating on this.

Recent Maintenance - Tub/Shower Recent repairs were not done well at all. A request to repair cracks in the tub/shower floor was made. When repairs were completed the tub is no longer level; there is a hump/mound in the middle of the tub. I have used the shower three times since the repairs and there is already another crack in the tub.

kudos to management office I am most satisfied with the management office, they do their best to fulfill requests from tenants. I asked 3 times in a row for the exterminator to come and it was done. The first 2 times the exterminator did not do a good job but the third time was a lot better, hopefully this time my apartment will stay free of bugs

After moving out I was told that my deposit refunded was going to be based off the quality of the apartment vacant. After she confirmed that the apartment was in good condition I still did not get my deposit back because she forgot to mention that I was also going to be charged for two months of utilities that I wasn’t aware of, so basically nobody gets their full deposit back. Thanks for the misinformation.

While this apartment is a good price, avoid it. The amenities listed are not included. No wash /dryer in units, no ceiling fan or room lights. Laundry facility is “closed for renovation”. Month later, still closed. Worse, they work with a tow company that will tow your car if the manager questions it(out of town with window blinds). Renovations look ok at first blush, but the quality is so bad. Can’t own drawers, hot water tank in kitchen cabinet, etc. If you can afford more, keep looking.

Maintenance 0/10 UNLICENSED AND INCAPABLE OF FIXING MINOR ISSUES. Property manager 0/10 Refuses to actually listen to anything any tenant says regarding the property. Amenities 2/10 They charge you a fee regardless of amenity usage. Used the pool 2x since coming here and each time was filthy and full of rocks. Apartments 4/10 lived in worse however for the pricing I expected a lot more luxury it's about the same as an extremely cheap hotel. when you move in check everything thoroughly because even our cutlery drawer was broken before we moved in. Scenery 0/10 If you like homeless/drug addicts behind dumpsters this is the place for you, they even offer to sell you some when you throw trash away at night. Overall 2/10 Would not recommend highly regret moving in and wasting my time. I have been here 4 years and this year I'm moving out due to the safety of my children. There have been multiple people shot here and the neighborhood always has a shooting at least 1 time ever y 2-3 months I've been here. Please whatever you do scroll past this apartment and spend the extra couple dollars if you have it this is a last resort apartment. In addition, the washing machines they offer are always full of stagnant water and smell disgusting, and in addition are rudimentary and outdated If I pay amenities on my monthly rent statement why are washers and dryers Pay for items tell me how that makes sense. Aside from everything however if you can look beyond that just remember they somehow after fixing something can come up with another reason to add an additional charge to your bill. They even charge a fee for cameras they have in place. That should be fronted by the complex considering it protects their assets not ours that is what renters' insurance is for. So, no I do not recommend this apartment if you have kids and value safety and clean living conditions.

Ardella is a lie. They changed their name and plastered over the garbage. The neighborhood is unsafe, shootings around all the time. Rude management. Nosy maintenance. The "luxury" they advertise isn't real. Move here if you want a life of misery.

I have lived here a year and a half. When I moved in they said it was a secure neighborhood but the gates are always broken and the strangers sleeping on doorstep. Hardly anyone pickups after their dogs so don't walk in the grass. There are roaches no matter how much you clean or spray .

The new management has been working very hard to improve things around this property. Solano point is the safest property in this neighborhood and the nicest looking with sparkling swimming pools and grills to BBQ on.

The security that has been added is spot on. So is the new management team. They are cleaning out some riff raff and updating things as they go.New pool areas with flowers and lights and chairs. So excited about what's to come.

The staff are amazing, close to shopping and the transit if you are looking to eco friendly. The only downside is that people drive through like maniacs and there are too many kids around here. Otherwise this is a great place to live.
